Nevzeta Suljic: Ordering $100+ in pizza for a specific event- driver never showed up but they take the money right away. After an hour being late- we are told that their drivers was in an accident 3 Min ago. Where was he an hour ago???? What a shame !!! We will not use them again.

There was maybe 1 piece of chicken on a slice or if you were lucky - there would be 2. I ate it all as it was a late purchase after a long flight - if not, I would have gone back.2 stars for the staff - they were friendly.

Chris Case: Called in my order and was advised it would take 15 minutes to get. I arrived at the drive thru and waited almost a half hour. When I got home the pizza was wrong. Checking the order it had been entered incorrectly. Ordered garlic twists and got cinnamon twists. No marinara sauce or frosting for the cinnamon twists. They initially forgot to get the beverage. On a positive note they got the 2liter correct after I reminded them it was on the order. There is a Jets, Little Cesar's, and a Hungry Howie's close by so I am not without options. They used to be really good. Not sure what changed. Manager offered discount on next order but I don't know if they can get it right.

Rick Liddell: We have been regular customers of this location for the past 18 years. Yesterday’s experience was the worst.It began with me texting our order thru their app. It didn’t concern me that I didn’t get a response as that’s happened in the past. Upon arriving at the store, I was told that the order did not go thru and that it was a corporate problem. I asked to speak with the manager to see if they would make any adjustment for my inconvenience but was quite rudely told that I could still order it if I wanted to wait,PERIOD.It was all downhill from there. While I was waiting I asked the employee at the front counter the manager’s name and was nastily told I could ask him! ( employee’s name on receipt was CHRISTIAN) after a while the employee came back and told me the manager was Ethan.Now the best part, after waiting I was presented with a ROUND pizza when I had ordered a DEEP DISH. ( honest mistake? Hmmm) I accepted the round as I had waited long enough. Upon arriving home, it was if they forgot/ neglected (hmmm) to put any cheese on it! We ended up throwing the bulk of it in the garbage.After the text not working, being treated less then professionally at the store, given the round and not the deep dish, then getting home to find a very poor quality pizza; this business has seen the last of my patronage

Sandra Weaver: My husband had decided to place an order online yesterday. When it came time to pick up, I went to the restaurant and they couldn't find the order. Apparently my husband was having trouble with ordering and accidentally ordered for the next day instead of same day.The workers/owner were so kind about the situation and quickly made the order for us. I felt bad because it was 100 percent not their fault. But they were respectful and quick to get us the order.Then in the shenanigans that I and my husband created, we accidentally were given one of the wrong items. They allowed us to keep the incorrect item as well as what we ordered.Even though the mix up was initially on our end, they were more than accommodating. Much appreciated. And the food was enjoyed.

Kathy Tarrance: I didn't rate the atmosphere because it's a pick-up lobby at a pizza place. Never seem to get butter garlic flavored crust even though I ask for it, and as for service, I gave 3 stars because it always seems like the person at the register doesn't know where my pizza order is located. Jacob Robinson: I worked for this location for nearly 6 years. Today I ordered a pizza a little later than I normally would and showed up 2 minutes after closing. The store was dark and an employee shared that someone had taken the food home because they thought I was a no show. Before the owners changed, this would have never happened. They never even attempted to call me. Not only has their quality of ingredients lowered, but clearly their customer service as well. I have never ordered that close to closing out of respect, but the one time I did I got burned. Ordering green lantern from now on.

N: I was excited to find somewhere with a BLT pizza after jets got rid of theirs. Unfortunately I was super disappointed because there was literally barely any lettuce on it and the small amount of lettuce was only in the very center of the pizza. Also a very small amount of tomato like liter 2 tbsp worth on the whole pizza. The outer 4-6 pieces of the large pizza that we ordered literally had nothing on it but Mayo. Idk who made it but it was done so carelessly and skimpy that we definitely will not be ordering here ever again.

The folks that work here make great pizza (hand-tossed or Detroit style) and salads. Food is cooked fresh and delicious. They are friendly, helpful and appreciate the business. I recommend this location.
Tara Beebe: I do not know if this is the right jets that this employee works for but this silver imapla with the jets sign on the car needs to learn to drive. He almost hit our car with our kids in the car with out useing a turn signal or check his mirrors. I have the license plate if the manager is interested. He shouldnt be a delivery driver if he isnt going to comply with the rules of the road. He should have wsited for it to be clear to get over instead of cuting off traffic. I have a feeling this isnt the first time hes done this. Hes representing jets when hes out driving with that sign on top of the car. Do better.

Initially when placing the call, I wanted to order an 8 piece but didn't have the full amount in cash on me. I changed it to a 4 piece so I would have enough to pay and leave a tip. Little did I know, through checking the receipt, wondering if I would have to call, figure out a way to pay the amount or SOMETHING, I saw that the person I had talked to used a coupon to shave 3.99 off, and had okayed the 8 piece. That was super super nice of you! I hope you see this review. Thank you very much! Now I can use the extra for breakfast/lunch!

Lee Markham: Best Jet's location I have been to in Eastern Michigan. It's easy to tell the owner's have their heart in the business and that customers are the top priority. The place was very clean and the pizza was exactly what I expect from a Jets Pizza! Yum!
