Michael Applebee: I called PM Plumbing to have my main water valves replaced and they coordinated with the city DPW to shut the water off and was able to get my water meter updated at the same time. Very professional, arrived on time and the work only took 1 hour from water off to water on. I highly recommend PM Plumbing.
Blackheart Lives: Saw this company when looking for the best in my city. i have him a call and explained that I was trying to get ky mom's plumbing looked at but not as an emergency. We made an appointment for a week later early. He was there between the half hour window he stated. Here's the kicker. He looked at everything I asked for and additional items. He told me that nothing needed to be fixed, and explained what was happening and why. He explained how to work with the issues, which really weren't issues at all. When it was all said and done, he didn't recommend doing anything. He charged a minimal $59 fee for coming out and nothing needed to be fixed. He easily could have told me a bunch of things needed to be fixed, and I wouldn't have known any better, but he didn't. That's honestly and integrity. He will be getting all of my future business, and my recommendation to friends.

Naomi Kelley: Tim is an amazing and reputable plumber. I called at 7:00am with an emergency and he was at my home within the hour. He wanted to research an issue I described to him (at no cost). I had another business come to my house the prior evening for emergency service. They claimed they were unable to remove the defective part and didn’t have the right materials to make a temporary repair so they would have to return the following morning (and I would have to pay an additional service fee). They also provided an astronomical estimate to make the final repair.Within 5 minutes of Tim arriving to my home he removed the defective device (with little effort) that the other contractor said wouldn’t come off and would require an extensive amount of work. The entire plumbing assembly was replaced and working like new within minutes. His price was unbelievably low (especially since I called on the weekend).I would highly recommend Tim to anyone looking for an honest plumber.
Walter Stelter: They seemed professional and we talked on the phone but the area I live in they don't want to travel that far I need a total restoration on my Plumbing in my house a total removal of all galvanized plumbing and replace with copper but they don't want to travel to the area where I'm at but they also seemed pretty reasonably straightforward with the phone conversation

Doug North: Excellent service and very quick response. I had flooding from my basement floor drain, and Gibbs plumbing was at my front door about 20 minutes after I called. Another 20 minutes after that, the blockage in my sewer drain was cleared. His price was very fair as well. I hope I never need to call him again, but if I need a plumber I won't be calling anyone else.

Aaron Sadler: I wrote in my note that we had 2 backups in the past month and wanted an assessment of the issue. The guy shows up and says we need it scoped and it'll ~$350 and he doesn't have the ability to do that and they might be able to come back tomorrow.I told him to show up prepared next time. I paid the absurd $79 dollar fee to have him show up and told him to leave my house. Wasted my time and money.
Bernard Henderson: Wish I could do no stars for this company. They are truly a joke. They quoted me 100 dollars for drain cleaning for tree roots and 50 dollars for the guy to come out. They came out to my home and said the price was 79 to come out and over 300 dollars to snake the drain. The office lady who quoted me this price was unapologetic and didn’t care how they wasted my time and theirs. The lady instead wanted to argue with me instead of focusing on a solution. She even said she doesn’t know the actual prices. They why would you even bother giving me a price? Absolutely a joke. This was a terrible experience. I advise you to find somewhere else to help you.

John Sullins: Blake came to clear our plugged drain. He showed up on time, inspected the issue and listened to me. Gave me an estimate of different things he could do to address the issue. After agreeing on a plan he was able to unplug the drain, finding a blockage some 70 feet out and found tree roots on the snake. He then put a cutter on and sent back to make sure it was as open as it could be. He as very courteous and professional.
