Dean Campbell: My hottub pump had to be rebuilt and I was recommended to Utica Pump Company...I dropped it off late last week and Dennis, the owner, told me he would be looking into sometime this week… I was pleasantly surprised when he called me Saturday morning and told me that the pump was already done! I own a financial services company with two locations and over 2500 clients. I also am the longest standing board member of the Michigan Better Business Bureau…. I would recommend Utica Pump to anyone I know and would rate their service A plus!
Leslie Brown: If you have a pool pump, sprinkler pump, sump pump or any type of pump that needs work or to be replaced, call Utica Pump. The owner is incredibly helpful in providing suggestions and information. I purchased a pump in the past and the staff was incredibly helpful as well. I took a pump in today and described the noise I was hearing to the owner. I left the pump for him to look at when he could (VERY busy due to covid backups). He took time to discuss what it could be, and what he would do to fix it for each scenario. He was clear with expectations of maybe 1 -2 days. A couple hours later, he called back, explained the issue, what he did and to tell me it was all ready and I could come get it.Support local small businesses. My understanding is he has owned this place for 38 years, and service like this is why!
Symantha Duggan: We refer so many clients each pool season to Utica Pump and year after year, I've yet to hear poor feedback. They're great people that do great work.
Geoff Ellis: Totally recommend this business. Received great service, quick turn-around, and very happy with the outcome. So much quicker than waiting on my pool company to come to the house, and probably way cheaper too. Mine needed a replacement, but they also repair pumps if they can & the service fee seemed very reasonable. If you're having problems with your pool pump, then call them! Its actually easier than you think to swap out your own pump.

They gave me a 150$repair estimate initially that ended up being 289$ and never called me to see if I wanted the work done. I feel this was by design to take advantage of their customers. I could've bought a new pump.
