If I could give 4.5 stats, I would, due to the average wait time from your appointment time to actually seeing the Dr. is between 45min to an hour. However, I feel like that is a minor thing to have to deal with in the face of *excellent* care, so I won't take a full star off. 🙂

Jeremy B: Came here for retreatment of ingrown toenail that grew back after previous treatment at another clinic. Would've returned there but I had a bad experience. The doc here (can't remember his name) seemed very experienced and a nice, older gentleman. He was very patient with me because of my apprehension due to my previous experience. Overall, painless experience, aside from the initial stick and pain from the local.

Eastside Boom: I love this office.... Dr. Andrews is great and I most definitely recommend him if you’re looking for a foot doctor..... The office staff are super cool, laid back, friendly and caring. This will always be my first choice. I’m all healed now and I’m most definitely going miss coming here.

That One Chick: Gone here since I was a kid. Great doctors. Competent and great bedside manor.But the Secretaries... they are rude and off-putting. Not indicative of the office as a whole.

Melanie Tolen: So hard to get ahold of office staff and the limited availibility makes it harder. I was upset and asked the doctor why I wasn’t able to get ahold of anyone around 4:00pm. (Even though they close at 4:30pm and I had been trying to call since 11am that morning)He aggressively let me know that they leave when the last patient does, not always at 4;30pm.It’s the inconsistency for me.

Justin Whiteside: We went to see dr. Basch to get help with my two-year-old son's clubfoot. At first he seemed like he really wanted to help us but after a while I got the impression that he didn't care if my two-year-old ever walked right. He was supposed to order something to help my son's feet it's been 4 months and I haven't heard anything from him. Took him to another foot doctor for a second opinion within weeks we had twister cables ordered now we're just waiting for the shoes to be put on the cables. I really did like the secretary Cara my frustration isn't with her it's with the doctor. He did my two-year-old so dirty apparently he don't care if my son walks Right. I will not be returning to see him. Shame on you dr. Basch!!

Juan Miranda: The Dr. Is a pill mill. Mostly people come here to get their "feet" attended to and their 15pill script for narcotics. Office is run down, staff isn't knowledgeable, the Dr. Has a young women who talks to everyone in her puppy dog voice is disturbing. Mother came here for her ulcers and he had a uncertified staff member scraping her feet. If you care about your health go to another place!

Kandice Allen: This place is incompetent when it comes to charging people correctly. Charged my husbands card THREE times for over $100 more than he was supposed to pay. Staff showed very little care to fix the issue, and we now have to dispute the charges. Nothing but thieves.

Gina Lobes: I attend the Sterling Heights location. The staff is friendly, and the location is ideal, it is just weird how you can’t get in and out quickly, especially when it does not seem busy. I am not displeased, nor am I super impressed.They could do more, like offer alternative modalities in conjunction with their treatments. I mean, they will give you a handout on stretches and exercises, or a prescription for PT, but a good fascial stretch can alleviate foot and calf pain right away. It is painful in the moment, but less painful than a cortisone shot in the foot. (I understand that insurance might be the other reason, but if more places offer alternative treatment and get results, maybe it would be covered). I don’t think stretches would be out of their scope of practice, especially if someone has intermittent plantar fasciitis. And the orthotics, they swear are the best out there. They don’t look like the best. They are expensive. I just hate how I get a blister sometimes because they only do the orthotic up to below the ball of the big toe. The orthotics work, but the materials they use look very dated. They will update them for free, but I wish there was a better material than the white adhesive foam.Again, they provide what I need and are friendly.The waiting room and office are always clean. The exam room is clean and minimal. Billing is great. They can put you on a payment plan if you need it, and they don’t send you to collections after 1 late bill.If location and staff and coverage is all you need, they are great, if you want cutting edge and pioneering, then look somewhere else. I will still go here, until I find something near me that has the other modalities and better orthotics. Dr. Patterson is my favorite.

I haven’t found this in the multiple podiatrists I’ve seen beforehand. There’s some podiatrists with awful bed side manner out there, trust me. Feeling thankful and relieved today. Hopefully this toe is finally fixed :D

Les Lord: I have been under the care of Dr Patterson DPM for three years. I received treatment for a hairline fracture without surgery! I also got care for callouses between two toes with a quick recovery from in office surgery. I did not experience any pain during and after the procedures. Pain medication was prescribed but none was taken. An ingrown toenail was removed and wore my gym shoes home without missing work.The staff hasbeen phenomenally professional in all my vists. I receive toenail trimming every 2 months. I look forward to all my visits!

He immediately put me at ease, listening to what I had to say and giving me some very sound advice. The very first thing he did was check my inserts and took care of revising them to make them a little firmer. I was definitely pleased with the services I received and I would highly recommend Hosey and Murphy Foot and Ankle Centers.

Carlton Wright: It's a janky office in a strip mall. Everything is shoddy in the waiting room and the actual exam rooms. I made an appointment for 10:30 for my son. We showed up on time and waited a full 2 hours to get in the exam room. What I saw there was just gross. They left a box open with some kind of instrument sitting in what looked like blood near the handle. There was a dremel sitting on top of a cabinet and it was covered in foot skin dust. I used the bathroom and the sink wasn't draining. The carpets were all stained. Walls showing cracks and holes. It was a complete ghetto setup. I decided this isn't the place for me or my son. So, we got the heck out of there before they could cross contaminate his feet with whatever they have going on there.
