With 4 estimates, we decided to go with Redline after meeting Korbyn personally, and then him explaining everything that will happen in the process. We weren't looking for the cheapest installer out there, but we did have a request to have it installed by a certain date as we are a corner lot with children. Redline took care of everything, like permit, submitted plans, measurements, etc, and would have had it installed a week after deposit was made, but we needed a variance approval from the city. Our fence was installed in less than 72 hours after our permit was issued. The Redline crew was professional, and quick. The price that was quoted, was the price we paid. There was zero mess, everything was cleaned up, including access dirt. We also received a lock and keys for our gate, something we did not know we were getting.The communication and professionalism from Redline shows from start to finish, and I will, and already have recommended Redline Fence. JC Yoi: I will not recommend this company to my worst enemy. I paid 12k for the fence and it look like something i would put together and i am not good at that type of things . The fence was poorly put together with gaps and you can see through when it should be a privacy fence. The workers were yelling curse words while on it and kept saying how their team lead didn't know anything and talking bad about them. I went to homedepot because Redline wanted to charge me for equipment they needed for the repairs and were charging me for it. Jonathan Iaquinto: They did a good job on what they did install. What bugs me is that they have not completed the job. Right now I have a 1 foot wide gap in my fence and that's not acceptable. Claiming to come out, when they are in the area next isn't acceptable, and after multiple calls to the company I cannot get a soild answer on when, or dare I say IF, they will finch the job I paid them for.Updated:The gap is closed and the fence looks good. All I had to do was email and call them every day for about 1 and a half weeks.The issue is that they are located on sterling heights and do most of their jobs there. Home Depot must not have any installers downriver.

John Junto: I'm a neighbor of a customer. There was considerable damage done to my yard. I called Corbin, the owner, and asked for three pieces of 2' X 4' sod to repair the damage. He said that wasn't happening. What a great attitude. I would not reccomend Redline Fence to anyone. How can you run a business and not put the yard back together that you just tore apart? I'm just the neighbor, not even the customer. Just think if I was a paying customer?

Jordan Bissaillon: Ron did a beautiful job on my stairs! We had him do our entire stair case that was crooked, uneven and had bad patchwork, and he completely rebuilt it and we are beyond happy with it. The work is very professional and well-thought out. He provided us with a picture and asked if we wanted it to look similar. However, we decided that we would prefer something different and provided our own picture but it was a metal staircase and we wanted wood. We would have been happy with it being similar but instead it was exactly the same and everything and more than what we imagined. We are beyond happy with the work that he did and the new stairs really made the house feel like a place we want to live in. We could not be happier with our new stairs!

Chris Sauerwald: Ron and another younger guy did the trim work for our master bedroom (bungalow) after the drywall team was done. The price was great for the amount of work they put in. They did a great job and squeezed the project in between other projects they had going on.They did the whole bedroom trim, attic access panel trim, windows, door frames, window casings. They put in new closet doors as well that they cut to fit the weird doorway dimensions.If I need trim work done again these will be the guys I contact.
