Deborah Nicke: I obtained a quote from this office, and I wanted only to adjust one part of it. They said they will look into it and get back, but they never did. The adjustment involves PIP insurance and people with Medicare Parts A & B.This office claims they never ever heard of it, but that they will research it and then contact me. That was a few days ago, still no call back. No email or text. I told them that's my current coverage with Progressive. So how could the State Farm agency in Sterling Heights not be aware of that fix? And it's difficult to get them to call you back unless you are looking for a home/auto policy for a huge home and 3 cars.So, I sent them a copy of the PIP Coverage section which explains it in detail. If they don't contact me tomorrow, I plan to call a different State Farm agency that doesn't have a myriad of other office locations to juggle. I initially thought this was a local community agency, but that is not the case.

Last she called me to follow up and make sure we were all set with our changes. who ever is reading these need to give her and the staff that was helping her an acknowledgement they are doing a great job and keeping the customer happy and staying with them
