Dennis Cox Jr.: You can tell a good restaurant based on how busy they are.Recently went to red lobster and half the restaurant was empty because not enough employees to wait on people.Texas roadhouse is packed for dinner every night of the week. The food is delicious, the prices are affordable, and obviously they take care of their employees which is why they can fill the restaurant with guests unlike other places. That means they like their job so you will get really good service.
Alfie TV: Had quite the delightful experience here. Adam P (aka tall Adam) was one of the best servers we’ve ever had! He was very attentive to our drinks, quick to answer questions, and clap some jokes at us. This man deserves a RAISE.As far as the meal goes, unloved my applesauce. The corn had great flavor, but we felt as though our steaks were a little on the rare side. Ap G: This place does not know how to estimate time. I did a carry out order 3 hours in advance, went to the store to pick it up and they didn’t even have my order ready or started. Even tho they were busy, the lack of customer service this place has. I use to go here all the time but after this incident I refuse to go back. This isn’t the only occurrence. They have screwed up orders 3 times before that. I do not recommend this place.

Heather Brazill: The food is fresh and so tasty. I can't wait for the weeks when I am working out of the office because this is always one of my favorite spots to go. The portions are a good size and can either be one or two meals. The price of the portions is well worth the money. Nick Ciantro: I have a horrible palate. I'm the guy who actually prefers his food overcooked and dry. When I eat chicken I want it borderline burnt. I have been asked to leave (or chosen to leave) very expensive stake houses 4 times in my life because the chefs refused to cook my steak the way I want it. Point being I am as far from a food critic as you can get, except when it comes to Lentil Soup. I love lentil soup and I have tried them all. These guys have by far one of the best lentil soups I have ever had. Luckily for me Chickpea Kitchen is my pregnant wife's favorite craving so I am very confident we will be their number one customers for the foreseeable future. Their wraps are amazing as well. My wife has a very good food palate and she can vouch for how amazing the rest of their food is. Great atmosphere and every time I have been there the staff has been great as well. Keeping in mind that I am a stickler when it comes to quality of service from any business ..... Even if they had the rudest employees in the world and overcharged me, you still wouldn't be able to keep me away from their lentil soup! No joke, I've had the soup for both lunch and dinner for the last two days and I still want more. :-)

Si si: I came in last weekend and ordered take out i was taken care of by rose. And although her name is rose she is no flower. The whole time when i was ordering she was giving me a dirty look. She went in the back and was yelling “i can stand when these arabs come in” she asked me what kind of sauce i wanted and i said ranch and she said “r u sure u dont want hummus?” Not to mention the amount of times tony sneezed in my food while bagging it. I asked him to please wash his hands and he said the sinks havent been working for five months. I hd fo use the bathroom and when i went in i found a possum in a cage in the corner when i asked them why there was a possim in the bathroom rose started telling me how it was apart of her southern culture. And lastly they charged my card three times. Avoid eating here at all costs.

Blackheart Lives: 4/7/23 Update. Not much to change. Everyone tried something new and we all liked our choices. Previous review: Overall it was a nice experience for dinner. We did not have reservations and we had 6 people. We only waited for about 5 minutes and it was fairly busy. The menu is complete with all the traditional Italian fair including make your own with a nice variety of sauces. The veal dishes were good. They were fresh cutlets as the price would require. The soups were awesome, and the fresh vegetables were very tasty to me although some said they were a bit over peppered. The tiramisu and cannolies were both really good. The waitress was extremely efficient, friendly and attentive. I would give 5 stars, but I thought the prices were a little high, and the decor is very in need of a refresh.Vegetarian options: There are for sure vegetarian options. There is a unique vegetarian lasagna and of course the variety of non-meat sauce options with your choice if pasta. Salad and soup options also.Kid-friendliness: Not really a particularly kid friendly restaurant. The prices are high for kids, and even the lobster mac and cheese was not favorite with my 13 year old. Younger kids could be even more problematic.Wheelchair accessibility: Not very wheelchair accessible. No auto door openers, and the door weight was heavy. Getting a wheelchair seating for dinner is hit or miss with an upper section completely inaccessible.

Ruth Klein: They have implemented a new serving style that makes it so much faster to get in and out, no long waiting lines either on Mother's Day at prime time. We were seated in about 10 minutes from arrival. Our food came out quickly using this new serving system and was hot and delicious. We loved our dining experience so much!! We so definitely be back. When we first sat down a younger lady took our drink order and we never heard or saw her again, we thought that was our sign to get up and leave but Ethan came along and immediately showed care and urgency to fix the issue. kevin walters: This place used to be great. Been going there since it opened but…not what it used to be. Waiters now take your order with iPads and no longer are seen after that. Someone else brings your drinks, or not, as in my case). Someone else’s brings your bread (or not in my case). Someone else’s brings your appetizer (after entree is delivered (by someone else) soup at the same time as appetizer (no grated cheese). Flagged over server who said sorry but servers no longer server they just take orders. Manager apologized but made no concessions or corrective actions. Terrible. Left zero tip since I got zero service. Send untouched appetizer back and was credited for it along with beer that I never received.
ryan reynolds: Carabbas has always had good food. I had the Johnny trio my wife had chicken piccata. Both are amazing. There’s some thing about their bread and olive oil mixed with their seasonings. We just can’t get enough there a little bit more on the expensive side, but naturally not the most expensive Definitely give them a shot if you’re in the area.

Brandi T: Delicious food, as always. It was a pleasant dining experience overall. The only negative thing is that you are not allowed to make reservations for a small party. The waiting area to be seated is very small and can get easily crowded. With the weather being wet and cold, no one wants to be forced to stand outside. So it's crowded, insiding waiting. The wait wasn't long, about twenty minutes. However, I constantly felt as if I was in the way.

We ordered a combo for 3 people and it was more than enough food for 2 people. A little bit of tea at the end of our meal helped selttle the food in our stomachs. The place was very busy and loud which makes it hard to hear your company talking but who cares if you are stuffing your mouth with delicious food. They also offer takeout if you prefer to eat at home and skip the wait.

The Meat Teshreeb, while passable, was a far cry from the rich, hearty stew I had anticipated.The one redeeming element of the meal was the Meat Kebab, which was expertly prepared and burst with flavor. This standout dish offered a tantalizing glimpse into the potential of this restaurant, making the overall disappointment even more poignant.What further marred the experience was the service. Despite being generally attentive, there was an unsettling rush attached to it. It felt as if there was an invisible clock, pushing us towards the exit a bit too soon, stripping away the leisurely enjoyment of the meal.Given these experiences, this restaurant doesn't make the cut for my future dining choices in the city. Despite its potential, it falls short in delivering a truly satisfying and authentic Iraqi culinary experience. A revisit seems unlikely unless significant improvements are made
