Glassman Saab: what do users think?
Ed Lukens: Glassman Saab service at their Hyundai/Genesis/Kia store was outstanding. The Saab tech and Christine the service writer were both extremely helpful and actually excited to work on my rare 2011 model.
WILLIAM SMITH: Outstanding Customer Service, Very Attentive and Military Friendly, to us Veterans!
Anthony DeLuca: Total crooks. Do not trust the service people. I brought my Saab 97x there because the engine was shutting down when I would hit a bump in the road. After purportedly diagnosing the problem they gave me a proposal of around $4,000 to fix it. I went elsewhere. It turned out to be a loose fuse which ended up costing me $75 to fix. Shady people.
Carol Gillis: They were very efficient and catered to customers well.
Nicolus Whitfield: I was late for my appointment on an oil change. They were able to fit me on the same day and get me out with an hour to an hour and a half.
Reid Witt: it was horrible there's service sucks I wish I never would have went there
Reatta Stroud: The staff was extremely helpful! Especially Todd, he helped me trade in my old car and got me an amazing new car!!! He even helped me clean out my old car, explained everything to me from the features to additional services that Glassman offers!!! He was just great and I appreciate him so much!!!
Vicki Zinn: Do not use this place we drove 2 hours for a key program that they said they could do when we got there they said they could not do it without even looking at the car.
Michael R. Black: I wish I could give them a lower rating. I took my vehicle there for repairs and apparently they broke my molding around my driver seat and there was a scrap on my outside drivers door. I called service manager and Advisor and never received a call back or any communication for that manner. Seeking legal help as we speak!
Kasun De Alwis: I don't know why someone mentioned do not trust service people, but I do trust them. They took good care of my 2010 SAAB 9-3, when I went to do the transmission fluid change. I had some concerns of some minor noises and they checked it for free and gave me advices then and there. And price ($265) I think it is a reasonable price for the transmission fluid change for a SAAB. Service representative Cole Bowmen took care of everything. That is the most important thing in dealerships. The service and interactive people.Even I do almost all repairs by myself, I'd go to Glassman again if I needed anything to be done.
tomdisimone: Didn't go there.
Jay Schafer: Not friendly here.
Lima Akter: Fahad was excellent. Highly recommended!
Abdul Based: I was at glassman. Fahad showed me couple used car. He was helpfull. I will come back to him.
Muhammed Alazaizeh: Wish I never went there.
Tonja Lawrence: Judy was awesome!
Mary Barksdale: Charley K. was great!!! Awesome Personality, Great Service & Very Helpful
Edith a2aDickerson: Go see Charley he will get it done
Yvonne Smith: Charley K was wonderful! Straight to the point and willing to go the extra mile! Come see him if you are looking for a vehicle. He will take care of you!
Tamika Mitchell: Go see Charley Kashou he will get you and something nice
Autumn Lintz: Andrea was amazing!!!! Answered all my questions and found me the perfect car.

9-3 Auto: what do users think?
King Of Car Loans: Plenty of good cars at a good price.
Jacques Lemieux: They have been very dishonest. My car didn't get the parts installed that I paid for! It came back with bolts missing. The quality of work has gone down over the last 2 years. Your better off going to Ann Arbor or Dearborn for Saab engine work. These are not the only people who work on Saabs. Trust me the Saab community is very upset with this shop
Connor Czarnecki: Great people, great service l, best place to take your Saab for maintenance!!!
Jordy Johnson: Super service experience! The staff at 9-3 Auto are true professionals and very responsive. The issues my 9-3 convertible had were identified quickly and I received a very fair estimate for the required repairs. Worth the hour drive! I’m confident knowing the work will be done correctly by true Saab experts and enthusiasts.
Austin Scalf: I’d like to start off by saying 9-3 Auto has given me the best service of any shop i’ve ever experienced. They’re super knowledgeable and capable of just about any service your Saab may need. I’ve been a routine customer for the last 2 years now and I haven’t been let down once. Upon my first visit, I felt like I was visiting something more than a shop. They took me around the facility, explaining and showing me that they have just about any part you could need for a Saab! Truly impressive the volume and amount of work they’re capable of turning out, and i’ve seen some miracles performed on my personal 08 9-3. It’s been in several times for routine maintenance and some personal changes and they’ve always hit the mark. For the remainder of my Saabs life, it’ll be going here for just about anything. Super friendly and trustworthy staff, always a pleasure when I show up to either drop off or pick up!
David Boble: First time having work on my car done at this location. Impressions were great, came in to check availability and was able to schedule for the next day, at the earliest possible time. Staff was super friendly and understood the issues I needed repaired and were able to go above and beyond helping with a diy job I'd had an issue with. Overall very satisfied and would recommend to friends and family.
Athea B: The customer service was great and they put me at ease with all the knowledge they have about Saabs.
Jessy Ortiz: We absolutely love, are happy with and recommend 9-3 Auto to any and everyone... This is where you need to be for great service... 😊
graymatter 24: These guys have been great. I bought a Saab from them a few years back, and after I bought it I realized it needed a new clutch. They put it in for free! I've been coming here for service ever since and they're always knowledgeable and honest. I plan on getting another one and continue coming here.
Nathan Williams: Awesome customer service and they all look out for you great first time experience.
Jason Bennett: Great place! Friendly and knowledgeable staff along with reasonable pricing. These people are the experts and they are the company that I will always give my business!
Brandon Barnhart: Great people, great work, great prices!
rashida traylor: I have always had a wonderful experience with 9-3 auto I have had my Saab for 3 years anytime there's an issue with my car or I need repairs they get me in and out without any problems their customer service is excellent
Car Peralta: This is my favorite dealership to bring all of my vehicle's I have for many years. Ron the owner is always there to help me and he is so awesome. All the mechanics are top notch and take pride in their services and Morgan and Esther will make sure that everything runs smoothly for what ever situation you are in! Great place and prices are reasonable. I just love this place!!
Cycle1988: I love the service and quality I have received at 9-3 auto. I bought a Saab convertible from here and love it. The service rates are good and all the staff is knowledgeable and experienced. It's much better for the local economy and area businesses to spend your money locally at independent shops rather than at national big chains.Although I do live an 1 hour and 15 minutes away, it is well worth the drive to have my car serviced here.
Thomas Warrack: Purchased an 08 9-3 back in November from some guy and took it into 9-3 Auto for a diagnosis. Shop staff had the vehicle in their system and was more than happy to work with me. Waited a few months and took the car in for an engine swap. Staff was once again amongst the top tier of service teams I've ever dealt with. Super knowledgeable and very informative. Would recommend them to anyone. Looking forward to doing business with them again!
Ed Boske: The 93 Auto has a fine selection of used cars and also does full and complete auto repair. A very good staff of technicians and management personnel. A reputable place for you to choose to do business and very friendly personnel. The business also offers a wide selection of tires for your vehicle, and at pricing to fit anyone's budget.
Ronald Lang: Need something? Ask for it....be surprised if they don't have it.
just truth: This is a very clean place and I always leave satisfied.
Sean Goralczyk: Test drove a 2006 sabb 9-3 aero 2.0t and the coolant reservoir explode mid drive I wouldn’t recommend buying there vehicles obviously nobody is looking at them before test drives.
Tyler Barker: Test drove 2 different sabbs I thought about purchasing. they both ended up catching on fire, when I took them back to 93 auto the salesman said he would knock $500 off the price tag this place is a joke.

Suburban Ford of Sterling Heights Used Car Super Center: what do users think?
Rebecca Back: I bought a 2016 Ford Fusion from this place in February of 2022. Within 6 months the engine had to be replaced. It was under warranty but it took a month to get it done. I've had tire issues, had to get a wheel alignment, replace various bushings and control arms. Now the transmission has gone out and I've had a heck of a time trying to reach the Finance Department to check on my power train warranty. When they finally called me back I waited on hold for half an hour and got hung up on. I believe it's fair to say I bought a lemon. I just want to get out from under this car. It's the worst car I've ever had!
Brian H: I should have trusted my instinct not to purchase a used vehicle from a company that prides itself on "volume sales" at any cost. Had a costly issue that wasn't revealed to me until about a year after purchase - a headlight was literally glued into the socket and couldn't be replaced without the entire headlight assembly being replaced. There's absolutely no way I could have known this until after the headlight burned out. Was told hey, sorry man, maybe go to a junkyard for a replacement.Struts started going out after about a year of mild driving as well, oopsie doopsies guess that's on me too.On the positive side, I've been making payments faithfully, my credit score is way better, and I'm gonna trade this thing in soon for something better from elsewhere. Strongly recommend against buying from this dealership.
Rachael Wojta: Nope, nope, nope. I bought a Fiesta from them back in January that I have had nothing but issues with. I wasn’t going to say anything, but with the continuous disrepair that this car exhibits as time goes on (with 38k miles), I have to express my disappointment. I am paying over the average and fair cost of this car, under the assumption that it would function properly being a 2019. I hadn’t had the vehicle for two months and the defroster started to malfunction. They wanted $445 to repair it. Now, my sound system is going. Not only that, but they sold me an unprogrammed key which I was told would take about “10 minutes to fix”. Service said that “they don’t know why they said that” and I had to take my limited PTO to get the key programmed on a different day. Just has been overall an unenjoyable and inconvenient experience. The only silver lining has been Jason at service. What an awesome guy.
Rob D: Buyer Beware and don't make the mistake I did and buy a used car from Suburban Ford of Sterling Heights. Less then 2500 miles and it has been in the shop several times for over a month. Overpriced used car, defrost did not work, alignment was off, rear suspension clank and poping for a recall that was never done, bad front wheel bearing, leaking front axle seal, leaking rear main, leaking trans cooler lines, bad rear wheel bearing and that is so far. The cost to fix this overpriced car and the rental car I had to get so I could go to work should serve as a warning to you, don't make the mistake I did! Buyer Beware!
Mark Baker: Overall ’m very satisfied with my vehicle purchase. Staff was very nice the entire time. Everything went very smooth. My only issue I had was trying to contact my salesman after to ask a question he seemed to just disappear. So that was a bit of a disappointment.
Zackary Boston: A bait-and-switch the prices on you do not recommend. They will add about 1200 in fees from their listed price. Clearly a very shady shady dealership and the manager was an asshat
Bob: Buyer beware! Before purchasing a vehicle from this dealership be sure to Google the VIN number. You have a good chance of locating the auction it was purchased from, the price it sold for and if there was damage (most likely it was in an accident) to the vehicle. Don't get scammed.
Chris Walker: I got to give it to them! I was a customer from hell and they dealt with me 100% professional. 😂 They got me a better deal then I came with. Go See Hunter Hoppe, they took good care of me.
savannah schmidt: Please read entire review . I was a returning customer to this used lot . I was there in 2017 and purchased a vehicle everything was smooth .Unprofessional communication between hunter , and the financing managers.I went back to this dealership to purchase another vehicle and talk about a NIGHTMARE ! Let me explain .. So I inquired about a 2020 ford escape … I was original suppose to work with Isaiah ; but the day of driving all the way up there he had to leave early .. Ok so when I walked in I got greeted by hunter .. The car I was coming in to look at wasn’t even on the lot . It was down the street getting a new windshield , so I walked In and stated that I was already financed through my bank and because they were a preferred dealer through BOA all they had to do was pull my reference number to get my loan conditions and stuff .. Hunter and one of the finance manager mike were adamant that they can’t pull my loan through a reference number … LIES ! BOA said they could . Instead this dealership didn’t like the fact that I didn’t wanna do “in house financing” they ran a credit application to my bank without my consent and had numbers mixed up which caused my bank to flag me since I was already approved through them ! After back and fourth with hunter and the finance manager I had enough ! They kept asking for tax documents which was in correct since my bank had already did all that ! When I went in today January 13th one of the managers came to talk to me and his exact words were “you can’t walk into my establishment and expect a car without financing” I said sir I’m already financed !Needless to say I went across the street to Serra whelan Chevrolet who’s also a preferred dealership and guess what ? I walked off the lot with a 2019 Chevy blazer ! And guess what ? They were able to pull my loan through the reference number ! After suburban screwed up they had to call my bank and fix everything! I would not recommend this dealership !! Lost out on 25k because they wanted me to finance through them ! I highly recommend Serra whelan across the street ! Hands down ! Don’t waste your time here ! It’s gone down hill since 2017! Also when I asked for them to shred my paper work 📑 they through it in a locked box instead of actually shredding it ! Stay away ! Gladly took my business else where ! Here’s a pic of my new beauty that I got across the street
John Chalawich: Had a very good overall experience with the dealership. I worked with Hunter Hoppe as the sales rep. & Bryan as SM. At the end of the day we were happy we drove nearly an hour each way over 2 days. We wanted to make sure we did our due diligence and took our time doing research and made sure the vehicle we bought was right for us! At no point did we feel pressured or swindled as some of the other reviews said... They understood the first vehicle was not as good of a match as we wanted. Upon leaving the first day Bryan mentioned there was another vehicle that had become available as we were preparing to leave and it was simply a suggestion as we had a specific model and year we wanted... Only having a short window of time we took it for a quick drive and actually really enjoyed it but had no time to do research it to make sure it's history and safety logs checked out. After our brief 2nd vehicle test drive we had said we liked that car... But had no more time left as we had another appointment. The Manager said, no worries I totally understand we want you to be in a vehicle you are comfortable with and feel good about wether it is with us or not, take your time and we will hold the car, no deposit for you if you would be able to come back in the morning tomorrow? We of course said sure... There was an opportunity for me to do my research to make sure it was what we wanted and it was a good and safe purchase for my son as this was his first car! He saved up for 2 years and paid cash for it!! $8200 is a lot to pay for a used car but the actual value and price was spot on based on our research. They had replaced front brakes, major front end steering components and put new tires on as well... We felt comfortable with the vehicle that it was safe and was a worth while purchase!!! We were out the door after a couple of hours of paper work and detailing the vehicle and all the things that go with buying a vehicle now.... Listen, I read a lot of the reviews before I even made my initial trip out... We spent over 3.5 hours in just driving back and forth over 2 days and it was worth it! I feel a lot of individuals see dealerships as a negative experience or that they are out to get you..... I am sure things happen and no one is innocent of mistakes, but as long as a consumer takes their time, does their research, pays attention to what is actually going on and is a good stuard of the process things will be fine. You are buying a USED VEHICLE.... AS IS. It is really that simple. If you say yes why would they say no? It's up to the consumer at the end of they day to pay attention to what your doing and what your buying. The terms are laid out in plain sight..... You have to sign a form BEFORE you can even get the keys saying THIS IS BEING SOLD AS IS WE OWE YOU NOTHING AND IT IS NOT COVERED UNDER ANY WARRANTY.... This is about as simple as it gets y'all..... If you have an issue after you drive it off the lot it is now YOUR issue. I know that can sound harsh but I knew that going into this and understood the rules. If I wanted something different I could have spend 4x the price and bought new and then I could have expected a warranty and expected everything to be perfect. At the end of the day I am very happy with Hunter Hoppe and the team at Suburban Ford of Sterling Heights (Used). I hope this helps anyone considering shopping here in the future.Cheers,John C.Fenton MI
Claire Myers: To start - as a business owner ourselves, we don’t typically like to leave reviews because we know there’s always two sides to every story. So, there’s something to be said that we’re taking the time to leave this review, based on such a poor customer service experience. To sum it all up - this is the type of dealership that calls you on pickup day and tells you that they already sold the car to someone else. They will ignore your ($500) deposit and sell the car for a higher price, since it works in their benefit. The communication between Sales Manager (James W.) and Salesperson (Shawn S.) is very poor & unprofessional. With the Sales Manager even blatantly blaming it on his 20-year-old Salesperson for not having communicated properly with his own boss.Very clear that they value money more than taking care of their customers. As mentioned, not only have they lost our business, but as someone who comes across hundreds of clients a week in our own business, we’ll make sure to share our experience with them - especially those in the market for cars. As James mentioned in our last phone call, “nothing personal, it’s all business”.
Kimberly McKnee: Needed help setting up Ford Pass on the car i had bought in September. The in-car screen indicated i had to contact the dealer. I drove there thinking it was a quick fix. Tom was the manager that evening-he was genuinely friendly and acted right away! He sent me across the street to service and called there asking them to look for me. It was almost closing but Jason Jackson greeted me, explained it probably needed an update that would take a few hours. Jason gave me his card and said to call him in the morning. We were able to set up a time for the next day and done! Great service all around. Thanks Tom and Jason!
Nassim Yono: Unrespect the customer and the bad service
Mark Nichols: Worst experience I’ve ever had at a dealership granted it was the used car section, had a 1:00 pm appointment sales man show’s up 20 minutes late the car we were Interested in had a check Engine lite on they were asking 9500.00 for it … he’s comment was we sell them as is… so bad!
Sean Kearns: Always great customer service and friendly staff. They always welcome me with a smile, and treat me with courtesy.
Glenda Padilla: Bad customer service. Had an appointment at 3 pm and we were told the salesperson was with someone else so he would be with us shortly. 45 minutes later we walked out instead because we still weren’t helped or at least told they were still busy. They also closed at 4 so when we’re they planning on helping us? Waste of time.
Betty Long: As long as they are with driveway, I wouldn't buy a vehicle from them. Driveway is a Rip Off and a Bunch of Liars ! My truck was nothing like the picture and wasn't inspected, it had Absolutely NO BACK BRAKES
Gary Ellis: Great service, awesome staff .Kind friendly and accommodating.
Denny Lynch: Great staff
Benjimin Donnelly: These people just seem to want to scam you as hard as they can no matter what you do this place will always take advantage of you.
RASUNtheGOD RASUNtheGOD: Mike B ..... GREAT SERVICE

A & R Auto Sale: what do users think?
Stevensonplayer51: Sold me a car that needed $6000 worth of worth within 6 days of purchase. Completely shady establishment that will sell you a a barley drivable car at full price. If I could rate 0 stars I would
Ken Brooks: This place has a nice owner and other folks that work there. Despite the writing on the wall they do not do any financing.
Nathan Reason: Got a reasonable deal on a used Minivan. Great people to work with. Father and son duo that do business the right way. They were up front with some issues the van had in the past, and priced it in appropriately. Very happy, and would do business with them again, no hesitation.
Kay Kay: Just off the bad and unprofessional responses from the company let's me know you don't care about your customers.
Melissa Tharp: We had a great experience, fast and friendly. They worked with us on the price and I would purchase with them in the future. Thank you for the great service and no BS sale!
Kiss Kalamazoo: bad place
Uujjj Hohhot: trash don’t go here even if this is your last resort, trust me
The One: Very rude did not want to sell me a car they said that they finance and then they did not when we got there and when I said I will pay cash they try to charge me more money then on the website I wish I could put no stars

Sarina Johnson: Recently purchased a 2015 Kia Sportage from A & R auto sales. The salesman was extremely helpful and did everything that I requested before and after my purchase. He was reliable and stuck to his word regarding **some** of the agreements that we arranged. If there are things that need to be done post-purchase and he has agreed to pay for them, get it in writing & you should be okay.
