He was reliable and stuck to his word regarding **some** of the agreements that we arranged. Michael Marcil: I have been going here for about 5 years. I always have to go back after a service because a problem light goes off on my dashboard after I leave. Pretty disappointed that I always have to return a few days later to fix something they didn't fix right. They are pretty nice and fast but please do a better job ensuring everything is fixed before you send us on our way. I live an hour away and it's inconvenient. I've also gone there twice to change my tires but they didn't pull them from the warehouse so I had to reschedule. I hope my car is fixed without costing me extra money.

So I was expecting another bad experience of pushy sales people, price changing, being held hostage, and no post sale support.My experience could not have been more the opposite with Gino.
