My dress initially had a deep plunge neckline that I hated, and they found a way to cover that up to form a sweetheart neckline seamlessly. The skirt also had many layers that needed to be hemmed and everything turned out perfectly. They were super nice and quick turnaround time. It was also easy to get in for appointments, they were very accommodating. Definitely recommend!

Melissa Lan: Alketa did a phenomenal job altering my dress! She was very professional, timely, and attentive to detail. I called her, along with two other places on October 5th on quick notice for alterations to be made before October 16th and she had the dress ready in three days. The two other venues I called said they wouldn't have been able to have the dress finished until on or after October 22nd. We also needed to make one additional change afterward, in which she had ready two days later with plenty of time before the occasion. I am incredibly happy with her work and will be taking other dresses to her in the future.

This is the second time this happened to me the store is not reliable call before you go.

Deena Jamoua: I dropped off my Machine 1/8/21 for a full service clean. I finally called 4/19/21 to be told by the owner that he thought his employee called me and it's been done for weeks. Then when I picked it up the same day he bad mouthed the employee saying this employee has been messing up all kinds of things. As the owner he is ultimately responsible for what goes on in his store. I don't need a big runaround story. It's unprofessional and I won't be back. In addition the service is overpriced.

Mary Anne Ramer: I parked in their designated spot and saw the store sign was lit. It was 4:02 by my car clock, which is set five minutes fast. As I was getting out of the car and carrying a sewing machine to the door, I saw two women chatting beside a car several spots away. As I got to the door of the business, it was locked and there was a paper sign on the door saying their “temporary hours are 10-4”. As I start walking back to my car - parked in the store’s designated spot, so everyone knows I was there to shop there- one of the women that was chatting starts walking back to the store and couldn’t get back in because the door was locked - it turns out she was an employee! She watched me walk to the door and back with sewing machine in tow without stopping her conversation to say “Sorry, we just closed!” or even when I was walking back to the car “Ma’am, we can help you now!” Nope. She pretended I didn’t exist. Wouldn’t make eye contact with me. I called out to her “you just lost my business!” and she looked at me as if to say “so what?”What she didn’t know was I have FOUR sewing machines I just bought from various estate sales that I needed to have tuned up/refurbished for each of my children. I know I could have easily dropped $1000 in their business. For them to turn off their light and lock their door while I was walking to it was, in the words of Julia Roberts, a “Big mistake. Huge!”

I went 4 days later and they weren't done(they never called to give me a heads up it wouldn't be ready). I waited two days to return. Once I returned they said the vest were ready, I tried it on and it was still just as big as when I dropped it off.THERE WERE NO ALTERATIONS DONE TO MY VEST BUT I WAS CHARGED $75. To begin the place is very small, smells like smoke and they make you go through three people before actually talking to someone who remotely understands English and knows what he saying. We had a bridal party of about 15 people who we rented suits from which by the way were not cheap at all. We looked through the book and we ordered slim fit suits, they came regular fit and were as huge as possible. He required the boys to get a minimum of THREE alterations for each suit. They still came out terrible and the quality was terrible. Half of the groomsmen had to go to other places such as Sam Michael to get new suits and we had to pay double price. We still PAID FULL PRICE FOR 6 SUITS THAT DIDNT EVEN GET WORN because the quality and fit was so terrible and the boys went to somewhere PROFESSIONAL. All my wedding photos were ruined. Please please please we went to this place based off reviews and it was such a terrible experience. They did nothing to help. We paid double to to other people having to go get their suits from PROFESSIONAL places. PLEASE DONT GO THERE! We wasted so much time and money and the entire family and bridal party was so upset. THEY EVEN ORDERED the WRONG COLOR SUITS for the ring boy and candle boy!!! WORST PLACE EVER!! Would like to give a 0Service:Alterations
