Brittney Wallace: I took 3 vest to be altered, taken in. During consultation the man placed the pins in areas to be altered and I was pleased with the "pinned" fit of the vest so I wanted to proceed. They said they could do it, promised it would be ready in 4 days even though I only requested to receive them back asap. I went 4 days later and they weren't done(they never called to give me a heads up it wouldn't be ready). I waited two days to return. Once I returned they said the vest were ready, I tried it on and it was still just as big as when I dropped it off.THERE WERE NO ALTERATIONS DONE TO MY VEST BUT I WAS CHARGED $75. I had high hopes was going to get more items done. What a waste. Will NEVER EVER RECOMMEND AND WILL WARN OTHERS!Service:Alterations

Jamie Khamo: PLEASE READ BEFORE GOING!!!My husband and I had the WORST experience EVER possible at this Taylor for our bridal party and his grooms suit/ bridal party. To begin the place is very small, smells like smoke and they make you go through three people before actually talking to someone who remotely understands English and knows what he saying. We had a bridal party of about 15 people who we rented suits from which by the way were not cheap at all. We looked through the book and we ordered slim fit suits, they came regular fit and were as huge as possible. He required the boys to get a minimum of THREE alterations for each suit. They still came out terrible and the quality was terrible. Half of the groomsmen had to go to other places such as Sam Michael to get new suits and we had to pay double price. We still PAID FULL PRICE FOR 6 SUITS THAT DIDNT EVEN GET WORN because the quality and fit was so terrible and the boys went to somewhere PROFESSIONAL. All my wedding photos were ruined. Please please please we went to this place based off reviews and it was such a terrible experience. They did nothing to help. We paid double to to other people having to go get their suits from PROFESSIONAL places. PLEASE DONT GO THERE! We wasted so much time and money and the entire family and bridal party was so upset. THEY EVEN ORDERED the WRONG COLOR SUITS for the ring boy and candle boy!!! WORST PLACE EVER!! Would like to give a 0Service:Alterations

Jennifer Cecchetti: They did a wonderful job altering my wedding gown! My dress initially had a deep plunge neckline that I hated, and they found a way to cover that up to form a sweetheart neckline seamlessly. The skirt also had many layers that needed to be hemmed and everything turned out perfectly. They were super nice and quick turnaround time. It was also easy to get in for appointments, they were very accommodating. Definitely recommend!

Melissa Lan: Alketa did a phenomenal job altering my dress! She was very professional, timely, and attentive to detail. I called her, along with two other places on October 5th on quick notice for alterations to be made before October 16th and she had the dress ready in three days. The two other venues I called said they wouldn't have been able to have the dress finished until on or after October 22nd. We also needed to make one additional change afterward, in which she had ready two days later with plenty of time before the occasion. I am incredibly happy with her work and will be taking other dresses to her in the future.

If it were about money, I wouldn't have offered him the opportunity to correct his mistake. BE AWARE!! He is not a competent tailor.

I can’t do this!” I called in advance to see if they’ll be willing to honor the request and was told, “oh that’s all you need? Come in.” The tailor offered every other suggestion but in such a way that made me feel my business was unwanted.I literally just needed a hook & eye.

Measurements are always spot on, the stitching holds up to years of heavy wear & tear, and they even re-sew the custom seam taping in the sleeves and pant legs.Great work every time. Highly recommended!
Joshua Engel: Inexpensive and high quality. Left 3 $100 dollar bills in back of pants and they handed the money to me when I picked up the pants. Honest, good people.
