R B: Meh just okay. We ordered today some meat shawarma and chicken tawook hoping to try the food out and order a few trays for a gathering tomorrow. Extremely disappointed. Chicken is burned.. so much char on the pieces and I’m convinced not all of the pieces are chicken breast like how chicken tawook/chunks are supposed to be. I’m also convinced one of the pieces was still raw on the inside. The meat shawarma saj was extremely pickle filled. I’ve counted at least 14 pieces I’ve had to take out. We like pickles but that’s excessive. The food looks great online and the restaurant is clean but after all this hype, we’re going to continue ordering elsewhere.

We ordered an Iraqi salad which was supposed to come with chickpeas, they served it without it and said it doesnt come with it. Later when I showed them the picture on their menu then they said we dont have any. Not going their ever again.

This is my first and last time coming to this place they let me wait 50 mins for 2 meals and it wasn’t even ready after 50 mins and they let their customers go before me. I ended up canceling my order and never coming to this stupid place again.

Frank LiBretto: The food here was absolutely delicious. The combo plates offer food true to the estimate amount of people they will serve. We ordered a combo for 3 people and it was more than enough food for 2 people. A little bit of tea at the end of our meal helped selttle the food in our stomachs. The place was very busy and loud which makes it hard to hear your company talking but who cares if you are stuffing your mouth with delicious food. They also offer takeout if you prefer to eat at home and skip the wait.

The Meat Teshreeb, while passable, was a far cry from the rich, hearty stew I had anticipated.The one redeeming element of the meal was the Meat Kebab, which was expertly prepared and burst with flavor. This standout dish offered a tantalizing glimpse into the potential of this restaurant, making the overall disappointment even more poignant.What further marred the experience was the service. Despite being generally attentive, there was an unsettling rush attached to it. It felt as if there was an invisible clock, pushing us towards the exit a bit too soon, stripping away the leisurely enjoyment of the meal.Given these experiences, this restaurant doesn't make the cut for my future dining choices in the city. Despite its potential, it falls short in delivering a truly satisfying and authentic Iraqi culinary experience. A revisit seems unlikely unless significant improvements are made

Janice W: Shady shady shady! They just make up prices and charge you whatever they want to make a little extra and don’t give what’s suppose to be included on menu. Ordered a platter for 2 and extra potato curry sauce. When I got there they charged 36 even. I asked why, I was told by the woman and man who are always at the register that “its taxes honey.” Platter cost 29.99, was told the extra sauce was $3, that would make tax 1.97. That’s 34.96 by my math but I guess a dollar is worth their reputation. Then for the third time in a row, this exact situation has happened all 3 times I’ve been here, they charged my card .36 and said they needed to run again. Look later and it charged 1.36. A time previous my husband was told on the phone Garlic sauce is $3. I get there and she tries to charge me $5! Shady all around, and the food isn’t even good like it was when I went the first time. Much smaller amount for a lot more cost, old and reheated and super stale hard pita bread instead of the bread the menu states you get. Will never return. There’s way too many places in the area to give money too.

Ap G: This place does not know how to estimate time. I did a carry out order 3 hours in advance, went to the store to pick it up and they didn’t even have my order ready or started. Even tho they were busy, the lack of customer service this place has. I use to go here all the time but after this incident I refuse to go back. This isn’t the only occurrence. They have screwed up orders 3 times before that. I do not recommend this place.

Ashran Bakth: The deboned chicken with rice was really good! The only issue I had was the bread appetizer which I didn’t like much, but the garlic was great. I would go back there again to try other items!

Lauren Bauer: I was in the area for the first time in a few years and wanted to order carryout from my old favorite lunch spot. I ordered online mistakenly thinking it was A-1 Kabob and when I put it in my GPS I realized it wasn't (and that A-1 Kabob is out of business now). However, I was definitely NOT disappointed upon opening my fattoush salad, which was huge and covered with perfectly cooked chicken. So good!

TheRealVolcano: I GO HERE ALL THE TIME. This place helped me lose 75 pouns. The Lebanese salad with chicken is not only HUGE but its DELICIOUS. Great falafel, lentil soup, and shawarma. Best in the area. That says a lot because there are a ton of Mediterranean restaurants in the area.

Ryan Stanley: Caught up with the Sami's Fattoush Express Truck at the Ramadan Sahoor Festival in Dearborn. I ordered the Shawarma Fries (fries shawarma meat of your choice and nacho cheese) and chicken and beef shawarmas. Even though the menu was limited because of the crowd size and the line to get to the truck was long the service and food was excellent. I would like to get the full menu experience soon

R B: I’ve been wanting to come here for months and haven’t been able to. This is solely based on the express location at 15 mile and mound road. The menu is simple and provides everything that you would want without the extras. We ordered two sandwiches (one chicken Shawarma and one beef Shawarma) and a large hummus. The hummus was on the smaller side for a large but the flavors and taste were fantastic and made up for it! Will definitely be back again to order carry out.
