Bobbi Rupinski: Most of the time its closed in the mprnings and early afternoons. Sometimes the police get called to this location ive noticed. If they are open at times im told at the door by someone inside that theyre closed. In 3 months i think there was only 1 time i was actually able to get gas so i just dont bother anymore. Keep driving to next one down.

Lance Lucern: In the past this place was okay. However, the last time I was there I walked in and took my place in line behind some old lady who was being helped at the counter. The old lady handed her cell phone to the girl behind the counter who began having a long conversation with someone one who was apparently on the line. I waited and waited, but this conversation went on and on. In the meantime more customers came in and a new line was started for them at another part of the counter. NO one there waved me over to help me even though I had already been there waiting for a long time. New customers were just helped before me even though they just came in and I had been waiting. I just got fed up, walked out and went to another gas station. I will not be visiting this Shell on Ryan and 16 Mile again. Their service used to be good but now it's horrible! Poor management!

The Shell attendant Najy jump started my car while his colleague was manning the gas station. This allowed me to smoothly resume with my travels. I wanted to commend Najy on his helpfulness in such a situation! Kudos to Shell on employing such fantastic team members!

Matthew Jarbo: Solid gas station with many great smiling faces behind the counter. A great place to stop buy for some great fried chicken. I usually fuel my Mercedes Benz with their new racing fuel recently added. My favorite gas station by far. Sam and louie are great people to see and always know how to respectfully make a sale.

Terez: Visited this location on Sept 26 around 3:15PM. There was a homeless man sitting on the curb next to the store. He was obviously suffering. The owner of this Shell station came outside and started yelling profanities at this poor homeless man. It was disgusting to see another human being treating one down on his luck so horribly. If you're a gas station owner, you are most likely well off in life. Shameful for this gas station owner to show no compassion or empathy and instead treat another human being down on his luck as if he were some kind of animal. He could have at least spoken kindly to this man or at least called the police to get him some help. My friend and I left this gas station without filling up or buying anything from inside and we won't be back. Shame on that horrible gas station owner. Tell that gas station owner to stop being a horrible person and treat others, especially those less fortunate than him, with compassion, empathy and respect. Despicable how that gas station owner treated that suffering homeless man. I wish I would have taken a video.

Nicholas Alexander: My stolen debit card was used here to order car parts from Jegs auto online and 3 fill ups of $56.00-65.00 each time (Totalling $1,800 in fraud). After I reported this fraud to my bank and froze the account someone at this location continues to try to charge my card 2-3 times a day for $1.00. I've never personally shopped here. Paper trails don't lie however.

L C: Rating go towards the service center not the convenience store . Came in today and purchase things I need it and also gets in a car wash . My driver side mirror was broken during the wash and a mechanic tom or Tim refuse to fix it . Rather than see if there was something he could do he tried to argue with me about it is and Walked away laughing as he answered back inside of the store. I have been coming to this store from most three years now and because of this I don’t think I will be returning

There are all kinds of snacks and it is so big inside. Any snack that you have a craving for you can probably find here. Shell, your one one stop refreshment destination.
