Anonymous: GO ELSEWHERE!!! This place is a joke. They don’t ever answer their phones, they don’t know what’s going on in their store. Nobody actually works there or does their job. We’ve been calling about the CPAP machine for months and even went there. They said they never got the order but then they found it. Still waiting. They don’t care about their customers. They are this way about anything you order from them.
M T: Terrible terrible service! They do not move fast unless your in the hospital! My Dr submitted 2 scripts in January didn't get a call back for 1 script until March I had to keep calling about the other I don't know how there office works but when people faxed things to our office I had to get up and physically scan them into the system somewhere someone isn't doing their job. I'm irritated because I'm the one going without my medical equipment . It should be a easier way to get things done and a back up then that can hold people accountable .

Samar Louis: This is the worst place I have ever visited and, I should give no star at all. The lady who works there is very rude and brazen. This is my third time to go over there, and each time, the lady was very mean and refused to help me or explained to me how to use my sleep apnea machine. I don’t recommend this place at all and avoid this lady at all.

Holly Kotchman: I got a breast pump a week and a half ago from Binson’s, and had to come back because my 2 year old broke the tubing off in the machine on accident. (He fell on it.) I went there today, not sure what to do. Originally they told me I had to call customer service (the manufacturer) which makes sense. I asked how long it would take to get another pump because I exclusively pump. They handed me a box with another pump and said “you need this.” They also gave me paperwork with my info on it in case I needed to call modella to get new parts. I almost cried. They are so kind and knew I needed this to feed my baby. I cannot express enough how grateful I am for them and know if I went anywhere else they wouldn’t have done this for me. Not only do they have excellent customer service skills, but they are wonderful human beings with big hearts. I will recommend this place to anyone in need of medical supplies. They exceeded any expectations I had. I wish I got their names but it was the man at the desk and a woman who sat facing the front door. I hope they see this so they can know how grateful I am for them.
Dody Hofer: I ordered a CPAP machine for my husband back in October and I still haven't heard anything from them. My husband's snoring and breathing is severe and needed a CPAP machine asap.. Thanks to this other company they were able to help us. We now have a CPAP machine for my husband. I will never suggest Binsons Medical Equipment to any of my family or friends not even my worst enemy.. sleep atmea is not to play around with you can loose your life expially when it's Sevier ..Thanks to Aairs they were there for us.
Mammagiggio: As a counter to the 1 star I left for Binson's Livonia location, it is only fair that I leave a raving review for the employee at Binson's Sterling Heights location who provided GREAT customer service.Short story:I received the wrong heated tubing for my CPap with my mail delivery order. I went into the chaos which is the Livonia Respritory department, and left very frustrated, without an exchange.I phone Binson's customer service to try to exchange via mail, also no help.So, I phone the Sterling Heights location. She indicated the tubing was incorrect/defective, and is shipping a new heated tube.Faith in humanity restored!

Steve Miller: Pleasantly surprised at how quickly they were able to fit me for a boot (broken ankle) and get checked out. In and out in under 45 mins for everything!! Nice that they have sections broken out for different needs and dedicated folks working those areas.

NOTE Binson's has done away with the TICKETING system to determine your order of service by their staff!GET A TICKET WHEN YOU ARRIVE to determine your order of service by Binson's staff. The last two digits of the ticket number are significant - the "Now Serving" sign showed 847 while my ticket number was 951. They were calling the last two digits to assist the next customer.I was picking up a new Prodigy blood glucose meter and supplies. The staff explained what I was receiving, showed me the meter is turned on by inserting a test strip and to apply the drop of blood to the END of the test strip. They asked if I had any questions and even set the date and time on the meter for me.

delano sanders: Marci Taylor! was amazing. I visited Binson's to see about a knee scooter or a wheel chair. Marci helped me with the scooter. the handle was a little wobbly and she made sure to go the extra mile to make sure it was sturdy and safe for me to tryout in the store. before she helped me i noticed her helping an other patron and she just kept an amazing smile on her face. I am in a lot of pain but she made the experience wonderful! Binson's is not even in my PPO network but i plan to go back to purchase other things with my HSA. Primarily because of the customer service she provided.
frank wasung: I wish I could give a better review, but I have been on hold for a total of 70 minutes over the last two days, during business and non lunch hours, to simply check to see if they have received and prepared the prescription my Mothers Dr. sent over for a walker. I still have NOT spoken to anyone as I have had to hang up due to time. I drove over 60 miles yesterday while waiting for someone to pick up the phone and nobody ever did.

Laura Slowinski: I came here today looking for a left foot boot because I am having joint pain. It’s Saturday, they were open and they were very helpful.Go in, talk to Sandra. She will help you and it will be a great experience.I highly recommend this place. 😊pS. They also have a wide variety shoes AND there is a pharmacy adjacent to them that you can get at from inside the store.

I left a review out of frustration due to the staff being very rude, which they still are. However the owner reached out to me and we solved the conflict, he was very respectful and understanding. I do wish more of his staff are as nice as he is, but unfortunately we had to part ways with this group. Thanks for your help to the owner!

Fd A2: As I know when you have a last customer before you closed you have to help him then close I go there for half an hour I ask for the lady she’s working in there she have a black long hair to help me she didn’t do anything she didn’t try she said I can’t I have to go I have a life I have a family to go there was kind of the scription alloctronic prescription she have to call the pharmacy to move the prescription to them but she did not why?

Salwa Hermiz: Worst service ever, they take forever to process a script and ship a medical equipment, you have to call them constantly to remind them of your forgotten order (it took them over a month to ship a CPAP machine and a mask). They also document incorrect information in the patient's chart and mix them up with other patients.They documented that I ordered 4 CPAP masks and I hand picked them from the store, which is incorrect, I never went to their store, all orders happened through the phone and were shipped to my house through their supplier and I only ordered 2 masks not 4.Very bad service and I regret using them, also I will never recommend them to anyone, they are an embracement to our community and they don't deserve the one star.....

Shalom Burshtein: Return policy is impossible. How can I return a product without opening the package, just to find out that Kline Medical shipped me the wrong item? They do not call back, there is no return label, so I need to bare the shipping cost back though I did not make the mistake.BE WARE OF BUYING FROM THIS COMPANY.

Tom Ogormsn: AA medical do not ever use they really give u the run around I submitted an order for a dexcon 6 meter 4 weeks later I still don’t have the meter I called 4-6 times a day I sent text messages left voice mails I even drove to the office . I got a different story the guy in charge of my order is on a delivery. Then I got he was in the hospital then I finally got a phone call from some lady that said she was going to check on my order and call me back Friday or Monday not a phone call ever! This is a very unprofessional company do not use them for anything very shady company !!!!submitted 2-20-2023
Daphney Eliza Walker: I’ve been working with them for over a month. My grandmother needs the Dexcom unit for her glucose measurement and I thought they could help. I’ve been sending all the information about her via the phone number listed and they claimed they sent out a unit. After they stated that one was delivered by UPS and we looked for it and verified it wasn’t delivered, I had them send it out to me. STILL NO DEXCOM! I’ve requested for the tracking number and was told I’d get it via email but that still hasn’t happened. At this point I’m convinced this company isn’t legitimate and has wasted our time and lied to us on several occasions. Oh and did I mention that it’s only like one person answering for them. I’m going to the BBB at this point because this is sad and my grandmother needs the unit. I’ve been dealing with them since December and we’re over halfway into January. Please use another company before you end up wasting time like we did.
