Ron David: My parents recently needed to move quickly to an assisted living facility. The kids (including me) are trying to prep the house for sale. One of the items that makes this house unique is an indoor pool that All Around Pools helped my Dad to restore in 2018. I found the phone number in a file and called for help. Todd answered on a Saturday, during off season and was patient and professional as he helped me to get the pool filtration system running properly. He then came over and balanced the chemicals and cleaned the pool the following week. Since he knew what we were trying to do and why he has gone the extra mile. I truly appreciate Todd's help and professionalism. Highly recommend this company. Thank you!

Chris Dada: If you are looking for a company to service your pool look elsewhere. Amanda the owner of this company should step down. She is very disrespectful and not professional at all. She called me names and used profanity multiple times. Here’s my story:The day this company “opened” my pool they “finished” the job and I noticed my pool was not clean at all (I have video/ pictures of this). They did not screw the pool cover anchors back in, as a result my grandchild tripped and hurt himself. There is so much more I can go on and on.I called multiple times and Amanda said she was going to send someone out and she never did. I ended up having to call two separate companies to clean my pool and turn on my heater.Fast forward, Amanda the owner never resolved the issue and never sent anyone to my house, as promised, yet she expected me to pay for the service that never occurred. She has been contacting me (3 times) over the past year+ to collect payment and every time I explain why I’m not paying she dismisses me, doesn’t want to hear why, and uses profanity. Zoe Basoukeas: We have been waiting 3 weeks for our pool to be opened. We had a scheduled appointment they didn’t come due to weather they called and said they’d be there the next day, however it rained again, we understood. They said they’d be there next weekend and when we waited they never came so we called 3 separate times, no response. Called the following 2 days 3 separate times and twice they said they’d be there the next day, never came, beautiful weather. Called this past week multiple times and had radio silence until we finally got ahold of them after the 6th phone call that week, they said they’d be there friday 5/29 or Saturday 5/30 friday it rained. We waited all Saturday no show with beautiful weather. Called them to get a confirmation, radio silence. We have been customers of theirs for 15 years. Very upsetting and super hard getting ahold of them and haven’t came during beautiful weather days as well. People have been booked with them for later dates that we recommended them to and have gotten their pools opened before us when they scheduled WAY later than us. We are going on 4 weeks coming up, hopefully we will hear from them this week but at this point, im quite pessimistic because of our experience this year. Very frustrating in the middle of a pandemic when we can’t go anywhere, our pool is the only thing we have for summer and it has been scorching hot. Tried finding an inflatable pool just to hold us over until they get here, sadly they are sold out everywhere and I never expected to be waiting this long. Hopefully so positive news will come soon from them. Not mad but disappointed.

We used this pool service for a couple of months prior to “No Showing”. I texted Kevin at least 10 different times and he said he was sorry and they would be out to clean the pool, again nobody showed up. After this happened, he stopped answering my texts and phone calls. VERY DISAPPOINTED!!!

shellylat6030: PLEASE do your research BEFORE signing any agreement with Exigent. Feel free to reach out to me and I will tell you how the process went for us. My experience with them throughout the entire pool, patio and backyard landscaping process was filled with mistake after mistake, and every fix generated more mistakes. After giving them 4 chances to pass township inspections for our backyard grade, side yard grade and proper grade water drainage, which resulted in 4 fails, we finally told them to leave. We had to hire another company to fix the grade and drainage issues, they respectfully consulted with the township inspectors and in 2 1/2 weeks, we passed the grade and drainage inspections with flying colors. However, the cost to fix our backyard was nearly double what it should have been! We had to take money from the hard earned money we had saved for retirement to pay for it. So I will be working longer than I anticipated to my disappointment. My hope is that the owner and his crew do some serious self reflection and learn from their mistakes. We saved and saved for our dream backyard, only to have in my opinion, one of the most stressful, worst experiences in my life dealing with this company.Service:Inground pool installation

The team is great at designing exactly what we wanted and gave us a 3D mockup so we could see exactly what would be built beforehand. There were some bumps and delays along the way unfortunately and the project got extended well beyond what was originally promised. That was definitely a headache to deal with but the finished product when it did finally come to fruition was well worth the extremely extended timeline. Stephanie Baker: We found Exigent through a friend who previously had a pool done by this company. We worked together with Amanda to design a backyard that met our needs and our budget. Amanda answered every question that we had without hesitation. We originally backed down from the project because we thought of moving. Amanda was not pushy and wished us well. Bid after bid on houses was lost and we decided to make our home an oasis. We called Exigent back and signed with them. They welcomed us back and we’re excited to help make our backyard everything we wanted. chris smith: My friend tried using this company and they gladly took a $1000 deposit. When she realized how overpriced they were she asked for them to just do the irrigation. They explained there is a $10,000 minimum. This was never explained and was not on the proposal. If this was known prior there would have been no deposit because she explained they were on a tight budget, to which they said they could work with her.. They are now telling her the deposit is non-refundable. Because they are on a tight budget . She is now out $1000 and no work done. Just a design with a bunch of things she didn't want. When you tell a company you are on a tight budget, you don't expect the bid to be over $90,000.
Rich Scheer: Brandon and his team renovated my front porch including paver porch, steps, pillars, ceiling, lighting, trim and landscaping. The pavers and steps really came out great. Brandon and his team are very responsive and easy to work with.

Dirty White: (Concerning a first time pool owners/opening)The woman I was talking to on the phone was GREAT... They must have trained her to handle dealing with upset customers, because i'm learning there are a lot. I paid $300 for a team of 6 to show up and do a poor job. The sides ABOVE the water were left dirty, and after swiping a finger, there was a ton of dirt and sludge. Obviously, no brush had touched that portion of the pool. This is a new house/pool, so they explained there was a part missing to the filter, that made it impossible for the filter to actually filter. Just circulated water. Gave me no guidance after the website said they would teach me a bit. Just kind of told me to find the part on my own, and never even told me what it was. Just took my check and ran after about 45 minutes. I have also learned that $300 for an opening is too much. Today, I had to buy a brand new filter. Apparently you're not supposed to leave those running when the sand is hard as a rock, and it's not actually filtering. Most likely will be contacting an attorney if i'm really feeling up to that hassle. You all took advantage of my ignorance of pools, and that's not cool. The problem (for you) is that I have a very large network of friends, and associates. And i'm also sharing this review with the world. The nice woman I was talking to eventually stopped replying to me at all. So, another $900 later and we might have a swim able pool in two more weeks. Thanks for literally nothing. Even though, technically. You've made our problem much worse.

The process was easy and streamlined and they had the whole thing done in the same day, including excavation, build, and fill. We were seriously amazed at the work ethic and quality of construction. The best part was that there was very little damage to the other parts of the yard, so saved money on the yard repairs. A new pool would have cost us around $11,000.00 since our pool is the largest above ground Doughboy makes 21' x 41' that was not an option!!! We are so grateful they were able to save our pool!! Shaton Henderson: I really like Lauri!!!! This review is long overdue, but have been very busy. I recently inherited a pool after buying a house and this pool has been a great investment. A few weeks ago, I scheduled an opening with Pool Guys Sunday, May 29, 2022. The next day after the opening, I noticed that my pool was still cloudy. I called and texted with the pool guys and they were very nice. After getting very frustrated with the pool, I had a conversation with Lauri and she came over right after work Tuesday, May 31, 2022. She provided additional services and also mentioned multiple solutions for my cloudy pool. Being a new pool owner, I appreciate the extra time and attention needed to resolve the issue. Gena Smith: We were recently on vacation when we received a call from our house sitters explaining they had inadvertently drained our hot tub. After trying unsuccessfully to solve the problem over FaceTime I called Sun and Fun (in a panic) 10 minutes before closing time to explain the situation and see if they could send someone out. Of coarse it was too late in the day and their service calls were booked for several days. Erica then transferred me to a kind, helpful gentleman in the pool store who wasn’t able to solve the problem over the phone either. Five minutes after hanging up I received a message that Kevin , who was done working for the day, was headed to my home. I can not thank you enough!!! Not only were we able to enjoy the rest of our vacation but our house guest were able to relax and enjoy themselves!! Thank you so very much for going above and beyond! Tiffany Raye: I have mixed feelings about this pool store. When we first started going last year the owner was there and was very knowledgeable and friendly. This year has been a different experience. The young woman usually there now doesn’t wait to hear what you have to say before talking over you. You can tell she’s knowledgeable but it comes off kinda rude.Also the pool guy they recommended (Chris, not affiliated with Dolphin) redid our tile, coping, skimmer and paint. Tile and coping look great. He left some sloppy work and the paint is already bubbling but he won’t return our messages. I know he’s busy but you should still stand behind your work as a contractor.

My shed door was left open with the ladders to my pool still inside. My husband called the guy to find out why everything was left a mess and was told he was being petty. The guy tried to lie and say the trash was next to the trash can, except the ring cameras told the truth. Then he told my husband he have ring cameras too. The unit didn’t work, so he had the warranty company come look. They concluded the gas line was not providing enough pressure, and Sardelli claims now he said this would happen.So you would install a heater you knew to be an issue, have the warranty company come out and waste time to confirm it, and then tell the customer it’s their problem to solve ?The fact Sardelli didn’t assess the situation and provide a recommendation in advance is a big fail. Actually said “no one on earth tests the gasline before installing” - really?All of this, coupled with the warranty company telling me this is his pattern and they were not fans - I so regret the decision to work with Sardelli.Worst of all, he keeps butt dialing me, so I get some false hope he’s come to realize he’s done this one wrong, but nope…just another sign I chose poorly

Anthony Regan: Got a pool Inspection when I bought my house and he did not test ANYTHING on the pool. Sardelli said an inspection is $375, and didn’t say how lacking/non-thorough the inspection would be. Only spent about 30-40mins with me. He just gave some comments about what he thought about the pool without taking the cover off (this looks good / this looks bad, etc.). He did not care about what my goal was w having him out. I can easily say this was a money grab and a waste of money..Would not recommend

Radu Timbuc: We had our pool installed by Sardelli in the fall of 2019, with last year being the first year that we had it open. We had a great experience with Mike and his team. Mike is very knowledgeable and this can come across as condescending at times, but I can tell you that he means well and wants the best for his clients. Do not be turned away by the other reviews if you want a high quality pool with the best Pentair equipment. All of my friends that have pools are jealous of the efficiency and ease of use of the new equipment. I’m sure it will be tough to get on the schedule for a new pool build, but it is worth the wait. We buy all of our supplies from Sardelli too, and we are very satisfied with the quality and selection.
