Brendan Blanchard - GRAG: Signed an agreement with this dealer to assist with marketing one of their vehicles. The owner changed his mind within 48 hours of signing a contract with us, and charged back all payments. Ongoing lawsuit with them currently - I wouldn't trust them with any vehicle sale or purchase.EDIT Oct 2022: He lost the chargeback request, and we were granted the win against his false claims.
Stanley Pendleton: I literally search the country for this specific Vanderhall Carmel GTS. No one had it in stock and there was a 4 month waiting period. Accidentally ran into Next Ride Motorsports online. Was told that one will be available in a week. Got the call that it had arrived but I needed a deposit to make the transaction. I was worried. Had never made a purchase out of town. Took a leap of faith and in less than 24 hrs the vehicle was being unloaded in my driveway by the owner of the dealership(talk about great sevice). The Crew was Profesional and Courteous.
Detroit Vinyl Graphics: We broke a windshield on a Vanderhall that we were putting vinyl graphics on. called them for a replacement they went above and beyond to get us the windshield that we needed for this vehicle would recommend them to anybody.

Thomas Dowen: Called Warren Honda / Suzuki in regards to purchasing a new machine was on hold for 19 minutes. When I finally did talk to a salesman, Hunter and asked him a few questions he had to put me on hold again to get the answers. When asking questions about the warranty on the machine and also on the belt, and if they had one in stock, I received answers like it should be, I believe so. Really felt like the salesman was following somebody else’s lead, He did not seem very knowledgeable in regard to their products. Ever since the dealership changed hands about three or four years ago, it has been going downhill I would really consider looking elsewhere for any of your Honda or Suzuki needs.

Dan Tucker: 1st off update your website to reflect your true business practices. If you dont offer test rides don't give me the ability to schedule one. 2nd if you aren't able/unwilling to order product for customers don't advertise that you do. 3rd when given a quote over the phone, I received a different out the door price when I came in. When questioned on it "Oh I forgot that I added a service package." So be wary of the final numbers as the sales guys seem to be cool with adding extras without saying anything. Not that I was in some super rush, but I was a bit embarrassed for your sales associate when he said we would have to wait to go over the fincianing because he is sharing a desk.
Jason Jones: Honda Suzuki of Warren is the perfect place to find your next motorcycle or ATV. The selection is impressive, and the staff are always knowledgeable and helpful. And the prices are unbeatable - they're often lower than at other dealerships in the area. Plus, the service department is top-notch - they always take great care of my bike.
Jim Benoit: I drove an hour on a Saturday morning to hopefully buy a Honda Dirt bike. But nobody wanted to sell me one so I left.
Jake Schimelfening: Got service done today, the final bill came out higher than expected. I asked to see the original quote I signed agreeing to the service being done and they refused to show it to me. The mistake in the final price could have been my fault, but refusing to show the customer the original quote with signature is a huge red flag (The receipt I received was the one without my signature). Ask for Steve, he was fantastic with getting the bike I wanted and telling me about different options and making sure I was comfortable with the bike. He went the extra mile to make sure I was happy with what I would be getting and that it fit with what I would be using it for. Highly recommend stopping in.

He also patiently answered all my questions, which made me feel confident that the bike I decided on would suit my needs. I was informed there was a short waitlist but he would be in contact when it was my turn.Steve called as promised when my bike was available and set up a convenient time for me to stop in and sign the paperwork. He also offered to keep my motorcycle at the dealership until I passed my instructional class in two weekends, so I could be the first to ride it.My last visit was to pick up my Honda Rebel 500, which I absolutely LOVE! Every step of the way Steve gave me great advice and the knowledge he imparted on me helped me start off on a positive note.As a woman, and as a first time rider and owner, I feel I was treated very well. I highly recommend Honda Suzuki of Warren.

Did an online estimated appraisal for my trade on Indians website a couple of months ago and it directed me towards Spartan Cycle. Brian listened to me and helped me figure it out.This was the most comfortable buying experience I’ve ever had, and Brian (Gary when Brian wasn’t available) made sure all my questions were answered and never rushed or pressured me.I had numerous conversations about what I wanted in accessories before picking up. Brian helped me pick what would be best and they had everything in stock. Showed up early to pick up and everything was installed, ready to go.Brian, Gary, and everyone else at Spartan are a TEAM, they work together perfectly to take care of their customers. John McGaffigan: I dropped off my 2000 Victory sport cruiser with high Hope's they could figure out the issues with it....It had only around 1000 miles on it but sat since 2005 in a temperature controlled environment...Bike looks like the day it was built...Beautiful bike...bottom line...they figured out the issues and got it running like new again....I couldn't be happier.....without a doubt....take your bike to them for any and all service.....
Steven Rais: Had a great experience with Spartan Cycle. Brian was a good guy to work with, personable, no pressure type. Decided on an RE continental GT and Brian was great with keeping me in the loop on the status of delivery during the 3 week wait. He even waited until after closing on day of pick up when I ran in to car issues on the way out (f'n jeep) and helped me load it. I will recommend this place to anyone. Great group of people.

But very professional and very realistic. I wanted to go for the Triumph Tiger but realistically I couldn’t sit on it because my legs were way to short for it at the time.I ended up getting a used bike about 4 years ago and it has been great. I did ask if they could adjust some pedals and handles at the time due to having short legs and arms and they were able to do that.The one thing that I wish they did was re-install a baffle as the bike is really loud without it in. However, working with this company to buy my motorcycle was a very positive experience.

Justin lyons: If you could give higher than a 5-star, or attach tips to reviews, I would. Joe truly went above and beyond. I went in looking for my first bike. Little to 0 knowledge of bikes at all, Joe taught me about every bike I was interested it. He truly listened to what I wanted, and gave me all the guidance I needed. I bought my FTR the very next day. When I went to pick up after hours, the battery was dead. At 8pm I called to let him know about it. He dropped everything on a Saturday night, without asking, and was there in 20 minutes to get me a jump. He stayed behind and spend over an hour teaching me how to ride this bike, so I would get it home safely. Absolutely stunning service. You really can't find that anymore
