Play-Place Autism & Special Needs Center: what do users think?
Amaya Wheeler: Nice concept. However, applied and paid an application fee and never received a response after calling multiple times.
Christena Ayyoub: This place was so much fun. Our kids loved it. There was something there for everyone one. It was a great time and definitely recommend it
Mary Rose: Today our program went on a field trip to the play-place and I have to say it was a great experience for all of our students. Shell was so wonderful. She made us feel right at home and all our students were so happy and had loads of fun. Thank you Shell for giving our students a happy and fun time at your center. You are AMAZING! We will definitely be coming back here!
Sarah M: AMAZING! Took my ASD k-5 students here on a field trip for the second time and they had a blast! I appreciate how the owner (I believe her name is Shell) made the activities age appropriate for my class, and how my students were able to have free play and explore the place all to their selves! They have sensory swings, slides, a rock climbing wall, a bounce house, a Lego room, an electronic room (filled with IPads), air hockey table, foosball, an art room, a glow in the dark chalk room, a play kitchen, a reading area, bubbles, a cafe, and a bunch of toys and activities for kids of all ages!Shell is a total sweetheart and made us all feel so welcomed and comfortable and she puts in the work to accommodate for everyone and all ages! I highly recommend for any special needs classroom!
Jennifer Lopiccola: Today was the first day my autistic 5 year old boy got his hair trimmed without any struggle. All thanks to the patience, creativity & pure heart of Carolyn! My son is highly adverse to haircuts, styling & sometimes shampooing. My heart was filled today by the pleasure of meeting Carolyn & my son finally having fun during a haircut!
Rita Prakash: The owner whatever her name was fired me for no reason. I came there to volunteer, when I had personal issues. I didn’t take it out on anyone, and she had the audacity to tell me that the play place is not for me. So I am like okay whatever. This was back in the Spring of 2017.
Natalie Ann: Helped us attend church on Sunday, and now, my husband and I will be able to enjoy lunches together in peace. What a blessing! He had such a nice time. 😊
Robert Pecar: Very nice place. Affordable for all, nice break for both kids and parents alike. So glad we found this place. Thank you!
J Bo: My child and even husband loves it here. Said he feels like there isn't judgement, they both feel free and have fun with the right kind of stimulation. Daughter wanted to come here for her birthday too, (without an official party set up, just as a play date) Love seeing my family so happy. And the kids we see here look like they enjoy being "free" too. Always come here over and over again, highly recommend. 👍
Dawn Gambill: I had my sons 7th birthday here; we had set for 20 children it was fun for all. We will planning to return often
Melissa H: Drove an hour to take my son somewhere special for him and they were closed. The sign on the door says they are open Sundays 12-4 and the phone number but no one was there. We stayed around another 2 hours still no one. Called no answer. We will never go there again apparently they don't want our business.
Crystal Till: I love this place. It’s the perfect place for children with Autism and special needs! It’s for the family!
BB8 Eight: I don't know if this will help others on the spectrum but my son did not want his hair cut AT ALL until we started putting a DUM DUM pop lolli-pop in his hand to enjoy while he got his hair cut. I't's almost as if he didn't notice the haircut being done while he enjoyed a cherry lolli! What a relief!
samina flores: So sad we drove out there but they were closed. We even checked the service hours on google and the website. There was no sign or change of hours posted so we missed out.
Jerica Dodson: Mr. Mavs is feeling so fresh and looking so grown!I'm so thankful for Carolyn (hairdresser) and her patience. We are so blessed to have found someone who truly loves her job and does amazing on a difficult task. Carolyn spoke soft, kind words to mavs the entire time.Half way through, Maverick was VERY irritated. We let him down off of my lap to play with some blocks on the floor. There she was, down on the ground with him, continuing to speak encouraging words to mavs. After almost 40mins, she was able to complete the job.Tears of joy fell down my face as I told her how much I appreciate her💙We need more people like Carolyn in this world.Be kind.
TeeTime HP: No place like it for special needs children.
Melissa Palmer: We love this place, started being monthly membership holders back in January, my son can just be comfortable as his autistic self and fully enjoys all the sensory activities. Staff is awesome too. I am really anticipating when they add ABA therapy as one of their services, we haven't actually used the hair cutting yet, as one can see.
Carrie Hawkins: We have been going here for a while and let me say we love it from the staff just seeing my son eyes light up Everytime we come here I wish there were more places like this we love you
Billy Wray: Love bringing my son here. They treat eberybody who walks through the door like family.
Howard Cagle: Good fun, computer lab and art lab, lego castle and bounce house, plenty of space to run.Lots of games and other stuffIn house hair cuts have been a major win!

Abigayle Ministries: what do users think?
Jody Wheeler: I have heard about this place through a radio station I listen to. I'm thankful for what they do. The ladies they help are warriors and this place helps so many people. God bless you all and may you continue to heal and have a beautiful life ❤️
Teresa THOMAS: The ladies that work at Abigayle are angels . They are helping women that have been broken and hurt . The women have walls up and one by one the angels are taking the bricks down . I can't thank them enough for helping these women out. Thank you Abigayle Ministries I know it isn't a easy but you all ROCK!!
Jessica Nichols: Although this place may not be the best fit for me, from the bottom of my heart I am so appreciative of the charity, and most of all the strong beautiful women that work there. They prayed over me and with me numerous times and made me feel so loved and cared for. From the first words with them, to the last they did everything they can to be there for me and show me God's love and theirs ! Nothing but thanks to Abigayle Ministries. I love yall!
Lashonda Hill: Although I didn’t qualify due to the fact I’m pregnant and I have a one year old Tatila Harris provided me with information that changed my life I was on the verge of loosing everything and at the end of my call she prayed for me and lifted my spirits every since then doors continue to open up for me in the name of Jesus so thank you Tatila Harris thank you so very much I appreciate you so much you could of just said I’m sorry we can’t help but you didn’t and I can’t thank you enough you have blessed me and I know God is returning the favor
Ina Aish: They helped a client of ours and seem so pleasant . Their cause is very noble. I'm very proud to have worked with them
Patricia Harris: LOVE THIS ministry helped my sister when she was homeless to fulfill all her needs most of all encouraged her to a closer relationship with God keep up the good work
Jay Double U: Great cause that truly helps women and children in need.
Shay Heard: Were not helpful at all. Lied and promised to email me resources and never did. As a rule of thumb when you go to donate to organizations call and ask them for help first and see how helpful they really are. A lot of these places really don't care about people, so sometimes you have to shop around before placing your donations.
