Scott Kolesar: I was recently here for a wake for my Uncle. The food was great!!! Not very salty at all, especially considering most large catered food is. The bread was awsome as well. Thre was not too much staff to interact with, but the couple of ladies that I did were super nice and polite. Not sure of their prices but if your near the area and looking for a hall, most definitely check them out!

Summer Alkhafaji: The service was GREAT.. The buffet had a very large assortment of main course items. The desserts did not taste right at all, they were old and everything was made out of cheap boxed cake not even a good quality boxed cake! The fruits were good and fresh. The main reason I went there was for the Iraqi dolma, which was okay but a tiny bit extra sour. We love dolma sour but this was way over board. Hopefully it will improve in the future! For a total 30 dollars per person I think the quality could improve perhaps :)

The bread was wonderful I could get in so much trouble with that bread. The string beans were truly amazing I could eat them everyday for the rest of my life. The mushrooms that were in with the beef were delicious. I wasn't real crazy about the beef it was good but it just wasn't exceptional. The chicken was breaded and very thin just not my cup of tea. I think that desert was some type of Jerry Garcia Cherry ice cream. Not really my cup of tea. The place is beautiful. I had a great time.

Gay Radulski: Went there for a morning baby shower. Breakfast was served. Awesome set up. The omelet station was very very organized and large variety. Line moved fast. Meat was cooked well. A little disappointed in hash browns, very crispy but to hard and dry. Fruit with fluff was very fresh with pastries on the side. Mimosas spiked punch very good. All wait staff were very efficient and friendly.

Vibella: Really Really nice. The bathroom was very roomy snd clean. They had a small selection of liquor. New Amsterdam Vodka, also Deep Eddy grapefruit and lemon vodka. Rum, whiskey, scotch also available. The bar is a teeny bit (glass of Peach Moscato $17.00) overpriced, but I guess that's how the complementary buffet food is paid.Buffet has s very nice assortment of dishes. Chicken Marsala, pork loin, sauté vegetables, garlic mashed potatoes. Different salad choices. Fruit tray includes cantaloupe, watermelon, honeydew, grapes, strawberries, blueberries, raspberries, with a strawberry cream dip...so yummy! There's also a vegetable tray. Includes cherry tomatoes, celery, carrots. Yellow, orange, and red pepper slices. Cucumbers and also ranch dipping sauce. Let's not forget the sweets table. They had chocolate chip & marconi almond cookies, still a little warm for extra softness. Also some key lime, chocolate, or vanilla tortes. Also yummy. I did notice there wasn't as much staff as in previous years before Covid. Still we're just so thrilled to go to shows again.

Roger Sno: We couldn't have chosen a more perfect location for our wedding! The venue is modern with a rustic feel that was the exact look that we were aiming for. Comparable wedding venues in the area seemed outdated and stuffy. The pricing was very reasonable for everything included. Lynda (the owner/manager) went above and beyond in answering our questions, allowing us to set up the Friday night prior with all the decor for our Saturday wedding, and her professionalism and expertise shined on our wedding day. Lynda made everything much less stressful and was a huge help with everything. I loved that the changing rooms were included in the pricing, providing us plenty of room for both the bride and myself (the groom) along with our wedding party to get ready! Being able to have the ceremony and reception in the same location was convenient for our guests and the gazebo and outside ceremony setup was beautiful. As far as photography goes there are so many amazing areas on the property to take photos that we had no idea even existed! The food from Chef Bobby's catering was terrific and we received tons of compliments! The staff was great as well. 10/10 this venue was amazing and I'm so grateful the memories that were created here on our big day. Go in, check it out, and say I do to this Banquet center. The amazing photos were taken by LEM Photography which we also highly recommend.

William safran: I gave them a 1 star. If I could give them a negative star rating I would. Freedom Hill may delete this post. I just want the truth to be heard. We attended a beautiful wedding at the beginning of October. The wedding was outdoors. However the reception, we were told was supposed to be outdoors but was moved indoors. There was no social distancing and face coverings including guests and the bar tenders. The hostess wasn’t wearing a mask when she told us to help ourselves to cupcakes.The bride and groom had posed for photos with their grandparents. All their grandparents could talk about was how beautiful was the bride. After the bride and groom returned from their honeymoon they both tested positive for COVID. In total there were 48 out of 90 that tested positive from that wedding. Sadly their grandparents my wife’s parents passed away from COVID. They spent the past month in the hospital fighting this terrible disease. Now they are at peace with our Lord in heaven. My wife and her family are in tears after losing their parents (grandparents, aunt and uncle). Posting this will not bring them back. I pray for the safety of others that this is not repeated at future weddings
S Fradl: Came here for a wedding that I stood up in. Beautiful setting for a average size wedding. Capacity is 250 but with 125 people, it seemed pretty tight spaced.

Denise: Lindsey and Mike are more than great, they are the literal best human beings and very good at their job. The food was perfect, we had the charcuterie board for cocktail hour along with two walking horderves. For the reception we did the buffet with prime rib and salmon. The staff was the best, so kind and accommodating. Lindsey was communicative throughout the whole experience and Mike was willing to work with us and my now husbands crazy questions and requests. They are also affordable, look brides out there, get with Lindsey and Mike not only will you not be disappointed but we tried a bunch of caterers and these other caterers food was subpar next to Mike's. Do yourself a favor and support small business owners that don't charge you for things like their equipment "waiter trays, silver ice buckets, tray jacks" and a random "operating fee" to match. Mike and Lindsey are honest, down to earth, badasses that you should hire. Ps I still get calls from family members that said they would never have prime rib "medium rare" and swear now its the only way to have it.

Kyle Anderson: You Plus Me did a phenomenal job catering our Wedding Reception on 5/21/22. We had an outdoor tented reception with ~200 guests and thanks to Lindsay and her team things went off without a hitch. I've heard from many guests who attended how much they liked their meal. We went with chili-pomegranate salmon and cider-glazed pork loin as the main course, as well as hors d'oeuvres, and a late-night walking taco bar and everything was delicious.We had also some special requests to make things more covid-friendly and You Plus Me accommodated every one (staff wearing masks, individual hors d'oeuvres, salad dressing in pipettes, etc). They really went above and beyond for us.If I was planning another wedding tomorrow I would not hesitate to hire You Plus Me again.

We were so blown away at the flexibility, creativity and professionalism of Lindsey and Mike toward all that went into a very last minute wedding with 50 guests. Our guests could not stop commenting on the deliciousness of literally everything! A. Babe: I usually order the fish fry dinner during lint but last night it was not the same. Not sure if they have a different cook or what. We ordered 2 dinners $16.95 ea. The battered fish was very hard and rubbery, overcooked. The fries are usually wedges but this yr they were very thin. The fries were so thin they were all crunchy and very little potato, more fried, overcooked. The only items that were good was the coleslaw and fish sauce. We were very disappointed this yr especially since the price is not cheap. We're going to try another place next wk.

We not only used them for our wedding, but also used them for our bridal shower. They are so professional and make take the stress out of wedding planning. The photobooth was included in our package, which is provided by Elite Entertainment, who they work closely with. However, do not book Elite Entertainment for any additional services. We used them for their photography services and the photos by the photographer were devastating. While this is not a review about Elite's poor talent or their unprofessionalism, I highly recommend vintage house and the package with the photobooth. If you want good quality photos and genuine customer service, book a photographer that is not associated with Elite Entertainment!

I'm sure there was more to the story but the party stopped a lot throughout the night. Catering crew was kind of slow, I had plates stack on my table and my dishes remained in at my table even after dinner was done hours ago.

The chef was very accommodating as well as all of our guests arrived on time and we were able to bump the serve time up 15 min. Event coordinator, Kamil, was very helpful and professional. The server was amazing and polite. Restrooms were clean and stocked. Highly recommend!

Joel George: I was trying to book this place for an event. I called them and arranged for the food tasting before booking the event. They agreed and told me to come after one of their events so that they can provide the food that is left over from the event. No problem with that. They told me to call at 6/630pm on the day of the tasting to confirm the best time to come. That day, I called them, and they told me to come at 930pm after the event is over and everyone is gone. I came at 930, and the event was just going on. Everyone was on the dance floor (probably 100 people) during Covid season. I couldn't just walk in there for the food tasting, because it's someone else's party. We waited in the parking lot for a half hour, and tried calling Taza over and over for 30 mins straight, and no one answered. So, we just left, and decided that if they can't be punctual with a food tasting, how can we trust having our event there.

Even the appetizers were flavorful. The price for my party was not comparable to some other over priced under achieved banquet halls. I would definitely recommend this place to all my family and friends.
