Zach rosario: I was hesitant about bringing my vehicle to this location after seeing the 3.7 stars out of 5 rating, i gave this place a chance. The female employee with the fish bowl cut was not welcoming as soon as I walked in. Not only was she rude right away she was in a bad mood already, our interaction was nothing but expected from a place that has a low rating. Not to mention the help wanted sign out front, would not be surprised if this place has a high turn over rate because of the environment inside.
D Д: I made a 4pm appointment at this location.Waited 3 days for the appointment to arrive and drove 6 miles through the heaviest traffic during rush hour, I called the location several times and kept getting hung up on and when I finally arrived i called again while I was standing in line just to see what would happen and sure enough the Bald guy at the counter didn't even bother picking up the phone. Then Michelle withNo greeting & No Smile rejected my appointment and kept telling me that the reason was because they close at 5pm when the website says they close at 7pm. Why would I make an appointment for 4 PM if I knew you close at 5pm?! And thenMichelle said that the guy in the back was leaving... drop off your car and we will get it done tomorrow and it's $135 !!! This place charged me $30 to balance 4 tires a few months back. What a ridiculous price! I can get it done somewhere else that will honor my appointment and charge way less than that!Some people just don't want to work and make free money 😒If you wanna get treated like you're not even welcome. Then go to this place but be sure to call or go there to make an appointment because online appointments obviously are NOT HONORED!Absolutely wasted my time !

Philip Bond (Mr Phil): I'm sure I reviewed this Firestone in the past,but I'm always glad to do it againI've been coming to this Firestone for more than a decade. The service is fantastic, the counter staff is awesome ( Michelle and Ben are great people )they're willing to help you any way they can. I've had a few minor and few major issues, but every time I go they've always been very helpful. They are expedient and explain what the problem is and what has to be done to fix it. So if you need a place to get your car fixed this Firestone is absolutely the best.
Kylie: If I could rate 0 stars I would. Horrible experience. The lady at the front was very rude. I received a call at 3:40pm stating that if I was not there by 4pm then I would not be able to pick my vehicle up until 9am the next day because they were closing, and picking my vehicle up the next day was not an option, meanwhile the locations website said they closed at 6pm. I had brought my vehicle in to get tires, a wheel alignment and an oil change. After I left my vehicle drove horribly. I feel unsafe driving my car. I took it to a different Firestone location the next day and they told me that my tires were not balanced, and unfortunately the technician that works on suspension/wheel alignments was not in to make sure that service was done on my vehicle. My car is still driving all over the road and I still feel unsafe driving my vehicle after visiting this Firestone location. I would not recommend this location to anyone. I WAITED 45 before I left. Michelle, called me but chose not to leave a voicemail, as call was missed. I made it 1mile down, called back as she said they closed at 5:00, and wouldn’t take me. Abbey !!: Ridiculous. Made an appointment for 9am, it was confirmed. Got there the guy at the front desk said it would take around 2-3 hours. Got a call from them saying they’d call before they close, they did not. We called them twice during open hours no answer. They kept my car overnight WITHOUT telling me. Put me in the worst situation with getting rides to work and such. I HAD TO CALL AGAIN the next day even hours after open, my car still wasn’t even done and they had just started inspection. Finally got a call the next day hours after open that my car would cost more than we bought it for to fix and did not address the specific issue I had and brought it in for. Told them don’t touch it and picked it up, took it somewhere else!

J K: Got my winter tires here. They took forever putting the tires on, left my car early in the morning, came back in the evening to find it not done still. I was told they were just having a hard time with my car.Once winter was over, I got them changed back to the regular tires. Again, I came back to pick it up only to find it not finished yet. I was given the same excuse about how they were having such a hard time with my car.Was charged over $100 just to get them changed each time for the labor.Fast forward, my tires keep going flat. I have to pump them every 2 days. I took them to Discount Tires and they told me that whoever put my tires on ** MOUNTED MY TIRES ON BACKWARDS **. They fixed it all for me for only $40. They also finished in less than an hour. Don't know why you guys had such a hard time, Sterling Tire, that it took you guys 8+ hours plus did the job wrong... Don't know why you also charge more than double....If you're wondering if you should go here, just go to Discount Tires instead. Cheaper and much more competent.I was told by two people not to come here but I never listen because this place was more convenient to come to during work. Never again.Service:Tires

(When I got there I found out it was 60) Dave told me he didn’t have anything available until 8/3 I’m like cool. I dropped my car off at 9:00am on 8/3 and asked if I could possibly wait, being that I had an appointment. He told me they weren’t going to be able to get to my car for at least a couple of hours. So I left, and walked home. I then called back at 2:00pm he told me they still hadn’t got to it yet. I’m like cool. I called back at 5:30. And he told me they were closed. (All this for a an appointment scheduled days in advance.)I’m like wow thanks Sterling Auto.

Just Maybe: Customer service at Sterling Hts location is very poor. Waited 10-15 minutes to be acknowledged first of all. Then was charged 2x for tire installation by Pep Boys & Amazon. Was told by Pep Boys 3 weeks ago I was credited, I still haven't seen it.Still waiting over a month, doesn't seem to matter to you. Hopefully others will learn from this.

P. H. S.: Could have been 5 stars, except.... The new tires were covered in a white grease. Most shops not only clean the tires before delivering the car, they will spray the tires with a conditioner. These tires looked worse than my 2-year old tires. And, it took nearly an hour after I was told they were working on the last tire. Other than that, the service rep, Jennifer, was great. She was friendly and professional. She could have used more help. The service desk was busy with a line of customers and she was the only one there. However, just 10 feet away, there were four clerks at the parts desk, doing nothing, looking at their phones, etc. Sort of like when you drive by a construction site, there's one guy digging, and four others just watching.

adam osterlund: It took 2.5 hours after my appointment time for them to even bring my vehicle into the garage. When I asked what the delay was, I was met with rude associates at the Sterling Heights location. It took over 4 hours to have tires installed, with an appointment. Every person in the store was rude, and unprofessional.
Taneisha Weatherspoon: I needed windshield wipers. The team showed me exactly what I needed and replaced them. I was in and out in less than 5 minutes. This is my new shop for all things auto.

They swore up and down there was nothing wrong, So i made them take the tires off in front of me and the new drum they installed was purple and warped. 3 more times of dropping it off them keeping it overnight twice, Rear driver side wasn't even touching!Passenger rear was doing all the braking & that was after the manager Andy supposed worked on it n guaranteed it was good to go. IT WAS Not! These mechanics are incompetent and a danger. Still waiting on a reply from corporate but not holding my breathe. Place is a ripoff.

So I went back in and asked Steven, he said yes, but since the sale was closed out he couldn’t just credit me. Right away he offered other services where he could oblige me what I didn’t receive on the sale, $105.00.With that I decided I could bring my company's RAM 3500 pickup work truck back for an oil change as a credit would work against its bill. And just like that, it was $147.00 minus the $105.00 “credit” only costing me $42.00 TOTAL!!!Thanks Steven and Dave the manager!
Jerry Jones: Been a discount tire customer for the last 6 years. Horrible customer you need to get your tires aired up or aircheck you're waiting in line 30 40 minutes at a good. You go to Belle tire you are immediately met they don't charge you anyting to air up your tires and check all the air pressures. Very professional very courteous looking to get my next set of tires here.
Wayne Parks: Scheduled an appt for an alignment.All I needed was a front end alignment. I spent my money somewhere else to replace the whole front end with a mechanic that I trust. I only needed the front end of my car aligned and the tech refused to do it. Stating that the rear had damage and he wouldn't do it. So they wasted the only day I had to get it done. No other place around has techs on Sat or Sunday. I needed this front end aligned before Monday for my wife to get to work. So now I have to miss a day of work to do it on Monday with a place that will actually do the work asked of me. I will never bring a car to Bell Tire and make sure that no one I know ever shops at any of there locations again. This is unacceptable that they wasted my time and now my money that I'm losing taking time off work.After seeing other reviews about alignments being done here. This is typical. They show you more work that needs to be done so they can get more money out of you. This is such a scam.

Gjulio Vucaj: Okay so you pay for alignment protection meaning that you are to get a alignment free or at least inspection cuz you paid for the warranty but the manager gets mad when you take the car to them within your coverage warranty cuz and I quote “my people gotta get paid” look I understand that but it’s not my fault YOUR COMPANY offered it which means you have to honor it regardless of your personal beliefs. Every time someone one’s here they find a reason to not do your alignment and if you call them out they tell you it is not thier problem. Well then whose problem is it? The manager here shouldn’t work in customer service if he doesn’t know how to talk and treat people.
zakir 1011: I got my Goodyear all season tires here, great tires I am not disappointed but I was suggested to get a wheel alignment done so choose to get it, a week later i go back to let them know that my car is still pulling to the left and the guy says you didn't purchase the warranty on it, I was only informed about the warranty on tires which I did purchase and I was never informed about the warranty on alignment...
David Heizer: I have been going to Belle Tire for 20+ years and the Sterling Heights location has been in the top 2 of the best stores. The attitude of the people is positive and each person has a true desire to do the job right. They also work to understand the needs of the customer.For my daughter's sake, they do know how to drive a stick shift and will treat your car with special care.

I wanted to say thank you to this Belle Tire location and their hard-workers for all the helpful service provided to my car. I called around 9:30 asking to come in for a potential tire repair/replacement; talked to Charlie whom was extremely helpful and informative. I went in around 10:00 and was assisted by David, he was happy to help. While waiting, they just had a TV installed and put the Captain America movie on, my favorite!! By 10:30 they had notified me where the slow leak was and that they'd patched it up. Maybe i caught them on a good day, but I never expected such fast service on my car! 10/10 reccomend this location, seems that everyone working here is enjoying their time and helping out others. The only down side is i kinda wished i could've watched more of Captain america lol

However, very disappointed that the tires I bought here 2 years and 1 month ago hit 25k miles and have completely worn out to the point mesh is exposed. They are listed online as a 60k mile tire! No honored manufacturer or belle tire warranty and the message given to me felt very much like, "Welp, not our problem. You are welcome to buy all new tires with us instead if you'd like."....

SEAN: Damien seems like a nice guy. Overall they were reasonably priced for the job. However, about 300 miles after having my starter replaced, my truck starting having exhaust leakage and rattling. The exhaust manifold had to be accessed as well as the heat shield. Both of which are an issue after the repair. Prior to the repairs, I had no such issues. Im overall unhappy with their service and will seek out other reputable shops.

Mike Haller: Got a brake job and had exhaust leaking into the car(exhaust leak). The crew there evaluated and gave me options for the exhaust leak. An inexpensive one(and understandably not guaranteed) and the "correct" fix. I went with the correct one. Much more expensive, but I did want it done right. I appreciated at least being given an option for a less expensive option. Nice to see they didn't automatically try to take every penny. I felt the labor rates were fair for the whole job, and they got it all done same day. They are busy however, so make an appointment!

Noelle McMahon: I got to work with Damien and his wife personally after a mound pothole claimed the life of one of my tires. They were recommended by AAA so I took it. I made a mistake telling them what kind of tire I needed and was never treated like I was stupid (even though my mistake was pretty stupid lol), which is kind of hard to come by being a young female at an auto place. I’m a car enthusiast so making a mistake like that hurt my pride a little bit.. but nonetheless they got me set up and taken care of within 24 hours and for a good price. Brian MrDURP: Unknowledgeable staff. Owner was rude and had no idea what he was talking about.This shop actually caused further damage to my vehicle. Alignment came back with the steering wheel off center. (Whole purpose of the alignment) Went to a different shop for a second opinion, found out they "balanced" my tires more than 2 ounces off balance. Thankfully a different company was able to rectify this amateur shops costly mistakes and get me back on the road quickly.Won't be back. Do not recommend for any form of service. Wouldn't even trust them to top off the air in my tires properly
Cam Cuttler: I have been there many times for advice and quotes and I have never had an issue. It seems to me that if you show respect you get respect. Based on the one review its obvious that individual has no respect for himself or others. I called him an individual not a gentleman because he apparently is not a gentleman. Us gentleman show respect to others. I would recommend this store to anyone. As a matter of fact I am looking at buying wheels/tires for my jeep and will definitely be shopping here.

Paige Cook: During my work day, I noticed a flat on my truck. With only two hours remaining in my shift... :[I called this place (admittedly) 'cause it was right across the street.. (Convenience is key!) Little did i know though... I was in for a treat!I was given an estimate (that I loved) within minutes, and they replaced both front tires before I was even done working! (Less than an hour later!!) These guys are seriously incredible.Customer service was great, and the prices even better. Speed and quality too? Too good to be true! :]I'm very grateful for all the guys at the shop; I feel comfortable trusting their work AND recommending it to others.

Needless to say, I will not be back. I felt the wait times were long for having an appointment and upon arriving home and noticing my damaged rim had not moved positions on the car.....i don't believe the tires were rotated at all. Offered to re-rotate the tires and having been a good distance away I did not feel it was worth it to drive all the way back. Either way, will not be back.

Not only did they try to make up problems regarding my car and sell me nonsense which my car didn't need, they made me wait 2 hours for coming in WITH AN APPOINTMENT. Rude, unethical, TERRIBLE customer service AND EVEN TRIED TO HIKE UP THE ORIGINALLY AGREED PRICE! AWFUL PEOPLE, AWFUL COMPANY! DO NOT GO HERE! This place is why mechanics get a bad name! Rusty: Very happy with this group. Found these guys on the internet. I am in NC. Needed assistance getting my In-laws A/C repaired while my wife was visiting Sterling Heights this week. Dealership had quoted over $2000 for the repair so it was postponed. Called and spoke with Christina them to explain the challenge, she was very helpful. My wife dropped by to make a connection. They determined they could repair the car while she was in town. Big help. The repair was not as big as the dealership thought and A/C was back running for less than half what the dealership estimated. I am a fan. They were very helpful and friendly.
