Fadi Youkhana: Got a whipple supercharger from them very nice people but I don’t think they are very honest I took my car back to them 3 times cause of stuff messing up on it and then they said my transmission lines were leaking when they never leaked when I had the car they just started leaking after they did the work on my car and I had to come out of 1100$ extra on it and on top of all that the whipple supercharger I bought from them they said did not come with a cold air intake when I did research on it they said it does come with it I’m not really happy I’m giving 2 stars only cause they were kind of nice and kept me updated other then that I would give 1 starService:Auto engine tuning

Andre Seelmann: Dobson Performance lost a customertoday . I understand everyone needs to make money . However, a 75% up charge on your part you were installing ? I wasn't born yesterday ! Your excuses might work on other customer's . 1967 383 engine with air conditioning. Takes 4 belts . You wanted to charge me over $200. Not including installation charges. I called other auto parts stores and the most expensive parts for regular belts were $65.00 . Dobson Performance lost future work from me. Both times, I received a phone call with issues and the pricing before any work was done. I definitely felt the price’s were fair. SEAN: Damien seems like a nice guy. Overall they were reasonably priced for the job. However, about 300 miles after having my starter replaced, my truck starting having exhaust leakage and rattling. The exhaust manifold had to be accessed as well as the heat shield. Both of which are an issue after the repair. Prior to the repairs, I had no such issues. Im overall unhappy with their service and will seek out other reputable shops.

Mike Haller: Got a brake job and had exhaust leaking into the car(exhaust leak). The crew there evaluated and gave me options for the exhaust leak. An inexpensive one(and understandably not guaranteed) and the "correct" fix. I went with the correct one. Much more expensive, but I did want it done right. I appreciated at least being given an option for a less expensive option. Nice to see they didn't automatically try to take every penny. I felt the labor rates were fair for the whole job, and they got it all done same day. They are busy however, so make an appointment!

Noelle McMahon: I got to work with Damien and his wife personally after a mound pothole claimed the life of one of my tires. They were recommended by AAA so I took it. I made a mistake telling them what kind of tire I needed and was never treated like I was stupid (even though my mistake was pretty stupid lol), which is kind of hard to come by being a young female at an auto place. I’m a car enthusiast so making a mistake like that hurt my pride a little bit.. but nonetheless they got me set up and taken care of within 24 hours and for a good price. empty email: Beware going to this place. I went there to check my car and i specifically told them i have the bumper issue can they fix. In the text message and over phone call they said yes. So i went there to checked my car and they told me they cannot fix my car and still charge me 25$. I understand they charge inspection fees and some people just want to know whats wrong with there car but uf the owner cannot fix your car they should not charge you. Such a scam practice

Ordered the part; that came in 2 days later. Start to finish less than one week. Very nice guy. Will call him again next time I need work on my car.
Ashley Frank: I just called this company due to their high reviews to get an estimate for brake replacement, front and rear. The man that answered was Subbu, I believe the owner. He quotes me $500. As I'm expressing my shock, he interrupts me, says he is getting another call, and hangs up lol. There are so many issues here. $500 is outrageous to replace pads and rotors. But beyond that, to put me on hold as I'm talking to you about a potential repair, then to hang up is ridiculous. So glad we dodged a bullet here.

Gurnek Singh: My Engine oil was low and I had to add 2 quarts of oil. I took my car for inspection.. All they did was check the oil level. I was told that my oil level was low and that I was due for an oil change which I already knew. He also mentioned about a GM bulletin about older cars needing regular oil top off. Charged me $75 for this which in my opinion is rip off.
Brigette Scarber: Subbu was excellent to deal with! Replaced my alternator at a very reasonable cost and was very thorough with inspecting my car. Was great with communicating and very accommodating when I needed to tow my car to the shop after hours.
Martin McDonnell: Didn't actually figure out the issue but neither can the Ford dealer. Glad they called and said so before they kept costing me more. Will be back for simple auto repairs.

I tell them that depending on the price for the engine repair, I may want them to take care of my brakes too while they have the car. Steve calls me to tell the issue with the engine and the cost. He then tells me that I don't need to get my brakes done right away as they were still good and would last me for a while. They could have easily told me different and charged me for the brakes. Any issues I’ve EVER had with my car I’ve always come here and they’ve always been extremely helpful, educated and most importantly, FAIR. Most auto shops will try to drain you for every penny. Classic Automotive Repair will make any suggestions or recommendations needed, but will be up front and honest about if it’s something that can wait or if it’s serious and needs to be addressed asap. Gianna Yousif: Rude staff wouldn’t even greet or even acknowledge a customer that walked in until the customer says something then when the car was dropped off for an oil change they never let me know that they had a waiting room area.I was told that my car was going to take an hour you would think they would’ve mentioned that to me.I stood out in the cold until I went to give them a review and found out that there’s a waiting area in the pictures posted.First time going here but will never go back again, way too many other places around that have a better service and want customers money.Service:Oil change

The staff is fantastic and the work they do is impeccable.Edit: 4/12/23 The new decreased hours and unavailability to do an oil change for a week is disappointing as I have to find somewhere else to take my vehicles to accommodate my schedule and availability. It's unfortunate cause they do such good work and the staff is wonderful, but the new hours are awful.

ICS: Was pricey $$$ they did great work but, when I asked a price and knew the problem they wanted to charge $149.00 diagnostic fee. If you know this is your new Auto shop and may bring in other people who may use them you have to compromise. They didn't and I found a diagnostic fee of $50.00 and did the Job within hours and did a terrific job and they were busy and got us out in 4 hours. The guys were down to earth and Great conversation. I am no longer interested in Sterling Care..

L,J Annette: I was a tad disappointed because I had spent little over $3,000.00 on my vehicle and when I called because I had sensor codes pop up , I called and I was told they wanted to charge me $149.00 for diagnostic fee. I took it to Auto clinic and the diagnostic fee was $75.00 . Will not be returning to Sterling car care.

KRISSY: Don't waste your money here. I just needed one part of my car looked at. I told the guy at the desk what was wrong-it was an obvious issue needing repair. They give you the runaround and claim everyone gets a courtesy inspection and yet then charge you $150 for an inspection that's not even applied to labor.... The guy I worked with was extremely cocky and I decided to not continue business since I felt they ripped me off and I left. Their estimates on repairs (even minor things) were outrageous as well. I was contacted AFTER I had already left and then told me I could get a better rate if I returned. Sadly, you already lost my trust just by letting me walk out and not caring then. I got the job completed elsewhere with quicker service, a far better rate, an actual FREE estimate/inspection and a warranty on top of that. You guys couldn't even provide that. All you gave me was a complete waste of my time and money.
