And when I arrived 5 minutes before closing all I needed was to use the atm and the woman with the brown hair already had the door locked and then proceeded to give me a nasty look at the door. If they want to close early that’s okay just be sure to change your hours online

Never got a call from the franchise owner or consultant like customer service said I would. Explained many times the frustration I had being ignored and still not given a call or email. Overheard an employee complaining about how poorly they are treated with hardly any days off. Trash company, trash service. Have not been to a 7/11 since and will never again fund this scum company.

Taylor Trax: I have been coming here since I was little, growing up right around the block from it and never had any issues with any employees until the last year or so there has been an African American Male, I am not sure of his name but I needed to take the time to express just how rude and ignorant he is, he makes me feel like I am bothering him and is nothing but just plain nasty sometimes between the eye rolling and the huffing and puffing I really felt like he was just so annoyed with me and it's like that every time I go in there - I asked if you guys were looking for anyone and for what shift or is it to be determined ( reason I asked is bc of the huge sign in front that said now hiring) when I had asked him his reply was uh ya idk I don't think so before I lost my cool I just walked out and went to the gas station by house because I couldn't even stand to look at his rude ass any longer. Get rid of him HE IS THE WORST! Everyone else though is absolutely wonderful and so helpful!

Black Widow Nor (BlackWidowNor): I'm writing this review based on delivery services from this store. It's incredible the amount of times I've ordered from this store and gotten items that were not even close to what I ordered. Ordering Coke Zero and getting Mt Dew kind of wrong items. Please, I'm begging you, please be more careful when picking orders. The times I've ordered and it's come from the 7-11 in Eastpointe...they've never had an issue. It's too bad you can't pick which 7-11 gets your order, because I would NEVER pick to get an order from this one.
Brian De Busschere: Stopped to get hot dog buns. Put a package of hot dog buns on the checkout counter, and the clerk tried to scan the barcode. He said it was not in the system and would not sell to me.
M.R. S: Extremely rude employees. While there are some employees during the morning/afternoon shift that are great, there are some employees here that just shouldn't be working customer service. This is the second incident that I've encountered at this location with employees that work with customers with a complete lack of customer service skills. I've given this store another chance, but after waiting outside for 10 minutes for someone to unlock the door just to receive attitude and have to wait again while a line formed as she was "doing something else" is completely unacceptable. Being blatantly rude while telling a customer that you aren't, is completely unacceptable. Informing staff that there were multiple people that left due to them not opening the door and the employee saying, "Ok. And?" All while doing someone else on the side of the register while ignoring the line full of customers forming while the credit card reader was malfunctioning, again is completely unacceptable. This is the same location where I was previously told by the cashier that bagging my items was a courtesy to me and not a part of their job duties when asked if they could bag my multiple items that I was purchasing. There's no more chances I'm willing to give to this place. I understand that there's slim pickings in the applicant pool with a lot of jobs, but this is ridiculous.
MsMoua01: Haven’t had 7-Eleven Iced coffee since college back when I was still living in California. I decided to stop by and get my cravings fixed. The store was clean and well kept compared to other 7-Eleven I’ve been to.

Sadia Shafique: The best customer service I have seen is at this 7-Eleven unlike any other location where employees don’t even acknowledge you as a customer. The employees are always greeting their customers with a smile and we don’t see that happening at many places. Ever since this location got a new owner, the store has been very clean and organized and actually makes me want to shop there more often. The new owner, Jabar has been nothing but amazing and makes sure all his customers are satisfied and leave with a smile. The food is always fresh and fully stocked at all times and thanks to their employee, Zaheer for an outstanding job on keeping up with that. I can already see this particular 7-Eleven attracting many new customers!

This one always has one left and they don't put new ones on the grill. If it was once or twice I can understand, but all the time. We got 3 big gulp thinking we can get three hot dogs since they come with hot dog. The guy said he only had one and he is not going to put any more on the grill. So I said we will get one gulp then. He got mad and said why didn't you see the hot dogs first?
Shane Pranga: Do yourself a favor and go to any other 7-11. Their coffee and Hot Chocolate is watered down, their slurpee machines aren't very good and the clerks are all very rude. Every other 7-11 I have been to is much nicer than this one.

Then suddenly a charge for 39.97 appears on my account-card number stolen. Nice. Now I can’t use my debit card at Chris time. 🙄🙄 This has happened to other people I know as well at 7-11. Avoid this place. Store is messy, you can never get cash back ever, ATM doesn’t work half the time. And overpriced. Much better places to go than here.

Ron Hofer: Hi. I walked into 7-11 located at 10 mile road and Groesbeck Highway in Warren Michigan at about 8pm On veteran's day, provided my veteran I.D., and asked for the 1/4 lb. Big bite hotdog that was being offered to veterans for free and the clerk refused to honor the promotion.

Christopher Harmony: Absolutely ridiculous that I had to leave my change because your old blonde cashier was playing around in the other till for 5 minutes. I finally got fed up left my 3 dollars in the counter and told her don't worry about the change clearly you're too busy playing with the other till. When a customer walks up to your register you stop what you're doing and service them. This place is disgusting anyways. Won't be back. I'll make sure 7/11 gets the complaint too not just the "owner" that judging by the reviews doesn't value customer service.

I go into 7-11 at least 5x a week and am a very frequent customer, specially for a slurped! To over over $2 for a slurpee, stand there for several minutes trying to get the maximum amount, to get home LITERALLY maybe two minutes away, & it’s already quarter of the way gone!! The machines need to be fixed!! Or how about the owner stop being cheap & TURN THE CO2 down?!?!Will be going somewhere else!

As if we were not standing there. He was not welcomeing at all. If you have no customer service skills I do not think that job is for him. joseph ellul: The store is filthy dirty. The manager is completely rude & make sure you check your recipe, they will end up scanning items multiple times to hopefully charge you. I brought this up to the manager and ended up getting into an argument as he was telling me I am wrong but I have the receipt to where I was charged things multiple times. Good luck with their customer service as well, I was hung up on multiple times by 7 11. I don't does not matter but I truthfully will never go to the 7 11 again!

Tane' Bree: I went in there today around 2 p.m. there was a boy and a girl working there. both dark hair and dark eyes. they were both fooling around. I went in with my 7 month old baby and the boy decided to let me know that the girl at the register was high. once they realized I wasn't amused, they stopped messing around. but ig was just so unprofessional and honestly annoying. I was really taken back. the boy also shoved the incompetent girl out of the way to ring me up. Won't be going there anymore.

J G: Hairs in the coffee! After finding floating hairs in the coffee we looked in the empty creamer bins and the bottom was covered in a montage of different color hairs that I assume fell off people's fingers over a long time. Gross!

Nina Smith: The cashier ripped us off on the total for our slushies. When asked to speak to a manager we were told there was no manager only a store owner who was not there. When asked to refund the money that we were overcharged we were cursed at and told to leave the store or they would call the police. Nobody was being confrontational or fighting and there was no reason to be called out of our names!! And it's located at 29331 Warren Rd. on the corner of Warren road and middlebelt road in Garden city. Completely disrespectful and unprofessional and they should have never said swear words in front of our children!!We left but with the end result being that they ripped us off for $10.27 and that is just completely shameful.
