Dewayne Brown: Sorry to say this particular 7-Eleven is one of the worse to go to because they have has a different pricing system from all the other 7-Eleven like for instance last week at the beginning of the month there hot dogs are Supposed to be two for $3 dollars or mix and match choosing from a slice of pizza, hot dog or taco taquitos and a free pop off for three dollars Deal Menu but when I brought that to the managers attention he argued with me about that’s not the price and the food but the signs stating that you get to choose 4 items From three dollars mix or match deal plus a free pop but when came back later on that day the manger had change the price completely to were you can only get two items and Scratched out the free pop and the pizza.... wow so wrong!!!

Bop Bop: The old man who works night shifts is not sane. I stopped here at 4:30 am to get gas and went inside to pay. This guy was mopping the floor in front of the door so I stood outside and asked him if he wanted me to go around the edges of the mopped area, trying to be polite. He got visibly angry and started pointing at the floor, saying "no!", "no!". He then asked me what I wanted, and I told him I wanted to buy something (it's a store). He continued to point at the floor so I thought he meant to walk around the mopped area, which I did. However, once I did this he became extremely agitated and started yelling at me "NO! WHAT DO YOU WANT!".... I told him I wanted to buy something and asked if they are open, as I was very confused at this point. He replies with "NO NOT OPEN, NOT OPEN" (the store was open). I looked at him and told him I don't understand what you want me to do, can I please pay cash for some gas at which point he pointed to my boots on the floor and started literally screaming at full volume at me to get out over and over again. So I left. Not sure what I did to deserve this treatment - I spend money at this store almost every day. This guy should not be working here, based on the other reviews complaining about similar experiences.

Tee Jae: I have shopped here for years. The older Indian man that works night shifts has been extremely rude to me on more than one occasion. I have filed 3 complaints about his behavior and have yet to receive a follow up. I have seen him be extremely impatient with other customers whenever they may need a little extra assistance or their transaction may have taken a little longer than usual. If he is working on anything at all even if it is clearing a counter he will make any customer wait for him to finish his task no matter how long 10 seconds or 2 minutes. I’m tired of his disrespectful and unprofessional attitude and I will not stop until he no longer has a job at this location.

Black Widow Nor (BlackWidowNor): I'm writing this review based on delivery services from this store. It's incredible the amount of times I've ordered from this store and gotten items that were not even close to what I ordered. Ordering Coke Zero and getting Mt Dew kind of wrong items. Please, I'm begging you, please be more careful when picking orders. The times I've ordered and it's come from the 7-11 in Eastpointe...they've never had an issue. It's too bad you can't pick which 7-11 gets your order, because I would NEVER pick to get an order from this one.
Brian De Busschere: Stopped to get hot dog buns. Put a package of hot dog buns on the checkout counter, and the clerk tried to scan the barcode. He said it was not in the system and would not sell to me.
M.R. S: Extremely rude employees. While there are some employees during the morning/afternoon shift that are great, there are some employees here that just shouldn't be working customer service. This is the second incident that I've encountered at this location with employees that work with customers with a complete lack of customer service skills. I've given this store another chance, but after waiting outside for 10 minutes for someone to unlock the door just to receive attitude and have to wait again while a line formed as she was "doing something else" is completely unacceptable. Being blatantly rude while telling a customer that you aren't, is completely unacceptable. Informing staff that there were multiple people that left due to them not opening the door and the employee saying, "Ok. And?" All while doing someone else on the side of the register while ignoring the line full of customers forming while the credit card reader was malfunctioning, again is completely unacceptable. This is the same location where I was previously told by the cashier that bagging my items was a courtesy to me and not a part of their job duties when asked if they could bag my multiple items that I was purchasing. There's no more chances I'm willing to give to this place. I understand that there's slim pickings in the applicant pool with a lot of jobs, but this is ridiculous.
MsMoua01: Haven’t had 7-Eleven Iced coffee since college back when I was still living in California. I decided to stop by and get my cravings fixed. The store was clean and well kept compared to other 7-Eleven I’ve been to.

**: Drove by a few times decided to stop in. Noticed Aldi sells milk at half the price so I decided not to buy that here. Grabbed a $1.29 Faygo. He rings up $1.39. Ok, I give him 10 cents over the marked price. It's illegal in USA to list one price and charge another. Got me for $0.10 but lost a customer for life. I'm never going back.

And when I arrived 5 minutes before closing all I needed was to use the atm and the woman with the brown hair already had the door locked and then proceeded to give me a nasty look at the door. If they want to close early that’s okay just be sure to change your hours online

Never got a call from the franchise owner or consultant like customer service said I would. Explained many times the frustration I had being ignored and still not given a call or email. Overheard an employee complaining about how poorly they are treated with hardly any days off. Trash company, trash service. Have not been to a 7/11 since and will never again fund this scum company.

Get rid of him HE IS THE WORST! Everyone else though is absolutely wonderful and so helpful!

Avoid this place. Store is messy, you can never get cash back ever, ATM doesn’t work half the time. And overpriced. Much better places to go than here.

When confronted with the pure ignorance of being cheap resulting in putting people at risk by giving them false security of cleanliness- the clerk just stared at me with an empty glare like a serial killer. Please disinfect your hands yourself when you leave the store. Don't use their sanitizer. It's odorless, clear water.
Train Wreck: Over priced with rude employees and they always have the most expensive gas in town
