Pat O'Connell: Ron and his staff are highly knowledgeable, competent and professional. Never let us down with our acrylic needs.
Jeremy Hogan: I'm still waiting for Ron to call me back. He told me he was ready to take my order then after telling him what I want he proceeds to make me feel guilty for trying to pay over the phone because he's "loading a truck". After telling him it's fine just call me back when you're ready I hear him mutter a very unprofessional few words to me and then says okay no problem and hangs up. Ron im not here to play games with you. Call me back so I can get this straightened out and possibly give you a 3rd chance. Or I can just stop by in person since over the phone seems to be a lot for you to handle on a professional level
john: Called looking for a product for my pond. Guy was beyond rude and disrespectful. He literally told me I was spending 6$ so he wouldn't be spending much time with me. Laughed when I asked for directions, told me to measure instead of bringing something to make sure fit was right. I said I would measure. He kept repeating it, and I kept saying I would measure. By the 3rd time I told him I had already told him twice I would measure so he didn't need to keep saying it. I've worked retail and sales for years. This guy was the worst thing I've ever encountered.

Dave G: Called this place looking for 2 sheets of acrylic and standoffs for a piece of art I'm looking to display and the guy that answered the phone was clueless, rude and disrespectful. I tried several times to explain what I was doing and what I needed and he had zero interest in hearing anything I had to say and cut me off at every opportunity. Alan Scott: I had to have a guard made for one of our machines, I gave Ron a profile of the old guard he turned it around in a short amount of time and it looks spectacular. Ron is one the most helpful and politest persons that I have ever dealt with in my work related experiences. It amazes me to read the negative reviews about him and then talk to this man they are referring about. If your one of those negative people you must have got up on the wrong side of the bed that day. I didn't see it in him.

Frank penzin: I found Ron Davis to be very helpful when I wss looking for bronze colored plexiglass for my homes windows. Very easy to talk to. Our personalities were like if we were good next door neighbors. I got quotes for the amount I needed and his price was the best. I highly recommend you put Acrylic Speciallties on your list when you are calling for prices and product availability. Very good chance you'll be meeting Ron in person.

Michael Marcero: This location always seems to have what I need. The store is well stocked and the staff is helpful.
Samone Rieberger: Nice place to run in and grab some things. A drive thru ATM nearby is very convenient. This location has some very cute landscaping items especially lawn decor.
Joshua Craft: You can't go wrong WITH Great Lakes Ace Hardware... Ever... They have almost anything and about any you want from yard work to small home improvement project supplies. To soap for cleaning up afterwards to supplies for your smoker or grill. They are amazing!

Anita Stylez: This ace hardware give you incorrect information.They told my daughter to tow her car up to there establishment, first they did not give all information they should have told her like park the car in front of the building that something that wasn’t mention on the phone. She told them the key was Broke in half. When we get here this manager by the name of Katey says oh we can’t fix. So I ask will they pay for the tow to go back to the house she said no. Now you gave my Daughter no information correctly she pays for tow to come to this store explained everything throughly to the person on the phone before the car gets there. You tell her no your not going to pay for the towing. Then she says well we need to train a little better with our employees. She was trying to escape she should have talk the employee about it as she say she was listening to the conversation about my daughter bringing the car to the store to get the key fixed and she did nothing.
