Laura Kirsch: I miss the pre-Covud Lotus Pond. Their food was absolutely the best I had ever had. The quality and flavor have really slipped over the past 2-3 years. Today was our last time ordering from them. We ordered 4 combos and the rice was so dry, only my husband ate it after adding soy sauce. Both my (teenage) kids ordered the sweet and sour chicken and complained that it was dry too. I tried it and it was definitely dry. So disappointing. I would really like to call and let them know. Don't want a refund, just won't go back. 😢

Laura: They used to feel the rice the whole way up on that side now they only give you a corner of rice and try to make it look like that the egg roll takes up another side. The charge you the same price if not more for what you used to get only to give you less of what you should get. I personally don't like to eat here because there are sesame chicken does not taste right to me but my husband likes The almond chicken. I just feel like every time we go we're being ripped off now for one quart of Szechuan vegetables it's $13 and some change. I don't think it's ever cost that much!!!

ZEEK: Ordered Delivery, burgers were made wrong (wrong toppings) and didnt include chilly. Had to drive there to get it fixed, completely defeating paying for delivery. Burger that was remade was made incorrectly a second time ( a single when I paid for a triple) that they read right off the receipt. Shame on me I suppose for not foreseeing them messing it up again. Not waisting more gas and time to try a third time. Avoid this location they just dont care to get it right.

I was given a plain single qp w/cheese, a 3piece nugget, 11 French fries in the kids fry (I counted because i was mad), a straw that was wet and already open, and a half full large container of fries. I called to ask if I could just eat the single qp and come up there later to be reimbursed for the difference in price because I was unable to return for several hours and was told I had to show up with the food and they would replace it. That was the only thing they would do for me... what about the other 25% of the missing kids meal?
