Rita S: Man, I'm starving I guess I'll stop by this Wendy's at Groesbeck and 8 Mile. After a short wait I ordered Dave's double combo with no mayo extra onion extra pickle add mustard, 2 for $6 Dave single and spicy chicken sandwich. Gave the guy at the window my $16 and some change he gave me my change with no receipt and my drink. So where's the straw? The straw will be in the bag he said. The food was served quickly after. Get home look at the Burger. Looks nothing like what I ordered in my mind and they should have said that they were out of tomatoes or wasn't serving tomatoes for the day, before person place their order. So I called them to let them know that my order did not look appetizing at all and they were short some tomatoes and of course they did not answer the phone at all, I have no receipt to go by to do a complaint. Although, I'm still going to complain anyway to corporate. Respect your customers serve the food with pride, as if you were going to eat it yourself.

Marco Polo: I would like to say the experience terrible from start to finsh. Mostly because of particular manager named Deja. Chile she has THEE WORST attitude I've ever encountered in customer service IN MY LIFE! I didn't appreciate her OVERLY aggressive narcissistic tone, her usage of PROFANITY or the mumbling several DEROGATORY terms while the window was open, or how she handed me my meal. At least she was smart enough to know how to give a refund. I'll never come to this location again. I'll take my chances at the 10 and Hoover location.
