Robert Jozefiak: CAUTION TO ALL MUSICIANS: DO NOT TAKE ANYTHING INTO THIS SHOP TO BE REPAIRED. I brought a keyboard in here to be repaired. They took five weeks to look at it. After keeping it for five weeks, they gave it back to me in MUCH WORSE condition and charged me $96 for the "repair.” When I took my keyboard to another technician, he confirmed that these idiots at Pro Audio ruined my keyboard by ripping it open without disconnecting the cables first, and then did a bunch of TERRIBLE soldering work to try to cover up their mistakes. To fix all the damage that this shop has done to my keyboard, I need a new main board ($700), and a new bottom lid to accommodate the new main board ($300), and some ribbon cables need to be replaced. All in all, THE DAMAGE THAT THIS SHOP HAS DONE TO MY INSTRUMENT WILL COST $1200 TO REPAIR. The owner of the shop has refused to admit responsibility, and I will be pursuing legal action to try to recover my money. These people are not qualified to be attempting repairs on expensive instruments. CAUTION - STAY AWAY.

He explained all the ins and outs of the product I purchased and even assisted me on my inability to make this work . It wasn’t the product it was more of my lack of skill. I asked him if I could return and they were gracious enough to accommodate me. I know that’s not their policy but Andrew and the owner Rob made it happen. Why wait for the mail when you can just go down there and get that dang RCA to 1/4 in. cable you've needed for weeks anyway RIGHT NOW?!

They have one of the biggest lighting display/selections in the Metro Detroit area and, unlike other places, they keep it up to date with the newest gear. I'm not a DJ so I can't review the audio selection but I'm sure it's just as good as this place is always busy. Competition is tight with the option to buy online but, if you're like me, you want to see/hear/test out gear before you buy & that's something that only a brick & mortar place will give you. Proud to support a local Michigan company as well.

Ro Jo: I brought my amplifier to Dan to fix, because of a blown part. Dan fixed my amplifier with a warranty, and then charged me the next day after the same problem happened again.Had he taken the time to check into why the problem was happening over and over instead of being eager to make more money, he and I wouldn't have fallen out! Editing this review I will admit Dan finally came out to my vehicle to check the problem, but I still had to pay again for something under warranty. He should state that if something breaks again for the SAME reason there is no warranty. Ticked me off a lot as the first two times it blew he should've checked into it!
