Shawn Washington: These were our go to guys and then Andrew started saying he would call me back and never did i called the store and the "manager" said he'd make sure he calls me but it never happened. Every time I would call they would say Andrew is out of town or on vacation. He came out to our church and helped and when we called back to spend more money and some up lights and a few more things its like they didn't want to work with us any more. I am really confused as to what happened. Maybe its because our church is in Pontiac I am not sure. But God placed a gentleman at our church who was able to show us how to adjust lights and we will purchase lights from a new company that has kept their word so far.
Daniel Palmeri: Pro Audio and Lighting did a complete overhaul of our arena sound system at Suburban Ice Rochester. Rob and his team were quick to respond in all instances and extremely knowledgeable and helpful. They provided us with the best options, great pricing and worked as quickly as possible to order and install our new system. We cannot recommend them enough. You will not be disappointed working with them!

Robert Jozefiak: CAUTION TO ALL MUSICIANS: DO NOT TAKE ANYTHING INTO THIS SHOP TO BE REPAIRED. I brought a keyboard in here to be repaired. They took five weeks to look at it. After keeping it for five weeks, they gave it back to me in MUCH WORSE condition and charged me $96 for the "repair.” When I took my keyboard to another technician, he confirmed that these idiots at Pro Audio ruined my keyboard by ripping it open without disconnecting the cables first, and then did a bunch of TERRIBLE soldering work to try to cover up their mistakes. To fix all the damage that this shop has done to my keyboard, I need a new main board ($700), and a new bottom lid to accommodate the new main board ($300), and some ribbon cables need to be replaced. All in all, THE DAMAGE THAT THIS SHOP HAS DONE TO MY INSTRUMENT WILL COST $1200 TO REPAIR. The owner of the shop has refused to admit responsibility, and I will be pursuing legal action to try to recover my money. These people are not qualified to be attempting repairs on expensive instruments. CAUTION - STAY AWAY.

Joe “DJJoe” Spiteri: Purchased an item from Pro Audio and Andrew was very helpful in making my decision. He explained all the ins and outs of the product I purchased and even assisted me on my inability to make this work . It wasn’t the product it was more of my lack of skill. I asked him if I could return and they were gracious enough to accommodate me. I know that’s not their policy but Andrew and the owner Rob made it happen. I truly am grateful and I would highly recommend Pro Audio and Lighting for your DJ equipment.

Seemingly THE brick and mortar to go to for all those pesky snakes, cords, and adapters that no one else ever has. Why wait for the mail when you can just go down there and get that dang RCA to 1/4 in. cable you've needed for weeks anyway RIGHT NOW?!

Mike Olechowski: Great service & competitive prices. I've been going here for years to see DJ lighting in action before I buy anything. They have one of the biggest lighting display/selections in the Metro Detroit area and, unlike other places, they keep it up to date with the newest gear. I'm not a DJ so I can't review the audio selection but I'm sure it's just as good as this place is always busy. Competition is tight with the option to buy online but, if you're like me, you want to see/hear/test out gear before you buy & that's something that only a brick & mortar place will give you. Proud to support a local Michigan company as well.

It was very rude.Also, the prices are WAY too high.I found the same exact equipment for cheaper other places.I'm not sure how the rest of the staff is, this was one experience with one person in there and sadly will probably be the last. It is never okay to treat anyone like they are less.

Joe Oliverei: This is the absolute worst place to get your car radio installed, or speakers or anything. They punched a hole in my firewall to run a power wire and ripped all my wires up and tried to blame it on me horrible place.
Michele Haskins: Purchased 2 remote starters for gifts. The sales associate was very knowledgeable and helpful. The install was completed quicker than expected and everyone couldn't be happier in these frigid temps :)

I was told I had a life time warranty on it and if I got a new car they will take it off and put it on my new car for free. The lies this place tell you make a sell. Hli lee: We came here a few months ago to get a new auto starter key replacement. The guy used an refurbished key without asking us and charged us for it, including the installation fee. We asked mulltiple times for a receipt and they wouldn't give us one. We went back there because our auto starter isn't working now after using it once and they said there is no record of us getting one there without a receipt so we would have to pay for it to get it fixed. We were charged a fee for them to fix it, but they said they couldn't fix it and then refused to refund our money. Total rip off place, wouldn't recommend this place. Zero stars!!

Slice N Dice: I had just gotten a new car and wanted to add a little juice to the sound system but didn’t want to take away space in the back of the SUV. DAMI was able to find the best solution and over delivered in the performance. All the work was clean and added items were hidden away just like I asked. My advice to everyone, bring your vehicle no matter what kind or how expensive to Dami for any automotive audio, security, electronic repairs or installation.
