Kathy McLaughlin: This was hands down the worst dinner I have ever had at Outback. Ordered curbside pickup. Chicken on The barbie without sauce (which I usually love). Was 2 anemic (pale) pieces of chicken with seasoning that looked and tasted like a microwaved chicken breast. And not microwaved well I might add. Lukewarm at best. No “barbie” going on here. The “steamed broccoli” was a limp and almost mushy with too much butter or oil or whatever was on it. My mom had a rib eye that was tough… how does that happen? She never complains but half her steak couldn’t be chewed . Not sure how the rest of her meal was because like I said she would never complain. Very disappointing and expensive $63 plus a hefty tip

James Rogers: Spent the extra money to get the smoked porterhouse...... it was not made or presented as listed. Not smoked at all. Almost no seasoning on the steak. The steak itself was just trash. Low quality meat that you'd get at a value mart. The asparagus looked and tasted like they just batch cooked it and leave it in a pan. Another customer was complaining to the manager about the asparagus too.No plates taken from the table from the bread or appetizer or the entrees. The bloomin chicken was over fried and dry inside. We got a steak to replace it and it also was barely seasoned.The bathroom was a train wreck. Broken tiles, messed up mirror, rusty/dirty ceiling tiles and vents.This place is super run down and under trained. Whoever is in charge of this location needs to get in there quick and get some support for the staff and management.Edit: i contacted the website in the response, but no response. 🤷‍♂️Edit 2: two weeks.... no one from outback ever contacted me. Taste Tee 1: It seemed as though the server was only there to take orders and they worked as team and had one person bring bread and water and another person bring the food. After the server took our order he never came back, never asked if we needed anything or how is the food, I only saw him prancing around, I never saw him with a plate for any of his tables. It took a long time to get the food, I guess they forgot because someone who I think was the manager brung the food and it was only warm not hot. My filet mignon was not tender. The time I came before that my steak was not tender either. I don't wanna go back to this location.

The only real deterrent is going to be the wait and the price, but this obviously isn't limited to just Outback and is normal for most steakhouses in the area. However, once you can get past that, you receive an exemplary dining experience.We went for a birthday this time around and we chose a perfect time - barely any wait! I think the menu here has a perfect balance of options. We got the Kookaburra Wings as an appetizer and while they weren't the meatiest, they tasted incredible. I also got the Tasmanian Chili as a side; very spicy, but very good! I noticed that almost everything had some sort of kick to it, but it was subtle and really added to the flavor.There's nothing I can really say about the steak here that hasn't been said already, it's obviously the star of the show. I ordered the 6oz. center-cut sirloin and it was exactly as I hoped it would taste. You will get your meat exactly as you order it, no hassle. Obviously there's the question of if the food is really worth the price and if we're talking about the steak, I would say it definitely is!We were also very satisfied with our server Melissa, who went above and beyond to take care of us. She constantly checked up on us, refilled our drinks and assisted us in any way she could. our appetizers and main course came out in no time!Will definitely be here again! Like I said, if you can get past the wait and are willing to spend just a tad bit more, this is an excellent place to eat!

Chris Miller: It’s going to be a wait no matter what at this location. It’s not very big and they overlap reservations and not accurate on timing estimates. You’ll wait 90 minutes when they tell you 30. Better off going somewhere else.

Ronald Wolsiffer: If I could give 0 stars I would. Ordered on Uber eats. I watched the driver as he arrived and waited almost 30 minutes for my food. Texting me while he was there saying still waiting and they told him order was not ready yet. When he received my order he was at my drop off in 11 minutes. I then went to my hotel room which took less than a minute. I then opened it up and realized my loaded baked potato was missing, my steak was extremely cold. Like it had been cooled in a refrigerator and my lobster Mac and cheese was very cool. They obviously let itvsit on counter for a very long time. I called outback and they showed no sympathy and told me it's not their issue and I must deal with uber eats. I said but food is missing and it's cold that's on you. She still said you ordered through them so you must deal with them. Totally unacceptable and not the Outback experience I am use to!!

Royale_noob ob1: Today I had thee absolute worst experience ever. The waitress Quinneta had a horrible attitude. I literally sat for 12 minutes before I was even acknowledged and another 5 minutes before I received water. They served my dinner before my appetizers. They had nothing I actually wanted to order so I was left with only being able to order the perfectly grilled salmon. It was furtherst away from being perfect and they finished my dish and served me a plate full of what seemed to be 2 sticks of butter. All my food was saturated in butter 🤢🤮 out right disgusting. I was forced to place the fish on paper towel to even eat that. I spoke to a manager and she told me she would only deduct $10 off my bill. Don't waste your time or money on this trash nor tip these trashy attitudes. You'll have better luck at a soup kitchen. This place is far from decent and for sure not fine dinning.
