Nate Koehn: We love to eat here whenever we get the opportunity. The meats are all good, the salad bar is excellent, and the candied bacon is off the chart. The only thing we wish to see more of, would be the fried cheese that comes around. Could you make that just as accessible as the meats? We had to ask probably 5 or 6 times to get someone to bring that over to our table.

Drink service was a little slow, but it was quite busy.Kid-friendliness: Menu and overall ambiance doesn't lend itself to bringing small children. Grover Easterling: I was there with a group of nine and we thoroughly enjoyed our experience at Texas de Brazil. The salad bar was amazingly stocked. The side dishes were flavorful. And the meat was quite tender and tasty and so plentiful. The meat servers came around with meat offerings quite often throughout our time there. The desserts were so elegantly presented and delicious. Our main server made sure we had anything else we needed. It's worth the experience!

G G: The best meat cuts here are from Argentina, and so the wines are also Argentinian. Gaucho is also an Argentina thing lol this place is such a lie. And the Brazilian cuts they have are all awful and salty. Not worth it.

Buckly Novak: Visited on Friday, April 14th for a business lunch. The service and food were exceptional. I have frequented the establishment a lot in the last few years, but the lunch service that day was exceptional! The people I brought savored the food and experience. Usually, dinner service is super busy and hectic. During lunch time, we were able to make multiple meat requests and had a steady flow of side refills - fresh bread, caramelized bananas, and creamy mashed potatoes. The manager was attentive and respectful as always. We are planning to visit Gaucho's for our next lunch meeting!May update: Unfortunately will not be returning for dinner service. For $250+ tip, I’d expect better service from our waitress. We ordered a cheap bottle of wine but it was served warm and left on the table warm. 2 servers introduced themselves, but we only ever saw 1. Near the end of the night, the server kept taking our plates and sides away as if to kick us out. When paying the bill, we were still sampling the sides and bread basket. Without even asking, she just took it away… Restaurant was packed but would recommend to deliver higher quality of service (even if that means taking less tables) to match the higher prices you are charging.

Nadine Corey: It was very delightful and food was wonderful. Lots to choose from at salad bar. Variety of meats was also good, seasoned well, they would ask how you wanted your steak and they served accordingly. We celebrated 2 birthdays and an anniversary.
