Jill Esau: Let me start by saying the food was great and the service in the dining room was good. The bar area was another story entirely. I understand being busy on a show night but our service was next level bad. 30 minutes to get waited on to get a drink from a bartender with an attitude while sitting at bar waiting for table. Had to repeat our order 3 times minimum. Bartender did not bring my tab, but took my credit card. Multiple staff could not find my check when our table was ready an hour later. After dinner, had still not received my bar bill and waitress could not assist. Back to an empty bar and 15 more minutes to get my bill with 20% gratuity added despite the really bad service. I get that they do things a certain way on show nights but seriously? Asked staff to remove the gratuity under the circumstances and they said no! Interesting service philosophy.Vegetarian options: Limited. Fettuccine Alfredo the only option.

MIchael Maiani: Ordered here and I got the snow crab and lobster meal. Both were incredibly small to the point where they may as well have been samples at a taste test. My lobster tail had 4 whole bites of meat in it with a completely empty shell and the crab legs were so thin and small there was barely anything worth picking through. Biggest waste of $ I've ever spent on food.

Jallon Johnson: Our overall experience was really good we came early dinner around 4:00, and at this time the restaurant was not filled to capacity a few tables but what I found is we bring the crowd and we did! The food was decent my one disappointment is that the crab legs have gotten way smaller over the years so it's not really quality, but the taste is fine the rest of the food was average in portions, still love to come here especially since they remodeled the new look really brings an upbeat vibe. My drink was made excellent hats off to the bartender! This was an enjoyable experience the waitress was attentive making sure we had everything we needed. She checked on us frequently I can truly appreciate that.

Alex Willson: We placed our orders (3 total people) that consisted of 3 orders of the endless breadsticks, soup and salad, and nothing else. We sat there, after we ordered, for about 30 minutes before we reached out to someone saying we haven’t seen any of our food. The manager came over and apologized and we told him that we will just take our food to go. The manager attempted to mend the situation by taking care of the bill, but that didn’t matter as another 15 minutes went by and we saw that same manager walk by 3 times doing something else and we STILL DID NOT GET ANY FOOD. Not to mention, since we sat down, 2 other tables sat down after us and got their food. We ended just getting and up walking out.The restaurant had MAYBE 20 customer and just about as many workers. There is no excuse for this terrible service. There was absolutely no sense of urgency what so ever, even after we voiced our issue.I honestly cannot think of one good thing that came from this visit today and I will not be coming back.

Our notification for the pizza to be ready was 15 minutes later than estimated. Then when we get there, we sat in the drive thru for a half hour. Then we are told that our food still wasnt ready when we got to the window because they gave our pizza to someone else and had to make a new one. Then we sat in a parking spot for another 30 minutes. Making our pickup time go from 8pm to 10pm. Absolute trash of an establishment.

James Fisher: Today I placed an order for a pretzel pizza on the phone for this location and the person on the phone told me the pizza would be ready in 10 to 15 minutes and I gave her my name which is Jim. When I went there to get the pizza the woman at the cash register went and back to get it she came out with a stack of pizzas. She then proceeded to hand out the pizzas to the customers in the lobby then she said to me I'm just waiting on you . I asked what that meant, as was my pizza still in back.She said loudly and very rudely , run your card through. I said just the reason why I asked is because at the 10 mile and Eastpoint location I had called once an they forgot to make the pizza. She again replied loudly and rudely " this ain't Ten mile". Twice.As I was leaving with my pizza she turned around and proceeded to talk loudly about me to the customers that were standing around " I fought that man before, he gonna get all mad." First I have never been to this location and I never will again. That woman was incredibly rude and should not work with the public. This woman behaved so poorly and unfortunately portrayed your restaurant and this location in Warren in a very bad light. She just reinforced the ghetto image that is taking over south Warren.

Line doesn't move, our last order was quoted wait time 20 mins because they had to "cook it fresh," then we ended up waiting 30 mins for a cold pizza. No reason a restaurant should be serving cold food at 6:30pm on a weekday. Go literally anywhere else.

For a place that promotes themselves as the fast food of pizza this makes getting anything that’s supposed to be hot and ready slow and steady waiting on pizza in a drive through line. For this reason I don’t visit LC any more.Wheelchair accessibility: None. The lobby isn’t open. I guess you could just wheel yourself through the drive-thru. :-/

Sheik Younus: Zero to this specific little Caesar’s. The employees don’t want work. I knew they have long drive through line, so I used their app to pick up in store. They will not open the door although I showed them I had in store pick up. The app was supposed to make things good faster and smoother. My food was ready fr over 30 minutes while I had wait behind 4 cars. They are way to busy having conversations and texting on their phone.
JUSTIN HARMONY: If you’re looking for a quick meal keep driving past this location. The average drive through time is about 15-30 minutes. Tonight I chose to go inside boy what a mistake. I ordered slices and sticks advertised to be “Hot and Ready” between 4-8pm. That was not the case I was told 10 minutes and I waited over 20 minutes before saying something. Nobody tends to the inside register someone could walk out with the cash register and they wouldn’t know because they’re too busy hiding in the back avoiding customers. Someone with real management skills needs to take over this location.

I usually try a place a second time before a review but not when I'm getting charged downtown prices for almost mediocre food.

Lance Lucern: Good food. Some dishes are better than others, but they give you good portions either way. If you call in they are relatively fast. Two or three times they forgot to include parts of my order, but a lot of Chinese cuisine places are doing that now days.They will replace your order, but unlike other places they do not include a complimentary item to make up for your inconvenience. They should at least include an extra egg roll or small order of fried rice or such for example.Overall they are pretty good and the prices aren't bad. They have decent parking and their hours are good too. Owners/staff seem nice.
