Mr&Mrs Youngblood: They sell carburetors and no literature for them. Seems to be a bad business move. Sell a product like a carburetor and offer nothing for tuning, troubleshooting, etc.... never again. Bought two carburetors from Summit and asked for literature directly from proform and was told they offer nothing. No more carburetors from them for our drag cars.

Azeez Azeez: Spoke to Chris who promised they had a motor for a 2007 ford f150 with 21k miles. That was a red flag and then I asked for a VIN and he started twisting and finally gave a VIN# for 81k miles and said it was based out of their warehouse in Sacramento. With a simple vin search I found the yard and spoke to them directly and they offered me the same engine for $800 cheaper and yard chap was kind enough to give free shipping and told to stay away from these folks based out of bangalore India and they are 3rd party brokers who dont have their own units.

Nahzier James: Ordered an entire engine and I’m waiting to install it. First Patrick said that it would arrive on Friday and I just got it the following Tuesday. Then he said the engine only had 27,000 miles on it and it arrived with 35,000+ on it. Then he tried to tell me he made a mistake. Not the best experience at this time I’ll do another review about the part once it’s installed . But for now make sure you get full understanding before sending over your money.

James Scott: Christopher was a professional. The engine I purchased was pretested and is running well. My only issue in the experience is that the year, model, make, vin was requested and expected only for them to send me a engine that was "compatible" but 5 years older than my current engine - vehicle is a 2017 and engine provided was a 2012. There should have been prior disclosure, I would have refused the 2012 engine. I found out from my long time mechanic half way through the install. That was the first I heard of the engine being "compatible". Christopher did provide a professional experience apart from the nondisclosure situation. I would suggest giving the customer all of the information, allowing them to make a decision as to wether they would like a lesser engine. In my case though the "2012"lesser engine was compatible, the current engine "2017"did have improvements to the engine that I would of liked to keep.

James Ludolph: This company did find me a bed as I requested. I was told by Tom it was a great bed that only needed 1 to 2 hours of labor to re-paint because the clear coat was coming off. I received several pictures that confirmed the clear coat and paint, but the truck bed was filled with stuff. After several request to see the inside of the truck bed with the stored parts removed, I was told by Tom there were was major damage to the bed. So I agreed to receive the truck bed. When it was delivered I noticed the front side of the bed closeted to the cab had a HUGE dent that would not allow the bed to fit until the dent was corrected. So after 4 plus hours of labor I was able to make it work. Tom also told me he would get me a dent free bumper. The one I received had several dents that had to be repaired.....

Mike Ryan: After being a loyal Lincoln customer buying my 2nd car in a row from your company I will say Lincoln Motor Company is not what I expected. After this experience I think I will move on to a more reliable brand that I can trust. After only driving my car 533 miles I noticed a small crack/split in the middle of my seat. It appears to be from factory I just noticed it when putting polish on my seats. I also noticed that my steering wheel is slightly turned it looks like the alignment is off??? How is this possible with a brand new car does this product even get a final inspection. I always thought Lincoln was a luxury brand that took the time to make their product better than the competitors. After owning a 2017 Mkz I was obsessed with Lincoln now I feel as if I own a cheap knock off bedazzled Ford Edge. I can’t imagine how bad the tear will get when I actually put some real miles on this car. I am embarrassed to own a Lincoln and pay your company every month what a shame for the auto industry. People save up their hard money from working and waste it on a poor quality car. There should be no flaws in a luxury car why do you pay the extra for something better when the quality is no different. I have been reading multiple bad reviews on Lincoln Motor Company since your new lineup I am very sad to see the direction this company is headed.
Mike Norton: My wife and I purchased a 2020 Lincoln Nautilus. This is our third Lincoln. Immediately before even leaving the dealer we noticed Sirius Radio did not display song titles or artist on the instrument cluster. Five other Nautilus’s were checked at the dealer and they all had the same problem. How ever the Corsair, Navigator and Aviator worked correctly as did a 2019 Nautilus. After talking with Lincoln they found an update and sent us back to the dealer to install the update. It did not cure the problem so now Lincoln is telling us it is not a feature of the 2020 Nautilus but is on all the other new 2020 cars they sell. What a line of BS! The car was $60,000 and they won’t even acknowledge they have a problem. I will never buy another Lincoln! They can’t figure out the problem so now they are just telling us it is not a feature on our car but is on all the other 2020’s plus it was on the 2019 Nautilus’s. So disappointed!
