Thomas Robinson: Went in to have labels made for my bottles of shoe cleaner. Had the bottle in my hand told the man I needed to have labels made to fit the bottles. He was extremely rude acted like he didn't want to help me at all kept coming up with excuse after excuse why he wouldn't do it. ( even though I hade the labels for same bottles made there a year ago) so I went down the road and ordered my 2500 🏷 stay away from thos place so rude and unprofessional
Gail Wyatt: Extremely quick and effecient! Sam was very friendly and thorough at pick up. I was able to get a great turnaround time (2 days) we needed completed in a short amount of time. And the work was high quality and durable -- it looked great!
sargon ismail: I really do recommend this location because there is a very rude and unprofessional older Indian man that knows nothing about talking to a customer and it’s my second time. My first time was three years ago came in to get car magnets for My Business and I walked out without even saying we’re getting any signs, and this time I had forgotten about it. Same thing I was going to get some magnets and lettering on the magnet, the company name and everything and same old Rude man which I asked if if it was a possible thing to do the stickering or labelling later and his response to me was do you think are you the only customer we have people ahead of you and I only had a question so if there was an option for me to put zero stars, I would do that unfortunately I have to give him one star
Alisha Whitt: Customer service was awful. They never gave you names to call back and they never followed up. My husband always followed up with them week after week to see if they would even take the job or if they wanted to work with him.

Channie Odams: I am launching a new nonprofit organization, so I went here yesterday requesting a pill and stick sign; after speaking with Jake on the phone. An older gentleman was very rude to me when I arrived. 1st he asked what are you sticking it to, I said a tent. He said no I can’t guarantee it will stick to a tent. Then I said ok I spoke with Jake about the Feather Flags. He then folded his arms and said those are very expensive and takes about 2 weeks. I said yes the guy I spoke to over phone informed me of the cost. What do you need so we can go over some designs? He said designs for what I would not be able to say for sure the sign will stick to your tent without seeing it. I said we already established that, but now we’re talking about the flags and I’m going to need a banner. He said well you don’t know if a banner will be able to hook on to your tent, that’s something you’ll have to know. I told him yes I have checked that and I know the banner would tie on to the tent. This was when I realized this guy just didn’t want to service me, because everything I asked about he had a reason he wouldn’t be able to do it; so I left. I’ve never been treated so poorly and it was hurtful. I went somewhere else and my signs look great.

Wild Bins: Instead of a review I am going to write a direct message to anyone looking for signage. If you are looking for any type of signage this is the only company that you should use. Not to knock anyone else's business but from my experience you will be taking a big chance with anyone else. I have had over 50 signs installed for various businesses. I made a mistake once listening to a partner of mine and getting signs done for cheaper. It was a huge loss and regret. They looked nice from the outside but didn't last 3 months before leds or God knows what started failing. Poor installation, etc. If you are looking for the cheapest sign and install, ProSigns, is not the place for you. ProSigns uses only the best tools, materials and fabrication process. Come visit the store at night and compare my sign with every other sign in the plaza. You will notice that all of the other signs have gray areas in the channel letters or letters completely out etc. Pro Signs takes so much pride in their business. They have installed signs for me and my family all over the Midwest. Thank you, ProSigns!!
