My first time was three years ago came in to get car magnets for My Business and I walked out without even saying we’re getting any signs, and this time I had forgotten about it. Same thing I was going to get some magnets and lettering on the magnet, the company name and everything and same old Rude man which I asked if if it was a possible thing to do the stickering or labelling later and his response to me was do you think are you the only customer we have people ahead of you and I only had a question so if there was an option for me to put zero stars, I would do that unfortunately I have to give him one star

Channie Odams: I am launching a new nonprofit organization, so I went here yesterday requesting a pill and stick sign; after speaking with Jake on the phone. An older gentleman was very rude to me when I arrived. 1st he asked what are you sticking it to, I said a tent. He said no I can’t guarantee it will stick to a tent. Then I said ok I spoke with Jake about the Feather Flags. He then folded his arms and said those are very expensive and takes about 2 weeks. I said yes the guy I spoke to over phone informed me of the cost. What do you need so we can go over some designs? He said designs for what I would not be able to say for sure the sign will stick to your tent without seeing it. I said we already established that, but now we’re talking about the flags and I’m going to need a banner. He said well you don’t know if a banner will be able to hook on to your tent, that’s something you’ll have to know. I told him yes I have checked that and I know the banner would tie on to the tent. This was when I realized this guy just didn’t want to service me, because everything I asked about he had a reason he wouldn’t be able to do it; so I left. I’ve never been treated so poorly and it was hurtful. I went somewhere else and my signs look great.

I need reliability. I need you to uphold your turn around times. I promise my customers what you promise me at the time of ordering.Besides now being three days late with no option for "after hours" pick up, I have to refund my client a partial payment for the delay. When I asked for the same partial refund from Sticker Genius I was told that all turn around times are estimates, then I was told I can pick up after they close, which is just so sketchy and completely untrue. I only ordered two prints. I can't imagine the delay had I ordered thousands.If you want reliability, if you want a company that upholds their own stated turn around times, if you want a company you can call when you have an issue (they do not offer a phone number), or if you want a business that makes things right, use someone else. You won't find any of that here.

Steve Kavashansky: I really hate leaving a bad review on another small business but I have no choice we have given them every opportunity to make things right. My company had been using Sticker Genius for a while. They have always provided a good product. We have had an issue with shipping in the past and they immediately took care of it and sent out a replacement. Recently we had another issue with shipping and when we made them aware of it and asked that they start on a replacement order, they told us the order was delivered. The only problem was the order was delivered back to them. They never told us anything, we had to let them know the order was sent back. We again asked for a replacement and said we would provide costs for expedited shipping, we provided the costs form shipping and the package was still never sent. We were dealing with a person by the name of Surnam, we asked several times to speak with someone else either by phone or email (no phone listed on website by the way) We were never provided an opportunity to speak with anyone else. Something has definitely changed internally with them. We had no choice but to close our business account and cease doing business with them. Please be careful if you engage with this company.

So to check and compare the quality, we placed two initial/test orders for Exact Cut Transfer Decals: One from StickerGenius and another from an un-named competitor. StickerGenius won hands down! Their stickers adhere to the substrate much better and peel much easier from the front film. No comparison! So StickerGenius will be our official supplier from now on!The one in the middle is brand X. It's slightly crooked because super difficult to get it unstuck from the front film - took a lot of work and fiddling.

Christina with the sticker genius team offered 25% off a new one instead of correcting the issue free of charge. I spent 450 dollars on these hoping they would be perfect and am EXTREMELY disappointed. After I emailed her addressing the color issue she informed me I should have sent them a CMYK or PMS code if I wanted the color done correctly. There was no option to add that to my initial order.

This “sticker” absolutely could not be used on the window intended because it was not printed in such a way that it accounted for curvature in the rear window smh! No matter how I tried there was literally NO WAY to affix the sticker without one side being slanted. I even took it to a professional and bottom line was no matter how you slice it, the sticker would appear crooked! Not a good look for a business. Money down the drain 😡 I’ve never ever seen a completely flat rear window on a car or suv. Misrepresented totally

Wild Bins: Instead of a review I am going to write a direct message to anyone looking for signage. If you are looking for any type of signage this is the only company that you should use. Not to knock anyone else's business but from my experience you will be taking a big chance with anyone else. I have had over 50 signs installed for various businesses. I made a mistake once listening to a partner of mine and getting signs done for cheaper. It was a huge loss and regret. They looked nice from the outside but didn't last 3 months before leds or God knows what started failing. Poor installation, etc. If you are looking for the cheapest sign and install, ProSigns, is not the place for you. ProSigns uses only the best tools, materials and fabrication process. Come visit the store at night and compare my sign with every other sign in the plaza. You will notice that all of the other signs have gray areas in the channel letters or letters completely out etc. Pro Signs takes so much pride in their business. They have installed signs for me and my family all over the Midwest. Thank you, ProSigns!!
