Dude: I'm not sure how this place is still in business the way they treat ppl this is my 2nd time coming here the 1st time I couldn't get any one to come from the back to help me as I was entering the store everyone started for the back of the store they didn't have any customers so they couldn't have been helping anyone else so I waited about 5 mins and left..... so today I arrived near closing time it was 4:20 their hours are posted on the door that they close at 4:30 pm the guy says we just closed soon as I walked in the door

Some things are better from home depot. Some aren't. They are not that kind of store. To compare them is silly.They are aces w me.

Dr Tiarra Perry: The last review was absolutely right. Came into the store today to find a specialty part for a toilet. The older guy at the counter was clearly not interested in assisting me at all. Didn't even try. Lost my business for sure. Terrible customer service or should I say lack of. Bad attitude. Went to a neighboring plumbing supply where I found the part I needed.
Harry Schultze: This place is absolutely horrible! The customer service is by far the worst I have ever experienced. The guy named Harvey treated me more disrespetfuly than I have ever been treated in my life! Its as if he's mad at the world and talk about condescending, you wouldn't believe it. On top of all this the prices are terrible. I can't believe they are in business at all the way they abuse their customers. Do yourself a favor and avoid this place at all costs. You won't regret it.

They quickly exchanged what I had for a different fitting (not their fault I didn’t measure) and explained the steps I should take to test/install the fitting. Highly recommend.

sabrina robbins: Can I just say excellent service. I need a "special" part for a new tub that was being installed today. I didn't realize the drain kit was missing until they got ready to install the tub. Shame on me for not having everything they needed to install. Anyway, after calling several stores in the area, no one had it until I got to Vic Bonds. Even though they were closing soon, the nice young man ask me where I was coming from and told me to come on. They will be open at least 5-10 after closing. I arrived after closing and they welcome me in there store and provided me the service as if I was their first customer of the day. They didn't rush me like there were ready to go home. KUDOS to you Vic Bonds!!

Stephanie Ciranna: Beautiful showroom but was a bit disgusted by how an employee treated an elderly women who was trying to ask a question. The women approached me thinking I worked there so I asked a sales women to assist and she told me to tell the women to go to the front. I politely asked her if she could answer her question and she proceeded to walk over to the elderly women and told her she had to go to the front of the store. I'm in sales and I find it unacceptable that you cannot answer a simple question or assist her, especially when I noticed the women was not that busy and we were the only customers in the store at that time. This is one of the main reasons I primarily shop online.

NSM Rizzo: Karen Hemenway is THE ONE you want to see. This awesome individual knows her stuff and gets things done. My order was extensive, a few special things I knew I had to wait on, but Karen kept me informed, almost daily, by phone or by email. I had answers within minutes/hours (not days). As soon as items arrived, I had an email letting me know. Karen spent hours with me, listened to what I liked, found things for my renovation that fit my aesthetic perfectly and even took care of a slight stain problem on a Bertch vanity drawer (that was a manufacturer's issue, not Whittock's) within DAYS. This is what excellent customer service looks like. We need more Karen Hemenway's ! Thanks for a great expernence on my renovation. I'll be back for the next one.Katherine
Kathleen Kirby: I purchased a bathroom vanity from wittock. I unfortunately did not have the best experience. I thought I was purchasing a custom vanity, but honestly I could have saved thousands piecing them together myself. But it does look good. Then I ordered a quartz countertop for it. It comes with 2 sinks that are set. My first issue with that is they didn’t center the sinks. There is a big gap on the right side and water would easily leak. Wittock won’t tell you their distributors, so if you have a issue, you have to rely on wittock to sort it on their time. Not convenient when your mid construction and you have no answers for your contractors. For my next huge remodel project I will be using a true custom wood works man for the vanity. And then using my own personal quartz company. It would have been 1/2 the price with better customer service, and problem solving if something arises! So to end my review, I spent about $7,000 for a vanity and they couldn’t even set a sink correctly 😩
