Ryan Kowalik: The little clown they have running the show in there, needs the heaviest of attitude adjustments.
Michigan camper Mcgee: Guy behind the counter with the mr burns haircut needs to learn some respect. Could be any more of a jerk. No interest in helping the customer afraid of any kind or work. Go back home to your miserable life and play dungeons and dragons ya wenier.

Dude: I'm not sure how this place is still in business the way they treat ppl this is my 2nd time coming here the 1st time I couldn't get any one to come from the back to help me as I was entering the store everyone started for the back of the store they didn't have any customers so they couldn't have been helping anyone else so I waited about 5 mins and left..... so today I arrived near closing time it was 4:20 their hours are posted on the door that they close at 4:30 pm the guy says we just closed soon as I walked in the door

don m: A lot of shops deal exclusively with licensed contractors.These guys are the real deal and it's nice to be able to come in as a patron off the street and deal with them.If their prices are too high, or service not up to your standards u shouldn't be there. Some things are better from home depot. Some aren't. They are not that kind of store. To compare them is silly.They are aces w me.
John Halsey: This is a great place to go if you have hours to spend waiting for a part you can get from home depot in 5 minutes. it's ridiculous
Dr Tiarra Perry: The last review was absolutely right. Came into the store today to find a specialty part for a toilet. The older guy at the counter was clearly not interested in assisting me at all. Didn't even try. Lost my business for sure. Terrible customer service or should I say lack of. Bad attitude. Went to a neighboring plumbing supply where I found the part I needed.
Harry Schultze: This place is absolutely horrible! The customer service is by far the worst I have ever experienced. The guy named Harvey treated me more disrespetfuly than I have ever been treated in my life! Its as if he's mad at the world and talk about condescending, you wouldn't believe it. On top of all this the prices are terrible. I can't believe they are in business at all the way they abuse their customers. Do yourself a favor and avoid this place at all costs. You won't regret it.

They quickly exchanged what I had for a different fitting (not their fault I didn’t measure) and explained the steps I should take to test/install the fitting. Highly recommend.
ERICA TROMBLEY: I have no idea what I am doing....bring my parts in there they know exactly what I need and how to help. Friendly and very nice to my child who I have brought 2 times. Highly recommend
