It turned out to be something else wrong with it but even after the repair it wouldn't keep a charge. Now even though I've been coming here for years I've never actually had to use the warranty before so I was hesitant to even call. That was until I had to get a jump 3 times in one day. When I finally called, Brian told me to bring it up there as soon as I could. He took a quick look at my receipt then replaced it immediately. Literally the fastest return/exchange that I've ever gotten.. and they gave me another warranty!!! I've already recommended this place to everyone that I know because it's the most affordable place that I've found that sells quality batteries (new or used) but after this I had to leave this review to express my appreciation!

Best price best warranty best service in town, Bring your old battery make and model of your vehicle and they will help you pronto. Just purchased new high cranking amperage batteries for my diesel pickup 2 batteries out the door for less than $220 bucks with a 2 year warranty if you can find a better deal point it out or shut up and go to Bill's car life battery and save yourself the hassle and the overpriced batteries.

Price is also definitely cheaper than other places since they either manufacture their own battery cells or get it directly from the manufacturer (housing looked used to me but that doesn't really matter).Negative: payment methods. Charges $2.50 per battery (not per order as you would expect) for credit card transactions. This is somewhat understandable since they incur the charges from the vendor. What's not understandable is their preferred method of payment not working at the time of transaction. Blaming credit card machine or technology in general. Asked me to use the ATM machine next door and pay the fees there. Also didn't include the exhaust connector which you need for your new battery. Had to drive all the way back to the store to fetch it out of my old battery (which I dropped off for core value). Store owner/manager(?) wasn't wearing a mask, which is mandatory by law at this point in time.Overall, might be good place for cheap battery but don't expect any kind of customer service or even proper etiquette for dealing with customers.

I don't know how long I would have to wait for others to come in and order that specific light bulb so I'm going today to get a refund and look elsewhere for those light bulbs. Needless to say that was very disappointing, but while I was there the individual who took care of me was very diligent in helping me anyway they could.

The owner (Naseer) is unbelievably rude and doesn't sell good products, honor returns or warrantees, and basically pushes customers out of the store if you disagree with him. I purchased a new lawn mower battery from the store and got home and it was dead. I brought it back to the store the next day and he said the equipment couldn't read the battery voltage because it was so low. I told him that I brought it home and hooked it up and tried to start my machine and nothing worked, and it was so low, it is because he gave it to me that way. He called me a liar! I'm in my 60s and never seen this type of business man. I told him to just replace it and I'll leave and he said no because the battery is damaged. I told him I didn't damage it, it hasn't even been used once and never started even one machine. Then he told me to call the manufacturer of the battery if and see if they will warranty it. I am reporting him to the BBB for bad ownership and also to BatteriesPlus Bulbs corporate for selling bad product and advertising warrantees and does not honor it! STAY AWAY!

Roseclan24: Located in the corner of W. 13 Mile Rd and John R, right across the street from the CVS, this place is a nice little store that carries batteries from cars and cell phones and more. I came into the store looking for a battery to an old 2016 cell phone. They had that battery in stock, popped open the case, put the battery in the phone to make sure it powered on and we were all set. Price point was very fair for a 5 year old battery for a phone that stopped being sold 4 years ago.I also asked about Optima car batteries and the kind took the time to explain the different types of options batteries price points and delivery options without trying to push the sale. I would recommend this place to anyone looking for those hard to find batteries and bulbs.
