Chris Runde: I usually change my own oil, but it's been cold and rainy...... These guys were all super fast and friendly! Oil change took less than 10 min from start to finish. They topped fluids and gave me a water while I waited. I told them another reason I didn't change my oil was because I had about 5 gallons to get rid of. They told me to bring it in and they'd take care of it for me! I'll be back the next time I'm feeling lazy or I need an oil change when it's cold or rainy!

He even had me go to website to get the 10 dollar off coupon. Was very clear on details of everything and made sure to check and fill everything. Don't think i ever went somewhere that was that thorough and proved or showed what they were doing and checking. Really appreciate it, these days i feel like i don't have many good experiences with customer service or ANYTHING anywhere. I would definitely recommend this place. I got an oil change yesterday and my light check was skipped because the employees were encouraging the car in the other bay to do a burn out.

Called in advance to see if it was a good time to come, they said yes. So I drove there waiting 20 min for him to finish an oil change, another car came AFTER me, took that service and made me wait another 20 min. In between that I was watching him check out another customers speakers. After he was finally done he comes back to me and says “sorry we’re just having some fun” and he was going to get a paper to lay on my mat to test drive my car. I look up and he goes back to the customers cars and continues to check out their bass in the speakers while waiting for him for 45 min at that point. I ended up driving off. First the young newer mechanic looks up oil change for my car & quotes $79.99 then the owner tells me $133 bec of the special oil. I stopped short of calling dealer bec it is quite far. Turns out it was $40 cheaper. Lesson learned. Gotta say though, the owner is a nice guy who might overcharge you. .

ken saviko: Took car in for starting issues, got quoted $1600 for serp belt and alternator, was to much $$ for me so brought it home and contacted amechanic friend at work , he gave it the 1nce over , he found the alternator and serp belt just fine . But he did find a loose nut that connects power supply to starter. He tightened and car has been running perfect since. Watch these people......they are either bad mechanics or shady mechanics....

They charged me for full synthetic oil but after two weeks I saw my oil became black and thick, and smells bad.Tire rotation was horrible, when driving my car, it drifts left. Carey C: I can't complain about anything, other than an uninviting waiting room, but I walked to Menards instead of sitting there.I looked into coming here for an oil change, I had free oil changes at the dealership for years, and when they finally dried up, they wanted to charge me $130 for oil change (only semi synthetic) and a tire rotation. I went on the Midas website since there was one near me, and there was a coupon for $49.99 for full synthetic with a tire rotation.I ended up pay $63 including extra oil and disposal fee. No hard up sell on anything like Uncle Eds, which I appreciated whole-heartedly. In and out within an hour!This is my new oil change place!Service:Oil change

He was very kind and definitely knows what he's doing. He was actively training someone, and treating the trainee kindly too. Very happy with my experience.

I lease my car so know when I turn my vehicle into the dealership I would have to explain that this oil place recorded my miles wrong and I did not "tamper" with the vehicle (which is illegal). D Bennett: Been coming here for years getting full synthetic oil changes for two of my vehicles. However, most recently I’d experienced poor service with oil and radiator fluids spilled upon my engine from an oil change and radiator flush. Lack of communication amongst team members here with some appearing not to even watch what they’re doing. I had oil and radiator fluids in my driveway after such a careless oil change and radiator flush. I’d initially thought that they’d caused damage and a leak within the engine but it was just from their sloppiness that fluids were in my driveway. They had to start the oil change over after a second team member re-added oil to the engine after it was already completed by another employee (no communication) which caused a huge spill into my engine bay. The entire mayhem took almost two hours too from start to finish. Very flustered at best is how they behaved that day and without apologies.

Ivy Nyburg: I’ve been here several times with a few of my different cars. Usually I have no issues but my current car the last two times I got my oil “changed” it wasn’t drained they just added oil to it. I had so much oil in my car it was overflowing into the engine bag and into my spark plugs/coils. I am not sure I will be back anymore as I am disappointed in my recent experiences. Renee O'Neal: I feel that it's important that the places requesting reviews, consider that the business does oil changes, but is primarily a gas station. I go there far more often to get gas than to get an oil change. Today, this review was triggered by me getting gas here. I have found that most gas stations are pretty much the same and I can only speak upon the price and, if I go inside to pay or purchase something else. Today I went inside because I was using a gift card and I wasn't sure if the pump would recognize it. As usual, they were fast and courteous.
