Liana Drake: Went here after three friends recommended the salon. I had been growing my hair for 2 years and three months. Wanted to donate it and hadn't found anyone who I felt really knew how to cut and style my thick, coarse hair. I am so happy I made the decision to go here. I found a woman who listened to me and what I wanted and I will continue to see her. She cut off 22 inches and 8 ponytails that went to Wigs 4 Kids that same day. Highly recommend this salon.

Ava Smith: Unfortunately my go to salon closed down and a friend recommended this place. I got my hair cut and highlighted about a week ago and walked out very happy. It wasn’t until I got home when I released this job was not done well. I can no longer tuck my hair behind my ears or even wear it up without looking like an actual zebra. The top layer of my hair is the only thing that was remotely close to blended and even then it looks like I already need my roots done just by how they were placed. The roots of the highlights have an orange tint to it and the back of my head is all still my natural color. The lady did give me a nice cut but it’s hard to enjoy/ style with the way my highlights look. Very disappointed in where money was spent.Service:Haircut

JV Garcia: I actually followed Epse here after her previous location in Madison Heights closed. I have been getting my haircut by Espe for well over a decade now. She always does a brilliant job on my hair and has seen me through a lot of different cuts and styles. I trust her to work her magic on my hair whether it has been 2 months or 8 months (early pandemic to blame for that long gap) since my last cut. I think the other stylists and staff do a good job and are very kind from what I have observed. I definitely recommend Espe for a brilliant cut and hair services; my mom has gotten cuts and colors from Espe in the past and I have recommended my own boss to Epse after his previous haircut place shuttered because of the pandemic. you should know: I visited this place with a mass of untamed wild long hair. To test their abilities I told them to make me look sexy with no other direction. Two weeks later and the hair cut they provided still has girls fawning over me that didn't pay attention before. While it's definitely not just the hair, everyone keeps commenting about the cut.

However this is the second time I went to them for a full face waxing and was left with wax burns on my upper lip from multiple applications of the wax at once. It was hurting and burning the entire day but now there’s a burn mark that remains.

Chanhthira Phommala: I love this ulta bc it’s right by my house and I haven’t had a bad experience. I give it four stars bc I did decide to make a salon appt for a cut on 2/18 at 10:15am snd I guess appointments don’t matter cause i walked in and someone was already in the chair and it looked like they weren’t gonna be done anytime soon so I left.
