However this is the second time I went to them for a full face waxing and was left with wax burns on my upper lip from multiple applications of the wax at once. It was hurting and burning the entire day but now there’s a burn mark that remains.

P.K: First time here , i booked an appointment the day before for right when it opened but were still packed with a line going out the door eventually after I arrived already. I had to wait for 4 or so people to be serviced prior to me which made me question what was the point of me even setting an appointment but they got me in the chair and finished quick . I have naturally thick eyebrows and would have liked to keep them that way . I thought they would have stayed in the natural shape of my brow but they went thinner than I’d like , i guess i should have communicated that to them but my eyebrows still looked nice
