Denaa David: Everyone please ignore any negative comments about this place. Literally the owner was the sweetest person ever and made sure I got the best quality extensions that matched my hair perfectly!! I got indian remy clip ons they held curls all day and night during my brothers wedding. Shop here because the customer service was unmatched. My hair is a light brown ash usually hard to find but found them there.

Patricia Zimolzak: I was there on Feb 2nd. Bought a hair extension and a bottle of shampoo that she said I needed. Got home and realized I had a bottle. I never opened the new one and they still wouldn't take it back. Ridiculous. I understand no return on hair pieces but an unopened bottle of shampoo? (My mistake. I thought this was the one in Oakland Mall. So sorry) Disregard this review please.

Ricia Jamillah: I've been shopping at this location and at the store in the Oakland Mall for years spent a lot of money in there. Tuesday morning I rather Tuesday afternoon. I go in to buy a ponytail and other supplies to surprise a young lady. I never buy hair first time no one ever said you can't exchange the ponytail, never even was open. Came back less than three and a half hours later to try to get it exchange and was lied to, (it's on your receipt), no it's not on the receipt! There is a small cardboard piece of paper hanging close to the register that says no hair return exchanges written in magic marker. I think they should either put it on the receipt or when you buy something just come out and say it's non-refundable or returnable but don't lie about being on the receipt.
Mia Parker: The store was well stocked an clean. The isles were not cluttered and spaced sufficiently. Lisa was nice, polite and provided honesty when telling my friend how the hair looked on her when she tried them on. Even though I am a Westsider, I will return.

The selection is huge and the prices are actually the same or less than online if you equate shipping so it’s totally worth it to purchase your items here. Sharon Jackson: I started off getting a color on my hair, which went OK but I have tight curls and I’m very tender headed and wanted my hair detangled before rinsing conditioner off ,she did not listen to me,Then I wanted my hair, separated into four before it was blown out. She took the hairdryer and started blowing my hair all opened. At that point she saw my hair shriveled into an Afro, she sprayed a leave in conditioner, which made the situation worse, my hair got dry and frizzy rapidly, my guess is that, that leave in conditioner was not meant for color treated hair .she started looking for a wide tooth comb that She never found . I asked for a comb attachment for the hair dryer She said they don’t have one. She used a small tooth tail comb,and a roller bristle brush to Det angle my hair,half of my hair is gone .I was in pain for the whole time .Services:Hairstyling,Haircut,Shampoo conditioning
JV Garcia: I actually followed Epse here after her previous location in Madison Heights closed. I have been getting my haircut by Espe for well over a decade now. She always does a brilliant job on my hair and has seen me through a lot of different cuts and styles. I trust her to work her magic on my hair whether it has been 2 months or 8 months (early pandemic to blame for that long gap) since my last cut. I think the other stylists and staff do a good job and are very kind from what I have observed. I definitely recommend Espe for a brilliant cut and hair services; my mom has gotten cuts and colors from Espe in the past and I have recommended my own boss to Epse after his previous haircut place shuttered because of the pandemic. Bottom line nice location and Espe is my go to stylist at this location.Service:Haircut

you should know: I visited this place with a mass of untamed wild long hair. To test their abilities I told them to make me look sexy with no other direction. Two weeks later and the hair cut they provided still has girls fawning over me that didn't pay attention before. While it's definitely not just the hair, everyone keeps commenting about the cut.

Jessica: I visited the salon right before the Pandemic my Experience was excited Bri was great colored and styled my hair. So I figured after coloring my hair myself at home for so long I would visited the salon again. Bri no longer is there so I booked with Tammy. Tammys personality was great. She didn't leave hair color all over my face and that's a huge plus for me! But I felt like she rushed the color my little grey hairs are still showing. She didn't dry my hair very well it was way to wet. She didn't style it at all I was bum about that! (I was eight minutes late because I made a wrong turn I called and informed her and she said it was fine.) Is it an extra charge now to style after color? Bri colored and style I payed 60 plus tip. I'm just confused on why Tammy was so rushed? I was a little disappointed in my visit today.She had a client after me doesn't mean rush threw my booked appointment and send me out of the salon looking like a wet dog.! I booked an appointment and no detail was pay to me so that isn't going to make me want to return.

I got a manicure and pedicure and I thought there would be more done during the pedicure like a warm towel, scrubbing of the feet and massaging the legs like they do at other nail salons.
