I appreciate his actions, and will continue to use Best Buy, but will probably stick to the "brick & mortar version".

Marie's Spiritual Insights: I shop here often, however this past weekend I had the most unprofessional experience with a cashier named Harris! He had finished the previous customer, and after the customers moved out of the line, he continued his discussion with them for several minutes before even attempting to check us out. When I moved up so when he decided to finally unfold his arms and stop his conversation, he began to ring us up but still he never even greeted us or made any eye contact. I told him that he that he did not greeted us, nor did he ask did we find everything ok, he responded with " Well, I have to take care of my regular customers." I told him that I was a regular customer and that he was extremely unprofessional . I reported this however all customers should be treated equally when patronizing a business!
Andy T: This is the worst Best Buy around, let me tell you why. I went there with 700 dollars to spend on an iPad. I sat there for twenty minutes by the ipads waiting for someone. With employees walking around in there own world no one came up to me to sell me one, horrible experience. All I know I won’t be going back here I’ll look somewhere else for it. Who’s maintaining these employees aren’t they sales people. To ignore a customer as a sales person is crazy. As a salesman myself this is a bad look. Do your job or find another and the manager needs to be reprimanded for this behavior.

No one no one said, "Can I help you until a few minutes to leaving" I stopped a man and asked about what I was looking for he pointed in the direction of the other side of the store in the complete front, and said that's where I needed to be for radio 📻. I go to where he directed me to go. I get over there. I don't see any radio's there is a young man and women working there they see me looking around. The young man says, "Can I help with finding something? I tell him radio's. He says, "Follow me, we walk all the way to the back of the store on the other side to about less than one aisle from where the man I asked the first time about radio's. the young man was very helpful and explained about how radio's work now. Radio's with am/fm are usually bought online at Best Buy.Feels to me as if the first guy just didn't want to be of service to me. So he sent me away. He wasn't just a regular employee. I also need to add that the guy was white. I'm black. The people he sent me to they were black also. I didn't see any other people there who were black working. I can come up with a lot for seneros for this, but I'm not. It just seems suspicious. As I leave cause you don't have what I'm looking for, both of the guys at the door say bye, have a nice day.

Then refunded the money a few months after, and worries my preorder was canceled, double check and it was still listed as preordered and I wouls be charged when it was officually released. Then received an email the day it was suppose to ship saying they can't process my card, dispite having clearly taken the money first, then refunded it when I waa charged early. My order was cancled and now there is none of the product avaliable.

First time the truck actually showed, but left. I called and was told their was a stick in my drive - I removed the stick within two minutes (I'm currently disabled due to auto accident and had no problem moving the stick). Called the truck immediately to let them know "no stick", called Geek Squad and called Management and they said "no" to delivery. Rescheduled for two weeks out and Best Buy confirmed twice via text the day before. The day of delivery -- no call; no delivery; no help. I bet they delivered my fridge to someone else.Filing Better Business Bureau complaint. They've taken my money but refuse to fulfill their contract to deliver the product as agreed.Funny, I can order the same fridge on line from Best Buy and get it delivered in two days. Yet, they want me to wait another 10 days for delivery.Dishonest, Manipulative and Deceitful... yet, they do it all with a smile.Management refuses to contact me. Geek Squad now just disconnects me online chat and hangs up on me on the phone.

Ross did everything possible to run out the clock on the return policy, to prevent his numbers from being ruined.The pic represents the amazing TV I get to enjoy 🤦‍♂️

Very happy customer thank u. I absolutely adore my new iphone 14 pro max which came in faster then expected which was amazing so yessss!!!! 10x thumbs up LOL

Jay Honhart: Went into the Westland store today to purchase a Kenwood Touchscreen Car Stereo, Installation Kit, Steering Wheel Control Unit, Warranty and Best Buy Installation Service....Well over $600 worth of products and services....I Had been reviewing everything on their website earlier today, figured I'd go buy everything and have it installed.The bays were empty, meaning they could've gotten me right in. Walked around the car stereo department for over 20 minutes checking out the car stereo equipment. Noone felt like assisting me/us, they would much rather stand around and play on their cell phones and huddle in a small circle and talk about what they did last night. 🤷🏼‍♂️Oh well, you're not getting my frickin business....Frickin ridiculous.... In their eyes, it's only $600, I'm just a pee on. I'll never shop at best buy again and I'm gonna tell everyone that best buy sucks....Funny thing is, I knew the outcome before I even got in the car to drive up there. F/ONot even a response 🙄

nick wilson: No one was in the car audio section as I patiently waited for 15-20 minutes. Bunch of merchandise was not even marked with pricing. Walked all the way up to the customer service desk to get a pricing. Girl was straight rude and accused me of opening the box of the radio i was looking at when i found it on the "open box shelf ". She wanted to argue where i found the radio. I asked to look at the product to verify all the wiring was there. She acted like i was trying to steal the radio and wouldn't give it back to me. Wanted to call a manager over to discuss...instead of calling management she decided to help other customer while she basically pushed me off to the side. i walked out and spent my money elsewhere. i will not be back . Period

Carl Mitchell: This store is bad. Poor inventory selection, out of stock items, display items don't match what is available to purchase, poor merchandising. Save yourself the trouble and go to the Novi location. This store should take notes from that location.
Pepin von Bülow: Returning item and exchanging it for slightly better version of a modem (S33) was super easy and simple. Just get item you want in store and go to customer service lane. They will exchange it and only takes a minute.

Especially Larry and Bill. What wonderful employees to have on your team. I feel like they really went out of their way to make sure we were taken care of after our fiasco. Thank you Larry and Bill!
