Clevon Sparks: Jeff, Jeff Jr, and the entire staff here are very professional, friendly, and accommodating. Their knowledge and level of service is superior to any other bike shop I have been to. They have helped me over the years with personal purchases and most recently with a bike fleet purchase. They kind of make you feel like family by the way they welcome you in the store and invite you on their various rides and other activities they have.

Alex worked very hard to ensure we were happy with our replacement bike. We feel very confident with our purchase because they stand behind the items they sell. Marcia Spivey: The owner price gauges— I’ve been going to this bike shop since 1996..for the past 10years I just stayed b/c I am a Detroit loyalist however april 7, 2021 was the breaking point. I WAS QUOTED BY THE OWNER $100 for a bike tune up(starting at this amount). The same bike that I’ve been taking to him for the past 3years. He is overpriced and has no respect for loyalty. I was also told the return time would be 7-10days and that I should be lucky that I’m getting my bike in when I am.He believes that he is the only person in the area who can do the job so he charges based on demand. Well this isn’t true! There is an awesome bike shop on Gratiot ALLIED CYCLE SHOP. They were helpful and didn’t treat me as if They were doing me a favor. The tune up starts at $49.99 and the turn around is 2-3 days.Stay away from Bike Tech if you value your hard earned money and customer service!This guy should be ashamed of himself for price gauging..I purchased a bike basket from him last year for $40 — the same basket was at Allied bike shop for $23.99.I WILL NOT TAKE MY MONEY HERE EVER AGAIN AND ADVISE SAME.

There were Alot of other bikes ranging from economy to high end. He's been in the business for decades and his knowledge shows. I had a great experience here so it's 5 stars from me! I will be there again for tune ups and some gear. Great to see a long lasting neighborhood bike shop still around.

At checkout she was again so nice and got me in and out pretty quickly. We need people like her in management positions to help train new employees in customer service! She embodies the customer service experience♡ Dunhams should instill a customer survey so their employees can get recognition directly to them!

Yes Barbara, you sell outdoor gear but you need to use both soap+water after using the restroom because it’s available to you in this bathroom (this is Troy, not a campground in the upper peninsula), it is a typical Michigan winter and flu/cold season, and DUH you are still a customer representative for REI. Disgusting.

The staff is the most helpful and honest, it truly makes you feel great as a member and customer to know they want to find you the best equipment for what you are personally seeking. Kyle was the representative in the back that was immensely knowledgeable and extremely helpful, Alexander was our representative in the front who cashed us out and was extremely helpful, professional and knowledgeable. Love how their member garage sale location is. We are very pleased and highly recommend this location.
Bobbi: In addition to having superior equipment, this particular location has quality customer service as well. 10/15/22 I made a purchase and didn’t notice until I was already home that I was charged incorrectly. I called the store to explain what happened, hoping I didn’t have to drive the hour back. Jessica Bertollini very promptly handled my issue, requiring her to go above and beyond any standard protocol. The customer service I received from her that day (and the day after) was outstanding, and I’m going to do my best to give my business to the Troy location solely from this experience. Both guys there were super nice and attentive to my issue and resolved everything and amazingly fast even though I was not in a rush. Price amazing. That same day I started telling everyone I know how great they are and helpful.Maybe 10 yrs ago they also fixed an old sentimental bike for me as well; and I got great support from the same guy then also.

This is a lot as during this pandemic a lot of people have gone through a lot of things and supply chains are broken all over the place but the fact that this gentleman let me come back behind his counter and find the parts for my bike to me was second to none that's old school service that's something that needs to come back in this country once again allied bike shop you guys rock,????!

I will say the seat is not comfortable and I'll have to order one since the largest one they have isn't enough for me.
