Clevon Sparks: Jeff, Jeff Jr, and the entire staff here are very professional, friendly, and accommodating. Their knowledge and level of service is superior to any other bike shop I have been to. They have helped me over the years with personal purchases and most recently with a bike fleet purchase. They kind of make you feel like family by the way they welcome you in the store and invite you on their various rides and other activities they have.

There were Alot of other bikes ranging from economy to high end. He's been in the business for decades and his knowledge shows. I had a great experience here so it's 5 stars from me! I will be there again for tune ups and some gear. Great to see a long lasting neighborhood bike shop still around.

Marcia Spivey: The owner price gauges— I’ve been going to this bike shop since 1996..for the past 10years I just stayed b/c I am a Detroit loyalist however april 7, 2021 was the breaking point. I WAS QUOTED BY THE OWNER $100 for a bike tune up(starting at this amount). The same bike that I’ve been taking to him for the past 3years. He is overpriced and has no respect for loyalty. I was also told the return time would be 7-10days and that I should be lucky that I’m getting my bike in when I am.He believes that he is the only person in the area who can do the job so he charges based on demand. Well this isn’t true! There is an awesome bike shop on Gratiot ALLIED CYCLE SHOP. They were helpful and didn’t treat me as if They were doing me a favor. The tune up starts at $49.99 and the turn around is 2-3 days.Stay away from Bike Tech if you value your hard earned money and customer service!This guy should be ashamed of himself for price gauging..I purchased a bike basket from him last year for $40 — the same basket was at Allied bike shop for $23.99.I WILL NOT TAKE MY MONEY HERE EVER AGAIN AND ADVISE SAME.

Jim Smith: I had a problem with a bike place in New Baltimore. I use to live near these guys back in the day so drove all the way down to tell them my new bike problem. Both guys there were super nice and attentive to my issue and resolved everything and amazingly fast even though I was not in a rush. Price amazing. That same day I started telling everyone I know how great they are and helpful.Maybe 10 yrs ago they also fixed an old sentimental bike for me as well; and I got great support from the same guy then also.

Sammy: Eddie's bike shop is the absolute best bike shop in the Dearborn/Detroit area. I went to 3 different bike shops, all of them said I can not put pegs on my ebike. I went to Eddie's and he had it put on within 10 minutes. Very innovative and creative to solve any bike problems or issues. I look at the reviews and I seen people saying about old guys that been working there for a long time I knew right there they know what they doing they have tons of experience. I came in there a little nervous thinking my world sport old road bike 12 speed these guys wouldn't be able to increase my speed to 21 but I never doubt them because you never know so I stayed positive. They told me options to get 21 speed and I pick an option and they did it. It's unbelievable I went to this bike shops that was near me Detroit wheel house something like that and found out it was female in there that didn't know what she was doing saying I have to come tomorrow for the guy to see if he can do it.But that is bad business you should always have top notch bike techs to be on site. Alot of these new bikes shops with young bike tech don't have enough experience or know enough knowledge to figure out a solution that can be difficult or easy or some cases it's a solution most don't want to put in the work to do it. You can tell he knows the ins and outs of any situation and fix the problem.So I respect and appreciate your awesome amazing service to me you handle it like a professional perfection.
