Went into the store, spent time shopping and when I got to the checkout I was told I can't use my coupon on the shoes I chose. The cashier then shows me a paper of the brands I can use it on. Never heard of any of them and most their store don't carry. Coupon is pretty misleading. DSW needs to do better.

I only wear ASICS so it wasn’t a big deal ordering online, well I wore them for about 6 hours and I was in tremendous pain ( had to go home and change shoes). I wasn’t going to return them but my daughter reminded me that we’ve seen pretty bad shoes in clearance and I only wore them for a few hours and honestly they weren’t bad at all. So I decided to take them back and tell them exactly how long I wore them well needless to say they wouldn’t return them. The reason I’m so upset is because DSW is a million dollar company and they couldn’t eat $65. So dissatisfied with them. Although I still purchased another pair of ASICS I WILL NEVER SHOP AT THIS LOCATION AGAIN!!

According2teau: The customer service is wonderful! But when the items are sent out for repairs it is a hit or miss. The last two items that I had taken to be repaired were those misses I was talking about. The patch job on my purse was not very good at all. It looks like it was glued and no effort to make it look good at all. And my shoes I sent in for heel repair and strap repair. The heels are amazing! But the straps... another story. I was out for my birthday dinner and decided to wear them and the straps broke. Lol not one of the better moments.
