Andre Rupert: This review is less of a critique of the Anytime Restoration Company but more of a salute and recognition to our outstanding project manager Arnold Gilbert (Arnie). It is difficult to separate the hard work and professional service he provided while simultaneously depicting an honest review of the substandard services provided by Anytime Restoration. The two are antithetical. Which leaves me with the bittersweet option of providing a favorable rating with a somewhat contradictory review.On one hand I am aware that the 5 star rating I've posted here will ultimately benefit the company and perhaps do a great disservice for someone looking for an earnest review of the company.On the other hand, however, any rating lower than 5 stars would not sit well with me considering my project manager (Arnie) deserves all the credit for his work rendered. So I chose to give the 5 star hoping at least he will be recognized for salvaging the somewhat disappointing performance provided by Anytime Restoration.If not for his honesty and commitment to improving our experience I would have canceled the contract with this company through my insurance.The failure started with Jordan Fields, a supervisor who met with my wife after we had massive water damage to our basement after a burst watertank/pipe. Jordan initially explained the process but completely misrepresented the quailty of service and standard of work this company was to provide. (At least when it came to our work order).From day one the mitigation service failed to complete the work order for the day because they were redirected to a commercial Job in the middle of my project. I think it would be safe to say their supervisor made that decision. The guys did what they were told and informed me they would have to leave halfway through. I didn't think I had a choice so I agreed and they left and didn't return for several days. When they returned it was a different crew who were there for a separate part of the process which was the removal of contents not mitigation. We waited for mitigation but they didn't return.After weeks of no shows or call backs (I reached out to Jordan constantly but I couldn't get answers to my questions) I eventually called until I reached Zac the content manager and he gave an honest try but it wasn't his department. When I reached out to Bruce another manager, he too tried to provide me with some answers but he didn't have the answers either. This went on for a few weeks. Until Arnie was assigned to us.Before Arnie took over, I had to take off work throughout this process to make up for the days Anytime Contractors said they were coming when they actually showed up at a different time and date. Which cost me about $300 a day. Although on the scheduled days I had people available to standby it was all of the rearranging and no shows that created the issue of time and money loss.Now, here we are six months later and the job is over. Whatever wasn't finished or completed we simply have no desire to continue working with Anytime Restoration. I provided a few photos of the work. Unfortunately I don't have any before photos so this is a representation of the final product.As I mentioned earlier Arnie was the saving grace of this experience and to be even more transparent he didn't come into play until maybe... three months into the job. And once he came I no longer got the run around. He worked with our schedule and communicated with us regularly. He corrected the contractors when they failed to complete a task and he reviewed periodically with us the process so we would understand why some things didn't work out the way we thought. Arnold Gilbert earned this 5 star review, not Anytime Restoration. If not for him they would have received a 2 out of 5.With that being said thank you Arnie!!!! For all you did and we wish you well.

My insurance company originally only wanted to pay for repairs on my cabinets but MJM Restoration represented me on my behalf and made sure my cabinets were replaced as new and not touched up with paint or a couple panels. I would defiantly recommend MJM to anyone with water damage. They quickly took care of my emergency water damage, answered my phone calls or would call back within minutes and was very proactive when dealing with my questions and my insurance company. MJM took a lot of stress off of me and my bad situation.

I was scared because I didn't know how long my house would be under repair but with the expertise of MJM Restoration they were able to help me get a hotel to stay at until my house was back together. They also helped me with dealing with my homeowners insurance company and getting this repair fixed in a timely manor. A pipe burst in our crawl space and it flooded with raw sewage. Thankfully we caught it just in time...I had a referral to MJM Restoration so I contacted them and explained my situation- I am not usually quick to make decisions but in this case I had to and I definitely made the right choice. MJM took over completely and did all the work for me; everything from communicating with my insurance company, structual repairs, to picking out my new floor. The owner of the company and his son were in close contact with me throughout the project which was a good feeling - MJM treats you like family and you can really tell they care. They made sure that my house passed a good bill of health before having me move in again. They even went as far as setting up appointments for services that I needed that they did not profit from, such as fermigation, carpet cleaning, and cleaning my air ducts. They were always available for me 24/7 and came to my work on several occasions so I wouldn't have to worry about taking time off. They were there for me to answer all of my questions and silly concerns. They hold true to customer value! It is hard to find companies like MJM now adays and it is hard to get good customer service. The work is now complete at my house and I couldn't be happier. My project manager (Norm) and the owner (Mike) called me twice after the work was complete to make sure I was 100% satisfied.
