Andre Rupert: This review is less of a critique of the Anytime Restoration Company but more of a salute and recognition to our outstanding project manager Arnold Gilbert (Arnie). It is difficult to separate the hard work and professional service he provided while simultaneously depicting an honest review of the substandard services provided by Anytime Restoration. The two are antithetical. Which leaves me with the bittersweet option of providing a favorable rating with a somewhat contradictory review.On one hand I am aware that the 5 star rating I've posted here will ultimately benefit the company and perhaps do a great disservice for someone looking for an earnest review of the company.On the other hand, however, any rating lower than 5 stars would not sit well with me considering my project manager (Arnie) deserves all the credit for his work rendered. So I chose to give the 5 star hoping at least he will be recognized for salvaging the somewhat disappointing performance provided by Anytime Restoration.If not for his honesty and commitment to improving our experience I would have canceled the contract with this company through my insurance.The failure started with Jordan Fields, a supervisor who met with my wife after we had massive water damage to our basement after a burst watertank/pipe. Jordan initially explained the process but completely misrepresented the quailty of service and standard of work this company was to provide. (At least when it came to our work order).From day one the mitigation service failed to complete the work order for the day because they were redirected to a commercial Job in the middle of my project. I think it would be safe to say their supervisor made that decision. The guys did what they were told and informed me they would have to leave halfway through. I didn't think I had a choice so I agreed and they left and didn't return for several days. When they returned it was a different crew who were there for a separate part of the process which was the removal of contents not mitigation. We waited for mitigation but they didn't return.After weeks of no shows or call backs (I reached out to Jordan constantly but I couldn't get answers to my questions) I eventually called until I reached Zac the content manager and he gave an honest try but it wasn't his department. When I reached out to Bruce another manager, he too tried to provide me with some answers but he didn't have the answers either. This went on for a few weeks. Until Arnie was assigned to us.Before Arnie took over, I had to take off work throughout this process to make up for the days Anytime Contractors said they were coming when they actually showed up at a different time and date. Which cost me about $300 a day. Although on the scheduled days I had people available to standby it was all of the rearranging and no shows that created the issue of time and money loss.Now, here we are six months later and the job is over. Whatever wasn't finished or completed we simply have no desire to continue working with Anytime Restoration. I provided a few photos of the work. Unfortunately I don't have any before photos so this is a representation of the final product.As I mentioned earlier Arnie was the saving grace of this experience and to be even more transparent he didn't come into play until maybe... three months into the job. And once he came I no longer got the run around. He worked with our schedule and communicated with us regularly. He corrected the contractors when they failed to complete a task and he reviewed periodically with us the process so we would understand why some things didn't work out the way we thought. Arnold Gilbert earned this 5 star review, not Anytime Restoration. If not for him they would have received a 2 out of 5.With that being said thank you Arnie!!!! For all you did and we wish you well.

gunnerofap: I can’t say enough about this company. They cleaned out my basement and carefully cut up my walls of drywall/paneling so I could put it back together after the May 1st flooding. I called the office yesterday to ask them what they used to cut the nice straight lines. Billy Jackson informed me that it was a sawzall. I’m redoing my basement on my own for financial reasons. I was using a small circular saw that wouldn’t get into the corners. Billy told me he would send out a couple guys out to cut the walls to where I needed them. Mike and Brandon showed up this morning and cut the walls and removed all the debris. No charge...although I gave them some money for a nice lunch or dinner. Strongly recommend this company!

Rene Peleman: Emergency Restoration is a great business. We had a car crash into our office after the driver had a medical episode. The crash caused severe structural damage to the building and although the driver was physically unharmed, we had quite a mess to clean up. Al David, Mike Perrin and their team took great care of us. Craig Lester: Dude let me tell you months of living in hell. I threw out all my stuff. I called a few people to look at my home. Spent thousands had chimney sweep nothing seemed to work. I threw my bed my dresser couch and carpet. Just to have these guys come and save me more or less depends how you look at it. I paid for a air test and more . I painted my entire home with kills and it cost me everything. Stay away from that product.Now i have to Show lack the whole home. Again and buy paint again . I will spend 1200 on that plus paint god help me. But anyhow thank you for being good at your job if only other companies would do this. Thank you for getting me back to living. Not sure how I'll pay for all this but at least i have a goal.

Ms Gee: If you don't have insurance DO NOT use this company, they will Grossly Inflate their prices and bill for thing they didn't do.

Red FX: Have to stay on top of them. Guy came out to give me an estimate it took me 2 weeks to get it. Guy said job would be done by the 1st of July and it took until the 12th of July. Guy who did the work told me HE would have chosen a nicer material then I picked out. I told him I am flipping the house not living in it. Had to beg for a detailed receipt after spending $3,000 in cash! It is good work but the work YOU have to put in staying on top of them is headache inducing.

Contractors were prompt, courteous, and did good work. Mike Perrin has been the project manager for all of my requests and I could not have found anyone better. THANK YOU!

Samantha Brannen: I recently took care of some basement waterproofing through another company and 2 days later a pipe burst in my finished basement. I'm currently a single mom while my husband is deployed in the middle east, so you can imagine that I was completely distraught - especially after having to deal with the waterproofing issue on my own and not having a clue what to do or where to start. After starting the claim with my insurance, I called Emergency Restoration. They handled EVERYTHING. I did not have to worry about calling any other company or any other department within their company because they had someone to handle each aspect - from dealing with my insurance, to the mitigation, to the packout, to the final restoration. I don't believe I even had to call them outside of that initial call, that's how great they were at keeping me informed of what was going on and what would happen next. They always explained everything to me in detail. Also, I felt completely comfortable at all times with the workers coming in and out of my house - that's a big deal when you're a female alone with a small child. The quality of the work done is superb and my basement actually looks better than before! I can't say enough good things about this company!
