He is very professional, knowledgeable about the Burberry products, craftsmanship and history. He help me to select a very nice jacket and scarf. I felt as if my own father was helping me to get and look the best. I recommend Burberry at Somerset and SA Greg. Everyone at Burberry is wonderful but Greg as my SA was great. Non pushy, helpful, professional and knowledgeable. I came in not dressed to impressed and I was not made to feel out of place. I was warmly greeted and treated like royalty. Greg was very patient with me and made sure that I was completely happy with my investment and that I looked good with my choice. I recommend Burberry at Saks and SA Greg.

I went back the next morning with my receipt and tried to do an even exchange for the same hat, just without the hole, and the manager refused. I pointed out on the receipt it clearly states 'Refunds Within 30 days with Receipt' and that I was just trying to exchange it, and again she refused, and told me that it's my responsibility to check for defects before purchasing. Worst customer service ever.

They have such a huge variety of things there and it's much bigger than the Marshalls near my house so I love coming here when I head over to 12 and dequindre to shop. Just all the clothes they have all the home decor. I mean they got it all there. I mean honestly, this would be one of the greatest places to get like a huge gift certificate for for free or like a prize. Like spend the night at Marshalls and everything that you can fit in as many baskets as you can fit. You can take home would be yours lol haha. Such a great location

ppr 007: I recently visited TJ Maxx and let me tell you, it was a wild ride. I mean, I was actually greeted by friendly staff who were genuinely interested in helping me find what I needed. Can you believe it? In this day and age, where customer service seems to be a dying art, TJ Maxx's staff went above and beyond to assist my friend and me.Overall, I had a great experience at TJ Maxx. The staff was amazing and made me feel like a VIP. The only downside is that I spent way too much money on great deals. But hey, that's the price you pay for an enjoyable shopping experience, am I right? TJ Maxx, you've won me over with your killer deals and friendly staff. I'll definitely be back for more.

I had no intent to look at or buy a rug (or rugs) but ended up with 5 solid choices for the main room/kitchen and entry points. Got a GREAT deal on a rug I took home that day.If you need a great wing/rug man..Donnell will show you the light!

Of course I had to go to the "smell good" section, where I bought YSL on sale, which had a few gifts attached to it. I was telling them when I buy cologne, I want Parfum. In the plastic box, there was a sample of Parfum, but the bottle was Eau de Parfum! I took it back in its original condition, letting them know I wanted Parfum. They basically exchanged the bottle of Eau de Parfum to Le Parfum. I had to pay extra for Le Parfum, but they let me keep my gifts. Now I know I have to pay close attention when it comes to the colognes they sell!

Waste of over $100

Ryan Huggins: I'll be the first to say that I am not someone who buys clothes in-person. Like, ever. So going here in person was an experience I was not prepared for, and I'm not sure if this lack of knowledge just made a good experience bad or if the store is just confusing in general.There was an impressive selection of products, from various brands. Lots of different budget options, too. But the clothes are all over the place, and I found it difficult to find exactly what I was looking for. Sure, brands were labeled, but to see exactly what products are, you need to walk right up to them to properly identify them (again, I'm not suited to this environment, so if this is not an actual problem that people have, then ignore me, please). The clothes blended into each other, making it difficult to determine if what I'm seeing in the distance is a sweater that I'm looking for or if it's just a cardigan or a long-sleeved shirt.The selection was big, but at least for me, it was difficult to find what I was looking for, so it just gets an "okay" from me.
elayne manciero: I went to pick up an order at the Lakeside store. Marianne waited on me. She was very friendly. I didn't realize when you order an item from the bedding department you have to go to the men's store. When I got to the men's store Marianne had call to let them I was picking up my item. They had it ready for me. They told me Marianne called them so my order would be ready. Thank you to Marianne for the great service!
Shirley Henry: I am disappointed at the APR of 30.99. I have a charge card and I think Macys will lose several customers due to the high APR percentage being charged on credit card customers. I also don't appreciate being charged $2.00 if not using my card within a month or so.

I was specifically told by the salesman that absolutely nothing would get denied, and when I filed a claim due to my kids staining the couch it was denied. No one came out to even look at it. Dona Xo: I went to Macys on May 4th 2023 around 11:30-12pm I stopped by the sunglasses area to purchase some, the lady (long black hair, looks mid 40s, middle eastern I believe Chaldean) was very rude! I asked if they had anything around 50-60$ because online they had few sunglasses for that price. She said “No we only have designer here, and they start around 100$. Maybe you should try the GAS STATION OR WALMART OR MEIJERS “ I take that very offensive because I felt like I was looked down upon. Macys you need to reconsider your employees.
