Desicrated: The Wixom branch is more familiar with the devices they sell but the guys Kyle and Eric here are pretty good to work with and will try to find what you are looking for. Aside them, I'd avoid the other guys. Had some rough interactions with Brent specifically.

TheGhettofinger: This place had exactly what I needed. Hard to find part. Couldn't buy it though... need an account. He asked me if I had an alarm license. OMG, I struggled to not burst out laughing. A what? Been an engineer for well over 40 years. You got to be kidding me.

Alexandra Elenis: The absolute worst alarm company! Steer clear of them if you are looking for an alarm company for your home or business. Our alarm system went down and we called 11 times to have a technician come out to replace it, each time we left a message with the “call center” and never once was our call returned. We now are going to dispute it with the credit card company since we tried to cancel and couldn’t get a hold of anyone.

D: Horrible customer service. You are lucky if you can get through to them as their answering service takes their calls. Ken the "owner" is extremely rude.

Tom Hermez: WORST company to deal with! I do not recommend this for anyone. This company is a very small dealer that has unprofessional people working over there just LIKE THEIR BOSS "KEN". I had a problem at night where they weren't getting the signal that i Closed, The lady operator 6 kept on saying we have a tech on sight BUT THEY DO NOT! They only have technicians during the day but no one at night to solve a 8 YEAR COSTUMER'S problem. I stayed after work 4 hours trying to solve the problem but she didn't solve it and at the end she said "I have other calls to take" and hung up in my face. So after 3 days they came and upgraded from a 2-G to a 4-G and they want to charge me $500.00 for an upgrade they have to do on their end. and they gave me only 2 days to pay and treated me like they're doing me a favor. And then when they called to get their payment after 1 day, I told them why do i have to pay for an upgrade you had to do on your end! And the Owner/ Manager "KEN" did not even let me speak. Very rude, yelling in the phone, screaming, while i talk he cuts me off. There is way more to it. This whole paragraph was just keeping it short.-I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS MESSED UP COMPANY FOR ANYONE.

You will never be able to reach them once your payment is secured. They will disarm your alarm with out your knowledge and possibly double back to your house as they did mines. Go with a reputable company! Some you can trust.
