Desicrated: The Wixom branch is more familiar with the devices they sell but the guys Kyle and Eric here are pretty good to work with and will try to find what you are looking for. Aside them, I'd avoid the other guys. Had some rough interactions with Brent specifically.

They remained masked the entire time they were here, which we greatly appreciated. They were prompt in their arrival both days and fully cleaned up after themselves.We haven't much experience with their monitoring center yet, but our one call was answered immediately by a very helpful individual.This is quite a change from our previous alarm company, where it would often take ten minutes to either get though to their monitoring center or just as long for them to call us if we set if the alarm.Our previous alarm company's slow decline from good service to awful service is why we went shopping for a new alarm company. I am an obsessive researcher and Vigilante seemed to have the best reputation from reliable online sources that I could find.Our experience with them shows that this reputation is well deserved. I would not hesitate in the slightest from recommending them to friends or family who need either a new alarm system, a system upgrade or even just a more reliable alarm monitoring company.They have truly earned their five stars from me.

I have answered alarm calls for both residential and commercial businesses my entire career...both in plain clothes and uniform! I took reports of numerous attempt burglaries...panic alarm/robberies and the like. One thing to note is critical....elapsed time between "alarm trips" and notification to police/fire PSAP's. In my experience I have found Vigilante's response times uniformly superior to any other alarm companies. Yes, customers can see when alarms trip...and compare to arrival of police and fire...and even when received and dispatched to responding units!! It is for this primary reason I Chose to "be protected" by Vigilante Security Services! I have NEVER BEEN Dissapointed....in their SELECTION, TRAINING, AND RETENTION OF THE BEST AMBASSADORS OF THEIR CRAFT!!! I later moved far north...well beyond their service area...have I needed service?? Nope...not in 14 years of them supplying my service!! I Paid a premium to have my northern Michigan home installed by what can only be known as the only husband/wife installation team!! It was well worth the peace of mind I have had since!! My system is the Honeywell's TOTAL CONNECT With display Touchpads...weather displayed...internet connected...with smart phone access!
