Dan Nowakowski: Horrible service. Was supposed to deliver in the driveway. Delivered on the porch breaking two bricks and cracking three others. When I called to make a claim I was told they would not cover the claim and that my porch was deteriorating from the pictures sent. If it is visible from pictures, it would be visible to the delivery driver and therefore should have never hauled an 80 lb dresser on a deteriorating porch. Then they claimed it was preexisting when I followed up. Stasia and Ramone were no help and Jeff Wright is incompetent.

June Foster: I am having a awful experience with Romeo and Juliet. First of all I’ve waited 3 months for furniture to come is not in yet. Secondly, they wanna charge a extra hundred and not acknowledge my wait. The owner would not even waive the extra for my wait. LAjoyclynn Powell: Would give them a zero if i could. They are unprofessional. Granted my mom put a bedroom set in the layway. When she went to pay it off they did not have the night stand to go with it. They told her she could get what they have and come back for the night stand when it cones in. She told them no.she'll keep making payments until it come in. That was in August. Since august she has been in that store at least 7 or 8 times. She went in Thursday 11/05 and made a payment. Ask the lady if her complete set was in the lady said yes. She told the lady she will be back Saturday to make the final payment and set a delivery date. So we get there today. About to make the final payment. They tell her the set she had in layway have been on back order since 9/16. The only thing they can do for her is give her a store credit. I said no. She want her money back. I told them you all knew that for almost 2 months. You all has her paying money on something you knew you could not produce. Once they saw it was discontinued as another worker told us. They should have told her before she continued to make payments or even picked up the phone to call her. So she asked them to just sell her the bed and the dresser without the stand.they could not produce that. One worker told me they sold it when people got "their trump bucks and unemployment money". So never mind somebody put their money on that set we gonna sale it. At the end of the day nobody apologize for the inconvenience. She ended up picking out another set that cost more. They didnt even offer her a discount or try to make it right. Now to the delivery and set up issue. They can bring the furniture to the house and leave it on the porch . which is stupid you suppose to bring it in the house. Never would i allow anyone i know to send their money there. Oh i talked to the owner he going to ask me"why i feel they was unprofessional?" I told him. Never once did he offer to make it right. He just didnt care

Now a third party collection agency is suing her for it again . They have sent it to different agencies now 4 times trying to sue her. SHE NEVER RECEIVED THE PRODUCT!! Customer service was excellent every time I called, and delivery was great too! I am so pleased! Our furniture is beautiful!

Needless to say, I bought elsewhere and they lost my sale. My advice is to shop around before taking the plunge at this store. It appears they are looking out for THEIR best interests, and not their customers.

Cathy Tsouroullis: I purchased a Recliner for $1000 about a year and a half ago. The chair was falling apart and they sent repair man out. Apparently someone did not put it together properly and one of the screw was missing. He replaced the screw and all was well for about a month. The back support was gone. Back of the chair cushion was concave. Called the store and spoke with customer service Debbie. She told me there was only a 1 year warranty and we were just passed. $70 to add fill to the back and replace seat cushion and she would call me back and let me know what the charge would be for labor. Month later and no call. I called her back again 2 days ago and she has not returned my call. She told me they aren't in business to repair furniture. When I purchased the chair I could her the employee's making derogatory comment's about how I only bought one chair. Terrible customer service experience. Won't be back.

I really hate to give such a terrible review but the customer service was the worst experience ever. Dottie was the absolute worst. I was told the additional 2 chairs needed to be ordered and it would be 2 to 3 months. Now I didn't mind that it would take awhile but I let it go till 4 months and heard nothing. In fact the only time I heard from my sales associate was when I called her!! So after I call to inquire about the chairs I was told they weren't ready and it would be another month. So I was patient and waited a month and a half, once again no correspondence what so ever. So I called again and this time I was told she needed to call someone else and she would call me back. She didn't call me back, I had to call her again 2 weeks later. I was told they would be here in a few more weeks. So finally "my chairs" came in. I get to the store just to be presented with two chairs that did not match my set. And then was told it was my fault because she said I initialed the order. I was so baffled, because I only initialed the order SHE WROTE UP because she told me that it was all set and they would match my set. So now I had to deal with an array of issues to solve this problem. Fast forward another 2 and a half months and I finally got the right chairs. It sucks because this business has quality furniture but I will never shop here again, tell people where I got my table set or encourage anyone to choose this place. Almost 8 months for chairs and being blamed because of an employees error is totally unacceptable.

Deborah Watson: I went to Lowes to get a cart that can go up stairs. I could not find it and asked a employee about where could it be. The employee's name was George. He stopped what he was doing and found it and he put the cart together. George was very helpful and polite. George wasn't like the other place all they do is point you in the direction and walk away. Lowes will be the place I will go to. Great Job!
Lynn Lee-Hubert: A few years ago, I had a side garage door replaced. I had a door measure/ install and that was off season December and a issue! Fastfoward to 2023. I gave Lowes another try. I ask specifically ahead. how long for the door to arrive and what is the door install time frame. 2 weeks install max! Orders 4 weeks max. End result Doors took 6 weeks with me stopping in the last 3 weeks on status reports. Mobody calls you. I had to stop in again inquiring about install. I had to call and text the installer. Long response times. Takes the whoke week to get bsck to me. Install now 4 weeks maybe 5/30. I should of went to PELLA for the darn door in the first place. Yes its more money but it would of been already installed. My front door is going to be installed by PELLA on my next purchase. Let alone my roof that I had reached out for an estimate on. I hd actually only wanted Lowes to do. . Im sooo angry, frustrated and disappointed with Lowes. Its not like installs are cheap.

The measurements were completed on January 10th requiring additional parts to be ordered through Lowes. I paid for the door, labor, and additional parts. The installers attempted installation in March, which was two months later. They were unable to complete it because additional parts were needed, so installation was rescheduled. It’s April 4th and the incorrect part was ordered by Lowe’s so now it must be rescheduled again! No proper communication with me and amongst themselves. It is extremely delayed and there is a lack of professionalism. Very disappointed in Lowe’s, the worst customer service!!

Orlando Saenz: My complaint is they offer this free Trim+Go service to cut Levolor blinds but it is SO HARD to get someone at the store to do it, there's only 1 single guy that can do it and good luck if you caught him at lunch time, please post a schedule of hours which I can plan to go, even it's a 2 couple hours a day, I will make room in my schedule, but I want to NOT spend 2 hrs in the aisle waiting for the guy, make an appointment system or something., I even went back to ger more custom blinds and this time the guy was off that day, so had to leave and asked to come back the day after.I had quoted blind online and other suppliers and this is much much much much cheaper, so my dream to have a cheap fauxwood slates blinds that are CORDLESS for under 100USD was great, I love the idea of it and the quality is as expected.

Marsha Griffis: Amish furniture Direct was well worth the wait! The craftsmanship is superb! So happy with the stain color and the upholstery we chose. The care the delivery men took in the assembly of the table was noted, as well as their effort to do so in an efficient manner.

Rob Stewart: Ordered a new master bedroom suite in June of 2022 (5 pieces) and it was delivered in January 2023, well ahead of the expected date. The furniture is really outstanding, can't say enough about the quality. The delivery charge was reasonable given the furniture traveled from Michigan to Florida and the delivery itself was a greats experience. Very pleased with the entire transaction from beginning to end. I would most definitely buy from Amish Direct again!!

After looking at all the big box stores and being disappointed with the quality we checked out Amish Direct. Within the first few minutes being in the store our minds were made. It’s true, the furniture is slightly more expensive than the other stuff, but this furniture is life time furniture. It’s heirloom quality stuff.The delivery and setup was also exceptional. Andre and Derek were absolute professionals. We had a rather difficult staircase and they made it look effortless.Both my wife and myself are very happy with our new bedroom furniture and will be going back for more furniture to fill our home.

MsMoua01: I love target! The store is very clean and organized. I like the small clearance section that sits right in front of the entrance when you walk in. Love that Target has up their game on makeup by adding name brands to their shelves, such as Anastasia Beverly Hill, Sunday Riley, Too Faced, MAC, Urban Decay, Shiseido, Clinique and a few more others. Now I don’t have to travel to Ulta or Sephora when I can stop at Target. I also love stopping at Starbucks before I start my shopping. Surrounding stores is Burlington, nonstop allegiance (entertainment center), Chase Bank and some other stores nearby.

This is a violation of the ADA Disability ACT.I can NOT shop there and I would say that other people should NOT go there either. I have a disability with spinal injuries and I can't walk or stand for long. The only have 3 DISABILITIY scooters and there is no place to sit and wait for a scooter when one is not available.
dorothy shader: This store constantly overcharges from the price on the shelf or sale tickets from the scanners. I mean sometimes $1.00 or 2 more. They're putting few if any price checking scanners in the store for customers. I got a refund for Lysol Sanitizer over a mth ago and they're still charging $7.99 when the shelf price says $5.99 Ive found this to be true on many items I returned. Also they keep items beyond the expiration date religiously.Whoever is in charge there is making that store profitable by its overcharging and selling items past the expiration dates. Also they put items above tags for out of stock items that cost more than the tags .I don't believe this is just negligence. I believe they're purposely trying to bilk customers for profit. I've had too many incidents of overcharges, expired items, and wrong items placed in out of stock spots on the shelves

Sammie Schneider: This location has many pros and cons! I shop here weekly/multiple times a week because it’s closest to my home. I get everything from household necessities to clothes here. The pros are that the store is kept really nice and they recently added an Ulta section! They have seasonal items out in good timing and they have the nicer carts that can hold your Starbucks drink and your phone! I also like that they have the self checkout whereas the Madison Heights location nearby does not. As for cons, I use drive up a lot whenever I have my dog in the car and although it is for my convenience, there are a lot of mixups and missing items. It’s not very often an entire order is correct. I understand mistakes, but then it is almost impossible to reach the customer service desk via phone, or any of the departments for that matter. The phone is always ringing for 5+ minutes then automatically hanging up. You can do a refund through the app pretty easily, but often I still want the items if they are just sitting back there already picked. I highly suggest looking through all of your bags each time you do an order pickup before you drive home. If they could resolve these ongoing issues, I would rate them a lot higher.
